If you need your windshield repaired or replaced, go to West Coast Auto Glass. At least consider checking this place out before you go to other auto glass companies. Whatever quote you get from other companies, bring it here and see if they can beat it. I am so glad that I was referred to this local business by a good friend of mine. Barry is very responsive via voice calls and texts. This business prioritizes quality control. The facility is very clean and organized. The employees appear to be happy. That says a lot about a business. Support local businesses. From now on, I will use West Coast Auto Glass for any automotive window needs. One bonus is it's conveniently located close to Costco so you can go right after getting your windshield replaced since money was saved by going here.

Troy came out and did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my mom's 2016 VW Golf. It's so clean you can hardly tell anything was touched at all! We had a good time chatting cars and bikes, and he offered to fill the chip on my old BMW's windshield for free since he showed up a bit later than expected. Can't complain about that! Highly recommended, will definitely use West Coast for my next glass repair.

I originally took my vehicle to a chain glass repair/replace shop to have a chip sealed with resin. Surprise, the bum technician cracked my windshield and it needed to be replaced. I turned to West Coast for the replacement and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The helpful receptionist did all the legwork with my insurance, and even hopped on a conference call with me and my insurance company to make sure everything was in order. When my appointment time came, technicians were ready to start the repair as soon as I arrived (it was late in the day, so this was especially impressive). The whole process took about an hour and a half (really fast for a replacement), and I enjoyed the complementary coffee while I waited. The final product looks excellent and is indistinguishable from factory new. West Coast clearly still knows how business should be done. My advice: skip the "somewhat repair, somewhat replace" chain shop and go to West Coast to get the job done RIGHT.

We had a Sprinter Van front window removed and re-installed because the exact same job was done incorrectly in Oregon. Originally, the window was removed for a paint job and replaced, but the shop did not do a good job and when we got home the window was leaking on the driver side into the van. West Coast scheduled us & called us back when an earlier appointment opened up, knowing we had a local trip to make, took out the window without it breaking, found & fixed the previous job problems which caused the leaking, used primer on a few rust spots, removed & re-bonded all the layers of adhesives, and returned it to the front door while I waited in the lobby. The front desk folks are great, Brad told us what the problems were, went above & beyond to take care of things he found under the window, and how he fixed it. We are really pleased! Hope we don't have to visit again soon, but if we need to, this is where we'll come.

Title: Excellent customer service at front desk. Major regret with the windshield rock chip repair service. I would have went somewhere else if I knew they were going to rush this job. Yes, the paperwork said that this was a structural repair and yes, there's a chance it won't be perfect. The result produced was "touch and go". I barely sat down before being handed my keys. 95% improvement outside, 70% inside. The slivers from the star chip is still around 30% visible meaning the resin didn't fully penetrate to the ends. If it did it would be invisible since the resin would index match the glass. There are additional aberrations in the center of the chip as well. (Air gaps within the repair) There's no chance of rework either as nobody will want to attempt to fix this. They had the absolute perfect conditions: an 11 DAY old car, brought in within 24 hrs of the accident, chip was sized less than a quarter, and the car was in a garage the entire time while waiting for appointment. Summary: Feeling deep regret in bringing my brand new car only to get it "structurally repaired" and it didn't even fully penetrate the ends! Where the crack can continue to propagate! However I still appreciate the help the front desk provided in walking me through the insurance process. ($60 waived through Geico) Conclusion: Come here only if you don't care about the appearance of the chip and you only care about it being "structurally repaired".

I ordered my door glass window replacement and Suzanne from West Coast Auto said she would get back to me once the part is delivered to them and when I called to check for the delivery, she immediately provided me the next available slot. The service was expected to take 2 hrs but they could finish it much earlier than that. The waiting room is pretty good with water/coffee and WiFi. I could work there while I'm waiting for my car. Suzanne also helped me figure out my insurance details if I need a replacement anytime in future. This is a local business but they put serious effort and attention to detail to get the job done right. While I wish I don't have to go for glass replacements, if it comes down to that, I'm all in to get it done at West Coast Auto Glass.

