I seriously can't express how amazing this company is! I've used them twice in 2 months. (Unfortunately I have had a run of bad luck with my car getting broken into.) The whole team has gone above and beyond both experiences. Not to mention they beat everyone else on pricing, too. I definitely recommend Abbey Glass to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Super big thanks to Abbey Glass for saving the day for me! I was in town for business and someone broke the rear side window on my truck to scout around inside it. That's bad enough but even worse was that I was supposed to leave to go to a different hotel that night in Indianapolis and then leave my truck at an airport for two nights - not good when you're missing glass or maybe have plastic taped up.... Other shops said it would take a week to get to me but a Chevy dealer recommended Abbey Glass and they jumped through hoops to get my glass that afternoon and install it the same day! Thanks for getting be back on the road with all of my windows!!!

I called around price shopping since the replacement of my windshield was on my dime and not insurance because of how high my deductible is. Turns out the type of car i have required my new windshield to be calibrated. Who knew? Abbey Glass was one of the lowest prices from the companies i called that replaces windshield like mine. It sounded too good to be true so i called my dealer (Bommarito Chevrolet) where I bought my car and they confirmed the quality and value of Abbey Glass and highly recommended them, so i made my appointment. Abbey Glass did NOT DISAPPOINT! I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone who is looking for Glass repair or replacement for their vehicle!

In all my years of owning a car, I've never had to replace my windshield. It was recommended that I try Abbey. Glad I did, right off the bat from the first call they made me feel at ease. I was given a next day appointment, I gave my address for them to come to ME and was even promised a courtesy call when the guys were on their way. Day of appointment l did receive a courtesy call and they arrived in the timeframe given. They were courteous and got right to work. They were careful and quick, had the job done in no time! Hopefully I won't have to replace another windshield, but if I do I'll definitely be calling Abbey again!

They made it right! After the first installation of my windshield there was a loose body panel and paint chipped. After a couple of months a crack developed from the very edge of the glass. They inspected the crack and the loose panel and admitted it was from installation. A new windshield was ordered and replaced at no charge to me. Only 3 stars considering that I had to go back, but I would recommend them!

They replaced my windshield and calabrated it so that everything worked. It did take four hours, but they had told me that ahead of time. I waited for mine it did get kinda hot in the waiting room their office area was air-conditioned but not the waiting area if they had had a fan even it might have been better. However that had nothing to do with the windshield which was installed correctly.

Shout out for stand out service! I needed a few windshield chips repaired so I set an appointment quickly and easily on the phone. They even coordinated with my insurance company so I had no out of pocket expense. The morning of my appointment, I pulled into the parking lot a bit early and before I even got out of my car, the service person was assessing my windshield. He confirmed the work to be completed, took my keys and off he went. I was greeted warmly by the office staff and sat in a sunny, clean and comfortable waiting room until my car was done. I was in and out before my appointment was even scheduled to begin. What a pleasant experience! Hooray for good service and friendly people!

I had my driver's side window smashed and got a quote from Safelite. I called my insurance agent and even though my deductible is way higher than what the replacement would cost, they recommended Abbey Glass. I called them, and they were extremely response, courteous, and had a much better cost estimate. Additionally, they dispatched their installer to my house within 2 hours, and the window was replaced perfectly. A+++++ and highly recommended!!

Great place to get your glass replaced I would come here if you need your car glass replaced they are top notch and prices. They have a nice waiting room with good WiFi and guaranteed there work for the lifetime of the glass “Remember the Receipt” is needed for the protection. There were able to do mine even though it has lanes assist and is a brand new vehicle. I would go here again if I have a rock chip they work with the glass companies for you and go to bat for their customers.
