Eastlake Auto Glass is a great place to get your windshield fixed or replaced! While waiting for them to replace my windshield (which took less than 90 minutes), I met with 2 repeat customers who also said they were very happy with their service! One customer came in without an appointment to fill (repair) a chip on their window. The work was done in 30 minutes without any issues. The second customer came in with an appointment to replace their windshield. They said they looked the work that was done here and that's why they came back! Simply pleasant people. They also work with most insurance companies! Great workmanship too!

I had originally had an appointment to repair a chip for next day but when my windshield chip turned into a 14 inch crack across the driver side, overnight, they were able to pivot and quote me for the full replacement. Not only did they have it in stock and could fit me in next day, they were also the best price when I shopped around. I was in and out in 1 hr and 15 min and perks were they even vacuumed the front part of my car for me (back seats and truck were occupied) and were able to salvage my good to go pass and other membership stickers. Excellent and efficient service.

Just had my windshield replaced at Eastside Auto Glass and the service was amazing! They were a preferred shop with my insurance company and it was so easy to schedule the service quickly and seamlessly. They finished not only the replacement but also the recalibration that is required on my newer Jeep, thus avoiding the need to take my car to a dealer after the windshield was replaced. My windshield mounted camera was put back better than I had installed it, and my car was spotless inside including the windshield after replacement. I will use Eastside Auto glass for all future repairs and I hope everyone else will do so also as they are an amazing family owned business who take pride in providing exceptional service!

Called Monday morning 8am about replacing my windshield. A chip repair from Safelite failed and a crack propagated when the weather got cold. They returned my call and said my windshield was available and could be replaced Tuesday. In and out in one hour. Super easy to schedule and convenient

Some of the best and nicest service I have ever come across! Had my window smashed and set up an appointment with them to get it fixed. Turned out that there was damage to the pillar that prevented the glass from being replaced, so they let me know they would not be able to fix it themselves. But they still cleaned up the broken glass inside and put a temporary tape around the broken window and didn't even charge me anything!!

Wonderful, friendly, professional, clean, prompt. This family business does an excellent job! Going above and beyond: they used a special technique to transfer my Good to Go sticker! (It's peeled a tad but I'll be glad to use a bit of tape- beats buying a new sticker!) They also vacuumed my car out. I passed up the 3.5-star auto Glass outfits a block from my house in Issaquah, because I knew that Eastlake wouldn't let me down! Competitively priced too. Good work! 😃👏👏👏

Number 1 place to go on the east side. I called four places and this was the best overall. Save you time to call the other companies. Appointment was easy to book via email. Windshield was put on the same day. I had a fallen windshield rear view mirror that's been repaired before. They reattached it with new mounting plate. Great attention to detail, they taped back my GoodToGo sticker, oil reminder sticker and tire rotation sticker. My mom's car windshield was done at another company. They just put back the windshield and rear view mirror. Left all other things on my passenger seat. Another big plus is the glue they used has very litter odder compares to the other company. Price is fair too. I have an old Honda Odyssey.

Don't pick anyone else - this team goes above and beyond! 🌟 They located a supplier with my car's rear window type available (which was surprising since they also informed me there is a national glass shortage), but they got our car in to get fixed far, far faster than I was hoping. On top of that, they even vacuumed the back seat! So impressed. I hope we never have to replace our car windows again, but if we do, I don't care what suburb we're in by then - we're coming back to Eastlake Auto Glass.

I've taken two cars here so far, planning on taking a third. They really do a good job, on one of the cars, I could not even find the chip after they had finished. The cleaning of the windshield inside and out afterwards is just a great touch. Their handling of all the insurance was also great as well.

The cost was exactly what they said it would be and they had it done in an hour. New windshield looks great. Greg is super friendly and really knows his craft. Our car got broken into (rear door window smashed) and we called Eastlake Glass the moment we found out. They were able to get us scheduled for replacement the same day (9am) and out by (3:30pm). They even vacuumed out the smashed window bits in the backseat. Super impressed with the quality, professionalism and speed of this place. Highly recommend.

My dealer wasn't accepting my claims that the windshield is defective, so I emailed Eastlake Auto Glass asking them to check it. They found a slot for me the same day. Without much info about the problem from my side, It took them like 20 seconds to see and describe the exact problem I'm experiencing. It took me several days to start noticing issue and about extra week to come to a conclusion it's indeed a defect. And they spotted it in 20 seconds.