I came in to replace my windshield several montage ago, and the quality of service was incredible! I came in today with some tree sap that got stuck on my windshield, and they helped me clean it off. Was recommended this shop for windshield replacement. Great recommendation! Locally owned and operated. The owner is hands-on-deck with his business! Straight forward, knows his business,and friendly. Office was efficient, had clear communication, and very professional. Answered all questions. Reception area was comfortable, and warm on cool days. Such a great experience!! Vehicle was done well before time promised! I took the other vehicle in for rock chip repair. Would absolutely 1000% recommend this shop. They even can do sunroofs!

Got my windshield replaced, I was a half an hour late because of traffic on the drive from west seattle. They fit me in any way, and I was in and out of there in about an hour. I didn't go through insurance, and it was a very good price. In my case it was about 150 cheaper than the quote I did on safelite website. I will never go anywhere else for a windshield, or any glass I can't replace myself.

The best way to evaluate a business is how they deal with issues. Initially they had a problem calibrating the lane departure system in my truck and credited back the service. When I called the dealer to do the calibration they wanted 4x the cost. I called back WestCoast and they brought in one if their top guys to attempt again. Second time was a success and they actually credited back a few bucks on the original quote (unrequested). I’d recommend them to anyone.

There is no one more critical than I am-yet I was very impressed with the service,and the location. The staff was professional yet friendly, the waiting area was wonderful,- they even laughed at my lame jokes. My purchase was cash from my own pocket for a windshield on my old truck. I was satisfied with the workmanship, the product and the overall "feeling" I got doing business there. This company could teach a lot to other companies about customer service. Fantastic job done on my 2003 4 Runner. Came in at the appointed time and left in about 3hrs with a new windshield installation. Had work done over a month ago, but just put in the review now. Wanted it to pour rain to check if sealed properly. Went to Canada and back, lots of rain no problem. I always make sure work is done right, to many shabby shops around. But believe me they did a fantastic job, even got a discount because I'm a Veteran. Thankyou. Advice read the reviews google, yelp, whatever.

I am extremely happy with the windshield replacement on my 2003 SC430. My insurance company has a relationship with Safelite, so I set up an appointment with them first. I was stood up and then rescheduled by Safelite 2 times. Their excuse was that my car was very difficult to do and would take 5 hours and 2 technicians to complete. After 3 weeks of delays, I called West Coast. They got me in the next day, my appointment started on time, it took less than 2 hours to complete and the price was equal to what other companies quoted. They have a nice waiting room and the staff is great.

My moonwoof got shattered for 2 weeks and I never had a solution for it. Searched around the web and I found West Coast by accident, called up and got to talk to Barry, I have never felt more welcomed before at other shops. Came in for a quick peek/estimate, knowing for sure I may have to come back with an appointment because that is how business works, Barry wanted me to have a safe car for Thanksgiving so he and another guy got the part I brought along installed for me right away. BEST money I have ever spent for my car. I will vow for these guys professionalism and work ethic. Not gonna bother looking up another auto window shop again.

Best advice ever was to contact West Coast Auto Glass! I was nervous to replace my 1988 Merkur XR4Ti’s windshield. It is old and rare and I needed someone who knew how to work on them. Barry, one of the owners, gave me the run through over the phone and we set up a time to do the work. Jason, another owner, came to my place in Wallingford and did the work. He was on time and finished the work beautifully!!! My 30 year old car looks amazing now! Plus I can see - a bonus! There were some moments I felt nervous with my old and cracked trim and when the just-as-old plastic bits would crackle. Jason wasn’t worried and put me at ease with his expertise and professionalism. I can’t be happier with the results! Thank you West Coast Auto Glass!!!

Excellent work by Corbin, only took about one hour to complete. Not a fan of being assigned a 3 hour window for arrival and then arriving the last hour. Time is pretty scarce and valuable. Also, don't appreciate hearing that you are still addressing insurance the morning of the appointment.

I rearly do reviews, but after reading the 2 one star reviews I need to give my input here, I'm professional 20yrs working on diesel and gas engines, when I took one of my vehicles for windshield they did excellent job (I watch them closely) and I had them fix my rear view mirror after safelite told me need new windshield (I just let them do what they need to do) In few words these guys are professional and they know how to fix your windshield

Had my windshield replaced just short of 2 years ago, got great service, great price. Noticed a leak on my driver's side floor the other day and dropped off car to have assessed. Picked up car at the end of day and the owner walked me through the situation which was that the drain for my sun roof had clogged. He had the issue fixed, gotten the floor dry and charged nothing. This shop is by far the best service you will ever get for auto glass. They will be getting all of my business.
