These guys were awesome. It looks like it's not a brick and mortar establishment, it is a carport type cover, but these guys were amazing. They came straight out and started working on my windshield and they were done in less than an hour. They were really nice as well. I waited on site for them to finish and they were done faster than expected. The price they quoted included tax and labor. A year of rock chip repair was included. I recommend low price auto. I refer my friends and family when they need auto glass. I used these guys 2 months ago and the windshield is still doing great.

One day, while working on a rear speaker install on my project car -- a 2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R -- I was trying to strip the stereo wire by pulling on it in an upward direction. As the plastic sheathing of the wire gave way, the wire cutter flung upwards and smashed a hole in the rear window glass -- stoopid 🤬 I figured that the damage I did wouldn't be able to be repaired for at least a day, if I was lucky. This was a real bummer cuz I was scheduled to leave on a road trip on Saturday morn in said project car and I didn't have much faith that I could find a replacement rear glass within 24 hrs on a weekend for a fair price. So the next morning, I reached out to Low Price Auto Glass, which I had noticed during several visits to Pick-N-Pull (PNP) on 33rd South. I assumed Low Price would have recycled glass from junked cars since they shared the same parking lot as PNP, which wouldn't have been a big deal to me -- reduce, reuse, recycle! So, I decided to move my departure date to Sunday after I spoke to Jillian, who offered a fair price AND same day install! I dropped the car off around 10am and I picked up my SE-R sometime before noon. I was pleasantly surprised that the glass was brand new! I drove outta there with a great looking, clean and clear piece of glass! BONUS: a messy DIY tint job -- bubbles and haze -- was removed with the old broken glass, leaving me with a great opportunity to retint all the windows if I wanted (Jillian even recommended a tint person who could do all my windows for $50 less than another tint shop). Also, the new rear window defroster worked as expected! My experience with Jillian and his Crüe at Low Price Auto Glass was top notch -- great price, great value, great quality, good workmanship and perfect timing ...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The setting was a bit strange, no air conditioned shop with a waiting area, but I was greeted right away and the repair was cheap. I waited a few weeks to post to see if my chip repair would spread, but it is still nearly invisible since he fixed it. I hope I never get another chip, so I don't have to come back, but this is Utah...I will be back every time 😁

Came in for a rock chip repair. I didn't have an appointment and was impressed with how quickly a serviceman came out to look at my windshield. I believe his name was Julio and he was very friendly and quick with the repair. Julio told me that the chip had already been filled. I bought this van used a couple of months ago so I wasn't aware of this. Anyway Julio filled it back in and said the crack shouldn't spread. He ended up not charging me for the repair. What a nice guy and a great experience all-around. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I will definitely return to this business in the future.

This place is AMAZING. I called this morning to get a quote to replace my windshield and they said it was $200, which was a great deal … I asked if I needed to make an appointment and they said they had it in stock. I asked if I needed to drop my car off, and they stated it would take one hour and I could wait in their lobby if I wanted. I got here around 3pm, and everything he said was true - it was $200 exactly, and took just under an hour. No surprise charges, no extra time and on top of that they were extremely friendly. They also let me know that if I kept my receipt I could have free chip repair. I recommend this place to anyone, and everyone. I am so impressed.

Super friendly and fast service. $20 for a rock chip replacement. I paid less than half of what I was quoted by a major vendor for a new windshield. Both times I’ve been, I was in with no wait and out quickly. The location is trashy (same lot as the pick and pull) but they have a waiting room in the office area.

My girlfriend took my car here to get the windshield replaced while I was at work one day. They were very nice, very friendly, fairly priced, definitely cheaper than safelite auto, as well as very efficient in their work. My girlfriend had 0 complaints about the experience, until she went to get out of my car and realized my door handle was snapped in half. My door handle didn't properly work before, but now it was snapped in half. She called me to let me know what happened and I called the shop immediately. The owner verified which car was mine and without further questioning he told me he just ordered a new handle and I could bring it back in the next day to have the handle replaced. They did exceptional work both times. The owner is a very hard worker that takes pride in what he does and it shows. I can't see myself going anywhere else now for glass repair. They keep their promises and they're the best in the business for sure.

