Heather answered the phone on the first ring with an enjoyable "Good Morning." She checked the inventory for my repair and scheduled it with Nick and his team the same day. She texted me two times with updates, and they were at my work and completed the replacement in less than three hours. Nick and his repair team were AMAZING! They were polite, nicely dressed, and very efficient with the time it took to replace my Jeep windshield. They went over all the details, what not to do the next 24-48 hours. Nick even repaired chipped paint to prevent rust, which was caused by another company replacing the window previously. I will be recommending St. Louis Windshield Repair to all my friends and family. I received a windshield replacement on my car. I scheduled the appointment on a Tuesday and Aaron and Ted were able to come out on Thursday. Yes, they come to you! Very convenient and good customer service. The ladies in the office were nice as well and helpful. I am happy with the end result and I can drive without worrying about the large crack on my old windshield! I would recommend them if you are reading this!

I had a great experience with St. Louis Windshield Repair. Brian called when he was 20-minutes away, and proceeded right away to repair the windshield. After cleaning out the impact area, he used a special tool to expose the "legs" of the crack, exposing one or two legs that weren't visible initially. This way, he ensured the entire crack was repaired. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and why, and it was obvious he was a real pro at this. The end result is a nicely repaired window, completed quickly and at a very fair price. I highly recommend St. Louis Windshield Repair.

Fantastic! These gentlemen were professional, kind and explained details of windshield replacement and quality. This is my 3rd windshield replacement for my Toyota Corolla and the other company never explained anything nor matched the quality. St. Louis Windshield Repair is the only one I will use from now on. I'm hoping I have better luck however with the darn rocks on Hwy 55 and won't need a 4th replacement for some time LOL

This place did what I needed it to do. Change my windshield correctly in a timely manner, and they did just that. I called ahead the day before to make sure they had my type of windshield, they ordered what they needed, had the parts by 830am and I was able to leave by 11am. I was so grateful they took good care of me. The place is a little dirty, but a good mop and a fresh coat of paint can easily fix it. I definitely recommend this place.

Professional office space and staff. Good service and learned they offer other residential tinting and wrapping services. I wanted to give them 5 stars but it's always in the details. Noticed after the fact, the replaced back window wasn't the same tint percentage as the front and the service tech use the tint register on the front instead of the other back window. Other than that I was still happy and would recommend this location to others.

Great experience. Ted Moore at St Louis Windshield Repair is exceptional. Not only did he go out of his way and take time to repair a leaking window from one of the local competitors but he is methodical and careful to do it right. I sat in the back seat and watched the repair. The two professionals clearly cared to make sure it was being done right. They even brought a younger apprentice employee over to point out what the other window company had done wrong. Highly recommend!!

I had such a great experience with St. Louis Windshield Repair! There was a little mess up with my work schedule changing and even though they still came, they were willing to come back again the next day. They provided instructions easily afterwards. So convenient that they came to my work. Also- I got quotes from 4 different places and this one was the best price. Communication was super easy. Emails were responded to quickly during business hours. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be using this company again (hopefully i won’t need too anytime soon).

I have had two vehicles worked on by this company. Won’t use anyone else! Brian came out within a couple hours notice to my work and fixed two chips in one of my windshields for me. Explained the whole process to me and did it for a very reasonable price! More recently I needed a full replacement windshield on another vehicle. I was able to get on the schedule within just a few days of speaking with the friendly office staff. Jason and Tedd came out and replaced my windshield in less than an hour! They did a great job of explaining aftercare, their process, and how they compare to competitors by taking the extra steps that others don’t. Reasonably priced and very professional technicians. Used this company to replace a broken windshield on my car. Shortly after they replaced the windshield, a pre collision warning sign came on in my car. Turns out they forgot to just plug one thing back in. The company immediately came back out once I called to have them look into the issue. Even the owner showed up to take a look and apologize and make sure I was satisfied. Though there was a small issue at time of installation, I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and professional approach to how they resolved the problem. I will absolutely use this company again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Brian came out today because I could see a chip in my windshield. I had requested a morning appointment, but needed to run an errand last minute and he was very flexible and understanding. He worked with my schedule and got to my house at the perfect time. Once he got there he told me that the crack had already been repaired. I was so thankful for his honesty. He tested the repair just to ensure it was done properly and was still in good condition. He reassured me that the previous repair (done before I owned the car) was in good condition so another repair was not needed. Almost all businesses are hurting right now because of COVID-19 so for him to put my needs (or lack thereof) above making money really showed how much honesty and integrity he walks in. On top of him being trustworthy, their price was half of what another company in the area was going to charge me! I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs their windshield repaired!