The window and the work look to be quality. Seal was very different than factory but looks OK. They got me in very fast and left a clean car which was better than my last glass shop. We both suffered from the ignorance of the glass insurance manager but the owner was courteous and great to deal with.

Took my boss' car here and was on a serious time crunch while he was out of town, and they were able to get me right in for a windshield replacement. Greg even took the time to walk me through the two types of windows that are offered for this type of Audi (and he saved me $1,100!!) I also really liked the fact that he was up front about taking the Audi to the dealership to have it correctly re-calibrated since the dealership has the proper Audi machine to do this, something other shops did not disclose to me and tried to charge me to do it themselves. He had the car done in just a few hours, like he said he would. Hopefully no other harm comes to me or my boss' auto glass, but if it does, I'm definitely taking it back to these guys!!

Saw that this place had the best reviews and for good reason, had a broken windshield and they took care of the problem fast. When I first called in, Greg was there to answer right away and helped me out get a quote fast. He told me it would be about a hour to hour 1/2 and it ended up only taking about 45 mins. They are fast and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Hands down the best repair facility I have ever worked with. Greg was extremely friendly and after spending hours on the phone trying to find a repair facility that could repair my side window that had gotten broken into, he was able to take and repair the glass in the same day. I am extremely grateful and cannot express how well I felt taken care of as a customer. I was quoted an hour and a half wait time but my repair was completed in even less time. While I waited on site the employees were also very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. In the future if I ever need any other auto glass repair I would not go anywhere else. Nothing but the best here. Thank you very much for making this so easy!

My car had a small chip in the windshield and it needed to be fixed before my daughter took it for her driver’s license skills test. I called a couple of places and they were not able to schedule it for several days. I called Eastlake and I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me in between. They fixed it quickly, I had called my insurance company and they sent the paperwork electronically and everything was a breeze. I recommend Eastlake Auto glass.

They were recommended by the Mazda dealership and cheaper than the place the insurance company suggested. The price included installation but not tax. I scheduled via text to drop it off the next morning. They told me it would take an hour and a half and it was ready when I came back to pick it up before lunch. Excellent service. Price is great. My old window was broken and back seat was full of broken glass. They clear each piece of the glass, which looks like new. They provide a glass with same material as original factory, with same gray color, but price is much lower. Service is fast as about 1.5 hour. I highly recommend this store.

Very professional service. Went in to get my 2018 CX5 windshield replaced, made a reservation, the job was done in an hour. The replaced windshield was a factory windshield, they transferred all the stickers to the new windshield and their price was the cheapest amoung several shops.

The staff was just great, really friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and proved to be very knowledgeable when it comes to auto glass. Simple replace with no pressure to purchase anything additional packages, just the way I like it. Plus the shop is close enough to some stores like REI and Traderjoes to kill some time.

Very impressive family run business : Greg (owner) and Lexie (daughter) are very experienced. Their technicians are first-rate & incredibly knowledgeable. Due to the incompetence of Safelite - incorrectly ordered my OEM windshield 2-times (no joke!) - I really needed help. Greg & Lexie knew exactly what to do. They ordered the CORRECT OEM windshield the first time. Their technicians installed my windshield within 1.5 hrs. and I was on my way. Fantastic service and customer friendly! Thank you!

I'm very impressed; Service was top notch from start to finish. I called here very upset that I was quoted $410 from safelite for a drivers side window on a 2010 highlander. Lexi took my call quoted me much less and booked me a next day appointment. She even personally sent me a text of their location, as we are new to Bellevue. Appointment started on time, replaced our window in less than an hour & we are on our way home! An added bonus: I read so much about the owner Greg & he came out to speak with us. Gave us an exact time when the car would be finished and also shared wisdom on how to possibly avoid a future break-in. I was given a recommendation for Eastlake Auto Glass by no fewer than 2 technicians at Toyota of Kirkland. From the first time I called Eastlake, they were professional and explained the whole process. I called on Tuesday, 3/28, and they had me in the shop in Saturday, 4/1, for a windshield replacement on my 2016 Highlander. The replacement took less than 2 hours. Looks like the windshield was installed at the factory... very clean work. The staff also worked with my insurance company to clear up some confusion on the insurance company's part. I will definitely come back here again & recommend this glass shop to friends.
