They were able to fix my windshield the next day, and charged much less than the other quotes I got. What was most impressive was the quality of the repair...the ugly starburst became almost invisible. And they told me if the repair didn't hold, the amount I paid would apply to a full replacement. The "after" photo doesn't really show how good the repair is, but the repair is really hard to spot. I am very glad I chose Car Tech for this work. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to explain the process.

I was driving on I-5 when a big pebble hit my windshield and the crack started rapidly spreading. Because I was up north, I stopped by another auto glass shop and they gave me a huge quote for the replacement shield. I decided to drive down to Car Tech and they fit me in quickly and replaced my front windshield for significantly less than the price I received at the other shop. Car Tech and it’s staff are professional, speedy, friendly, and their work product is amazing! I highly recommend Car Tech and will continue to come here for my auto glass needs!!

The folks at Car Tech Auto Glass provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. At a time when it has been difficult to find a replacement windshield for my vehicle due to the auto glass shortage, Car Tech was able to find the glass at a very reasonable price and get me scheduled quickly to get it installed. When I was first calling around to find a shop to replace my windshield, the staff at Car Tech let me know about the current supply-chain challenges and said they would set a reminder to periodically check the availability of the glass I needed and let me know when they could order it in. They were true to their word and called me a few weeks later to say they had found the glass I needed. Then, several days before my actual appointment, they called me to say an earlier slot had opened up and they could fit me in that day if I was available. They did a great job and even gave me a better price on the glass than they had originally quoted me. I'd highly recommend these folks.

My car was broken into late Friday night and my passenger window broken. Car Tech was able to quickly fit me into their schedule and were fantastic to work with. They gave me two appointment slots until they were able to confirm they could get me in that week. This is my second time using Car Tech Auto Glass and if I could give them 10 stars I would! They did a wonderful job replacing and calibrating my windshield. All other auto glass companies I've spoken with do not calibrate and I would have had to make an additional trip to the dealership to get this done. I work very long hours and they were able to accommodate me dropping off my car before hours and picking up after hours. Additionally, Erica has always been amazing and Haffo too! Woke up and found my windshield had a huge crack. I did a quick yelp and google search and went to Car Tech Auto Glass. From the moment I stepped in the shop, Kevin was quick to help me. He talked me through the process and answered my questions before getting me a quote. With the weather getting worse every day, I wanted to get my car in as soon as possible to get it fixed. Initially, they had openings later in the week but when I explained that I had firm work commitments and requested a quicker time frame, they got me in the same day. Couple hours later, good as new. Car Tech Auto Glass is the best! My car experienced a terrible crack from a wayward rock, and I didn't think it would be salvageable. The team at Car Tech fixed it with ease, and saved me thousands on a very expensive OEM windshield replacement. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike a few other shops I called, their total price for using OEM glass was reasonable. I waited in their comfortable office while the work was done, and because they used a faster-curing sealant it took less than 2 hours for the whole job. I particularly liked that they were willing to explain how the repair process worked, showing me the tools they used, etc. Very cool to learn about it.

I came to this place to replace the windshield. My car has crash on the windshield after 2 months since I got new car. I came here and the lady who work in the front desk helped me out with 2 options to replace the windshield. Because it is new car so I take the OEM. I'm very happy when I got my car from them. Highest praise for this business! I'd had two botched "repairs" on a vandalized rear hatch and no one could figure out to how to fully fix until Haffo from Car Tech Auto Glass came into the picture (our Subaru dealer referred us). 8 months of frustration later, everything is repaired back to OEM standards. Everyone I've spoken with at this company is top-notch, personable and professional. Don't waste your time with "mobile repair" shops!

Based on my input, they ordered a replacement windshield.....however, I was wrong about which one I needed...They re-ordered on the spot and had it installed within the estimated time period. Desparately call around the next morning to find someone who can squeeze me in. Car Tech Auto Glass was super helpful on the phone. While cutting the grass I hit a hidden rock with the lawnmower. Next came a load crash. I looked over to see the largest window of my SUV missing. I was extremely irritated with the situation. I immediately phoned around to see how much a replacement window would cost. I heard a bunch of different stories. We don’t carry that window, you have to factory order it due to the vehicle and the factory tint. Then I found Haffo from Car Tech Auto glass. He made a few phone calls and had it on the schedule for the next day. I was extremely happy with the service, and I don’t know why I wasted my time in the first place making all of those unnecessary phone calls. Let the professionals handle it. My husband's truck had alternator problems around Lake Forest Park so he made it up to 224th and the truck died in the bus lane right there in front of Car Tech. The man and woman came running out as some guy behind him was honking up a storm and they helped him push the truck into their parking lot. They then charged the alternator for 45 minutes so he had enough juice to make it up the street to the car fixing place. This saved us the money and hassle of a tow truck. He said they were the nicest people in the world and we weren't even customers! So if anything ever happens to the windshield, that's where we'll go. Thank you! You made a bad day not so bad....

I used the CarTech to replace my Jaguar. After they left, we found out the car seat stopped working and airbag list is on and so on. I called CarTech and they came over next day to take a look. Actually, what happen was I accidentally move the seat all the way back, when my wife move it forward, it unplugged the wire under the seat. It is Jaguar's design problem, not CarTech problem. They were so nice. I am sorry that they have to come out but I will use nobody but CarTech for auto windows repair and replace.

Service itself was good (did leave a couple footprints on the seats in the back), but trying to get someone to answer the phone or call back in a timely manner after leaving a voicemail was a bit of a challenge. This place was recommended by a dealership I take my car to for servicing so expectations may have been too high. I had called in and left messages a couple of times and didn't get a call back until a few days later? However, once communication was established things seemed to have gone pretty smoothly and everyone I did talk to seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Only other thing to mention is the location. The facilities are located at the corner of a very busy highway 99 with not much of a parking area. The depth of the parking area isn't much more than the length of an SUV with the highway directly in front of it. It can definitely be a little tricky (scary) getting out of their parking area, but the staff there seemed to be more than comfortable with the tight maneuvering.