I was very impressed by the level of customer service, honesty and workmanship provided to me for my windshield replacement. When I called, I spoke with a person right away and was able to get on the schedule at a day/time that worked for me. Then, when the replacement was scheduled, the team took the time to confirm with me that the windshield was exactly what I wanted -- it turned out I misunderstood something over the phone about my new windshield and what I asked them to order wasn't what I really wanted. Through this, the team continued with their customer-first attitude, ordered a different windshield and got me on the schedule the next day before the holidays, when they already had a completely full schedule. Their entire mantra was "we care about our customers and want to make sure our customers are happy." I am certain a different company would have gone ahead and installed the wrong windshield because of my misunderstanding of windshield lingo. Highly, highly recommend working with these folks. I also really liked that both times the team came out to replace my windshield, that the team had one male and one female (Jason and Molly, I believe, and Ted and Paula). It made me feel comfortable and safe.

This was one of the quickest and easiest transactions of my life. Within a few days of contacting about my windshield, we set an appointment. The man came to our house, so we didnt have to move a muscle. He even gave us a call to let us know when he'd be here. Within 15-20 minutes of arriving he had replaced the windshield. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product both quality and going over care instructions - wait time to drive, etc. He also went over their warranty policy. Fast service / quality job / lowest price. I solicited several quotes and St Louis Windshield Repair & Replacements offered the best deal. They provided an honest "out the door" quote and delivered next-day service. The installer was fast, friendly and professional. Meanwhile, a national competitor provided a quote that was $20 higher, with a $30 discount coupon. But then they padded the bill with a "disposal" fee, an "on-site service" fee, taxes... The final cost was not even competitive.

Went to safelite for a quote awhile back and it was such a nightmare I gave up for quite awhile on a windshield altogether. Price was high, and they lit me up with emails constantly to try and get to me schedule an appt. They also try tricking you into scheduling an appt before even getting a quote. These guys made this a one email process, done just like that. Tristan came out to my work and had my windshield replaced in 20 minutes for an incredible price. USE this company, do not give your money to greedy companies like safelite!

My church youth group was on a trip to St. Louis for a NAYC 2019. While driving there we caught a rock in the windshield. We got in to town Monday night around 9. They were on site by 930 the next day. They were easy to work with and made a same day repair. I was able to coordinate all this from Texas. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a no-brainer, call St Louis Windshield Repair when you have a chip in your windshield. Shawn was my technician, he came out and in like 10 minutes had the chip completely fixed and for almost half the price of Safelite. I had a chip/crack in the windshield of my Tesla, which I was afraid could be a problem since its a special kind of glass. I called St. Louis Windshield Repair 45 minutes ago. They were here in 15-20 minutes from my phone call, and Brain was able to fix it in 15-20 minutes! He also showed me the whole process how the remove the air, fill the small cracks with resin, and seal the hole. It was really cool, you could actually watch the resin filling in through the cracks and they seemed to disappear. Thanks Brian! They also provide a lifetime warranty on the chip/crack. Their price was also the least of the few places I called. I would highly rec commend them!

A rock hit my windshield and caused a crack. I didn't think much of it until that crack got bigger and bigger. So I called Safelite to get it fixed. I stopped by to get a quote and because I have a new 2018 CRV with lane departure that requires more then a regular window. Safelite quoted me almost $800.00. So I called St. Louis Windshield Repair and they quoted me $530.00 for a new windshield from the Honda factory. I have had the windshield for a couple months now and have no problems at all. I would 100% recommend St. Louis Windshield Repair to anyone! They where friendly and kind, they installed the window while I was at work too.

Inquired online with a same-day response and quote. I inquired with 2 other companies and they were ~$50 less with OE glass and lifetime warranty. Job got finished in 35 minutes (on a 94 degree day with a heat index of 106. On days like this they say they try to bring out two techs, which they did). Courteous, fast, convenient (they come to you) and professional. They accept credit cards and done on the spot. Highly recommended.

Much cheaper than Safelite and better quality compared to a previous Safelite experience. Friendly guys but i unfortunately can't remember their names. Didn't give me a time window, only a day. The Service man who was on the job was awesome. Very friendly and communicated very well. The job was performed in a very timely manner. I watched several videos on youtube of people doing the chip repair by themselves and they all turned out very well. You could hardly tell them were there. So I was expecting the same kind of situation with my windshield. The repair was a dot on a that you could not see through. The youtube videos were almost transparent with a little "smudge". I just don't know if there was a different technique being used or what it was, but it appeared like from the videos on youtube that there were more steps involved in the chip repair, such as suctioning and then "forcing" the epoxy into the chip. But again the youtube fixes were almost completely transparent. But on a brand new car with 1400 miles on it, my eye was always drawn to the dot knowing that it will never be gone. I wish I could go back and give it try with doing it on my own, but I really didn't have the time. But again the staff was excellent and I appreciate that very much.

Tried to get them to come out to fix a chip in my windshield. The guy told me he'd call me the day we decided on when he was around--didn't give me a window of time or anything about what time he might call. And go figure I was chained to my phone all day and when he finally called it was the one time during the day I didn't have my phone on me so he left a message telling me I'd have to reschedule for another day. I was frustrated. They seemed like a good company-but I'd just make sure to tell the person an estimate of when you'll be in the area so they know when to expect instead of ALL DAY.
