Wow! When both of my front windows decided to detach from their regulators these guys were right on the case. They had availability right away while their competitor was scheduling more than two weeks out and required new glass although mine wasn’t damaged, what a waste! Update: John was kind to help me with what went wrong. He made it a good business transaction due to that matter. However, I had to pay for the part and installation which was not communicated. I had to do so much back and forth driving from Issaquah. I could’ve had a better experience but happy it was fixed. —— I must say, the replacement and in-person customer service was great. However, aftercare was NOT! After my rear windshield replacement on my Audi Q5, my trunk sensor kept going off indicating it was open. It was closed. So I called about 5 minutes after I left the establishment and the guy who answered my call told me to look it up on YouTube… real professional.. then come later to find out in the late evening, my taillights are completely out. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone but I haven’t gotten a response. I know they were working before because I just have gotten an oil change and they performed all of the inspections (lights, brakes, etc.) I believe my trunk sensor may have something to do with my tail lights. If you’re the manager or owners reading this, please contact me ASAP. I have children and having this happen is just inconsiderate of whoever performed work on my vehicle. I wanted to really give a good review by how great my in-person experience but for the faults that happened on your watch is quite unprofessional and dangerous for drivers not only for myself but for those around me. I am now limited to driving during the day and not night due to this issue. May we please get this resolved?

Scheduled a windshield replacement on a Monday morning and they were able to come out the same day and right on time. We live in a busy area, but he was able to find and recommend a good location in the neighborhood, to do the replacement. Service was finished right away and the price was exactly as they quoted in the estimate. So glad I had the service done with them because I was about to spend much more with a different company.

Right before the holidays, car got broken into in Seattle. The thieves smashed glass in the rear passenger side for my poor Civic. After trying to get insurance to cover the cost. The closest appointment for their contracted company was a few days later. I wanted it fixed quicker so I called these guys and got an appointment the same day since they had the glass in stock. It's a pretty busy place with the staff always on the phone, and continually working, but the whole thing took about 1.5 hrs, and I drove out with a new glass. I appreciate the service and how quickly I was able to get everything done, especially since it rained for the next couple days after that. Thank goodness they had my glass in stock, otherwise I'm sure it would have taken longer.

I was feeling pretty stressed when every other place we called was scheduling 3-4 weeks out for a windshield replacement, but this gem of a place got us in within a day. They quoted a very fair price and were very patient in working with our insurance company. I hope I don't have to come back often, but I'll definitely come here if I need to again! FYI, Google maps seems to think the entrance is on a side street and directs you up that street. The entrance is actually right on Lake City Way.

Woke up to a smashed front passenger door glass on Saturday morning. I called all around and no one was able to fix it until Monday. They were able to get me in in a couple hours and had the best price even. Super fast, nice job, cleaned off my tape residue, and even vacuumed my carpets! I will definitely be recommending this place and returning (hopefully I won't get another busted window tho!)

The Owner John is honest and patient. And mechanics are nice guys as well. I had my passenger-side window replaced there. After they finished the first time, I found the window location was needed to be adjusted to fit the window trim seal and told them. They fixed it immediately. They gave me a life-time guarantee and told me feel free to come back if any problem happens with the new window. Definitely recommend this glass shop!

I honestly expected to get pushed into buying a new battery either way...but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me no! My battery was fine! They didn’t even charge me. My driver's side window stopped working. Another shop wanted to replace the regulator + motor for several hundred dollars. USA Auto Glass told me I probably just need the regulator replaced for far cheaper, and they were right. Told me it would take about 90 minutes to fix, About 90 minutes later I was out of there. I have quite an old, and somewhat rare vehicle (nearly 25 years old, now and only 1000 of them in the USA) and was quoted exorbitant prices by safélite and others, with long wait times for a new windshield. I called USA Auto Glass, and they gave me a VERY attractive quote. I went in last month and had a new windshield in under an hour! It's held up well in the weather, and doesn't leak any air or water. They took great care not to damage my irreplaceable window trim or the clips that hold it in. They did a fantastic job, and the guy John that i think runs the place also recommended some good places to eat nearby! Excellent customer service!

My father passed in June 2019, he left me his Nissan 350z. It's been a rough road owning this vehicle since he unfortunately took his last breath in it. I had my car broken into on Friday night. When I woke up Saturday, I called around for prices and availability. Most places did not even picked their phone and those that did could not get me in until Monday. After 7 calls I almost had given up. I was pleasantly surprise that I got an actual customer service rep rather than an answering machine. They were able to get my glass repair on Saturday and their prices is much lower than all of the other quotes. They even vacuumed all the broken glass. I had a crack all across my windshield, called all around North East Seattle and USA Auto Glass gave me the lowest quote, and they worked with my insurance. In just 2 hours I had a brand new windshield, only $100 out of my pocket. When I got in my car it even looked like they had vacuumed the front seats and gave everything a wipe down. I hope I don't need to replace another windshield, but if I do I would absolutely come back here.
