My neighbor suggested A&A and my windshield was fixed by noon! Price was way better than that frequent advertiser. Super fast service and excellent pricing. Eric and Christian came to my home to replace my broken windshield. They explained the whole process and assured me that my frame around the windshield was not damage. They cleaned up glass in and around the inside dash and on the outside cowl. Were sure to explain the safety concerns going forward as glass can and will be found as time goes on. Glass can get hidden in the vents and work their way down and out. They spent plenty of time trying to remove all of what they could. When they were done they explained the cure times and the do's and don'ts for the next few days. Both were a pleasure to meet.

Had A&A out today to replace the windshield on my 335. Eric and Tim were fantastic. The process throughout was great. Completed the web form, got a call the next day, set up my appointment. Then had to postpone a day, called up, boom, changed to the next day. Got a call morning of my appointment, confirmed we were still good. Told me he had a couple of appointments in the morning, be out in a few hours. Called when on his way. Done in under an hour! Really professional experience with a price point that was a lot cheaper than safelite.

These guys do really great work. When my car was broken into and needed a new rear windshield they were at my place replacing it the very same day. Even though there was an initial misunderstanding where they brought me a front windshield first they resolved it unbelievably fast were STILL able to get me my back window in the same day. I woke up this morning to find my windshield smashed. I googled windshield replacement and thankfully found A&A. They answered my call immediately and were extremely helpful. I called up soon as my car was damaged and they gave me an unbelievably cheap quote alongside with next day installation. They called me up at 7am and confirmed all the necessary information and quoted price and within and hour Eric W. alongside with Steve came did their job and were done in a little over half an hour. Prior to their arrival I watch YouTube horror stories of companies like satellite damaging cars further so I was a bit skeptic that these guys even with the reviews and recommendations would do better for less money. Luckily Eric and Stece has been doing this for 30 years and made quick work of the replacement at my house mind you while guiding me through each step without even breaking a sweat or so much as even a minor nick on my car . After the job Eric gave me a rundown of caretips while he thoroughly cleaned up and was on his way and I'm very satisfied. I 100% wholeheartedly recommend and will continue to do business with these guys.

I went online and submitted a request for a quote last night. I accepted the quote and received an email immediately that said they would call me in the morning. At 7:50am I received a call to schedule service. They were able to replace my windshield this morning while I was at work and had it ready for me by the time I went to lunch. I wasn't able to answer phone calls so the tech texted me when he arrived, when he was leaving and left follow up instructions. I recently had collision with a deer (deer dead before hitting road!); I lost windshield & driver door glass. A&A customer service when calling was spot on. They were very flexible with scheduling and would have tried to get someone out to me that day if I had needed/wanted. I had scheduled for a Tues .. called them about 11AM that Mon because insurance adjuster had just left; they had Eric W & Duane out that Mon for last call of the day! Eric and Duane were good guys, did an excellent job and even vacuumed up as much of the glass as they could. I would absolutely use again for any glass needs and highly recommend to friends. Oh, last point was no BS with pricing .. they quoted me a price on the phone and that was the price after installation!

FORGET SAFELITE GO WITH A&A GLASS. Recently my drivers side rear window was smashed to bits, and I priced out the replacement with a few companies. I used SAFELITE in the past for windshield replacement, but I almost fell on the floor when I got their quote. They wanted almost $350 to replace one window. I decided to call A&A and the quote was 40% less (less than $200) FOR THE SAME SERVICE. The guys were fast and nice, the window is perfect. I am using A&A from now on and telling all my friends. (And PS the last time SAFELITE replaced my windshield it leaked...just goes to show, more expensive is not better)

Got my driver side window replaced after someone busted it. Called a couple places to get quotes and the prices were out of this world especially from the BIG NAME place "Safe****". I narrowed my search down to two places, the first place costed a little bit more but they couldnt accomodate me after giving me a scheduled timeframe. There loss. So I called A&A Glass and what do you know they gave me a way cheaper quote than everyone else and installed my window within hours of calling them. The installer was Eric W. Good guy and installed that window fast...I would recommend them over any other auto glass shop...Btw they do homes and businesses on top of auto glass!!! If you need to get any type of glass work done with your car or at home, call these guys first!!! you wont regret it and will thank me for recommending them to you!!!

I called late on Monday and got a quote and they said I would be called in the morning for confirmation. The call was a received and window time between 10-12 was given, as well as letting me know I would receive a phone call when they were on their way. They arrived about a half hour after the window time given, but they moved quickly and had everything done in about a half hour. Very courteous and if I have any glass needs in the future I will use them again.

Having to replace a windshield is never a fun expense but these guys were the cheapest place around and did great work. GlassMax and Safelite were both incredibly overpriced. Eric and Tom come to you for only a small additional charge, $12 bucks I think it was, and did a flawless replacement on my Silverado in under an hour. They were also extremely punctual and met me at my house at the exact minute that they said they would be there. I would definitely use these guys again for anything glass related. A true hidden gem. Glad I found them.
