Martin Glass replaced my windshield after ice came off a car and cracked mine. They were wonderful to work with. They were able to get me an appointment the next day and had my replacement in within a few hours. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future needs.

They have great customer service & were able to get my windshield replaced the next day. The tech also informed me that the windshield I was replacing was not properly installed, was missing about a foot of adhesive on the driver side & it was being held on by the decorative trim in a section on the passenger side. 😬 I told him that Martin Glass did NOT do it the last time. I highly recommend Martin Glass!

The team at Martin Glass Company are fantastic! Our family purchased a building with the old fashioned steel framed factory glass windows. We wanted to keep the historical architecture of the building which included replacing the glass in each steel frame window. There were 177 panes that needed replacement and not all windows were the same size since the building was built in the 1930's. Martin cut each window to the sizes necessary and worked with us to make sure all fit properly. The product is a beautiful reflective glass that we are so pleased they suggested. Working with this team made our rehab smooth and they are a pleasure to work with. They go the extra mile to help you and always with a can-do attitude. It is a pleasure to work with the great team at Martin Glass Company!

Martin Glass was friendly & understanding when I called in with a crack in my car front window. They came to my home the next day to replace the windshield. The technicians explained what they were going to do and completed the replacement quickly...wow! They even showed me a few spots on my roof where rocks had hit which I needed to take care of to avoid rusting. A couple of days later they even called to ensure I was pleased with the replacement. Highly recommended!

Her tenacity and commitment to customer service was very impressive and appreciated. She kept me informed every step of the way as she made numerous phone calls to set everything up. I recently got my windshield replaced by Martin Glass Company. The two men that came out to replace it were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. My windshield looked spotless and was installed perfectly. Definitely would recommend this company! It was obvious that customer service is a top priority at Martin Glass. I scheduled my windshield to be repaired on a day that had predicted rainfall/flash flooding all day. I received a phone call the day before offering to reschedule or have the car taken to the shop. I choose not to reschedule due to a flexible schedule, but indeed it was downpouring most of the day. Martin Glass offered to pick up the vehicle, take it to the shop, repair the windshield, and return the car the same day. Unfortunately, I gave the shop the wrong information on the car. (my fault) They called to let me know, were completely gracious, and said it would only take a little longer. Someone had to drive to the Belleville, IL store (due to my mistake!) to pick up a different windshield. "No problem" was the reply when I apologized. The car was returned by 5:30 PM. I didn't have to stop my work and appreciate the amazing customer service. Thank you!

My extended family and I have all had several windshields, side glass, and mirrors replaced on our vehicles over the years. We do not hesitate - just pick up the phone and call Martin Glass. They quickly come out to us, we know 100% the job will be done right (which gives us peace of mind knowing our family is safe), the service men are all top notch, and the price is fair. Not sure what more you would want out of a company. I know we will never use anyone else.

outstanding service! other window repair services dind't have openings for a week. Martin got us in immediately. They fixed a windshield and replaced side window in less than an hour. Technician was very professional.

We had incredible service by this company last week. My husband's back window was shattered (bad choice in parking spots at a local baseball game) and we had glass everywhere in our car. Martin Glass was at our house first thing in the morning, repaired the glass and vacuumed our entire car in order to remove all the glass. They worked with our insurance company and made everything very easy for us. So much so, we even had them replace our other car's windshield (crack) while they were here. I would highly recommend this company!

I recently called Martin Glass Company to see if they could come out to measure two tabletops for glass - they were there the next day to measure and brought samples with them as well. When I called, Skylar from the saint Louis store answered, she was beyond helpful with answering all my questions and explaining the process of how chip repair is done. On a separate occasion I called for quotes to get a window replaced and she was very quick and very friendly. They get a 10 of 10 in my book. Windshield seems to work fine. I don't think it would have hurt to vacuum out the interior of the car instead of having 3 staff members sitting around chatting and doing nothing. I feel that would have added to my customer satisfaction of the service. Or at least wiped down the dash.