Low price auto glass has always taken good care of us. Their price typically my is 10% lower than anywhere else and they’re pretty quick. Call shards and make sure they have the window you’re trying to replace and they can typically finish it same day. Give them a call and grab tacos from the truck in their parking lot

The price was the cheapest I could find but the office and how to get to it seemed like it could have been marked better and easier to get to. I get they are working in a small space but just heads up, this is a hole-in-a-wall kind of a place. However, great price and great service, I am happy about getting my windshield replace here.

I've been coming to this place for over 10 years now. My buddy referred me back then, and I've referred multiple people as well. This place does the best job, and they use high quality windshields each time I've been here! The staff is extremely friendly and on this occasion I was showing one of the staff members about the 2 dents I had on the car. He explanined to me how to fix the back dent, but the side door dent he went ahead and within 2 minutes or less, he popped it out for me for free of charge! These guys have always treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy and I will always continue to come here with any window issue I have! They are fast, efficient and have the best prices around, hands down! I would never think of using a different windshield replace shop than LOW PRICE AUTO GLASS!! Julian was nice and friendly. Price was the most modest around for a quick chip repair I went there for. $20. He did it on the spot. He also changes glass. Took my credit card with a square and no extra charges. Place looks a little rustic, but gets the job done. My rock chip was about 1/3 inch long and was filled in down to about a dot. You can still see it, but not big any more.

Brought my Jeep to them the first time for my front windshield an they told me 1 hour and $150. 50 minutes later they were done and it was exactly $150. I then brought my Kia here the second time for a side window. Same thing. 1 hour and $250. (Side windows are more) but everyone else quoted about $300-$400. I would definitely recommend these guys out of anyone! We’ve all called around to get price quotes but don’t even waste your time. These guys will easily beat most prices by $50-$75 dollars. And they don’t give you any BS. A big Thanks to the guys at Low price auto glass. You guys are the best. 🤘🏼🙏🏼

I needed to have my mirror reattached to my windshield on my old Eurovan so I called around for quotes. Safelite doesn't take phone calls only web appointments, Glass Doctor quoted me $75 and I said thanks anyway. Low Price Auto Glass quoted me $10 and that I didn't need an appointment. It gets even better. My really old van had a really old mirror without a removable mount and try as he might Julian could not separate the mount from the mirror arm. So good ol Julian went next door to Pick-n-Pull and got me a replacement. It gets even better when I went to pay he said $10. I asked Julian what about the cost of the mirror and he said no charge, I said are you sure? He said yes, no charge. Bottom line is you can deal with the fancy modern clean shops some of which you can't talk to a live human about your problem or you can get exceptional service, unexpected generosity provided by a very likeable real person.

Inexpensive glass at affordable prices. The boss (the owner) and his crew are always friendly and prompt. Even when busy they get me out of there in as good of time as possible. Today was my third time needing a windshield from them (different cars). I got in early with nobody in front of me, and was back on the road within 45 minutes max (wasn't in a great big hurry so I wasn't exactly running a stop watch). It's a no frills waiting room without any coffee or soda machines, but that isn't important to me. With the amount of money that can be saved by doing business here I can bring plenty of my own refreshments. As long as this place is open, and as long as I stay in the Salt Lake area, I will continue to be a customer here.

They had my windshield in stock, and it took about 1.5 hours to get it replaced. Price was about $100 less than other quotes. Great service, friendliest owner! Had quite the conversation with my father. My windshield was smashed by a falling rock on the freeway. Within the hour I was in and they were working on it! It only took about an hour, and thats just because there was an issue with the first company they ordered the glass from and had to order from a secondary vendor. It was great! They also said they did free rock chips so that’s a plus!

Wow . . . I’ll never go anywhere else! Quoted a price over the phone and said it would take two hours. I was out in an hour-an- a-half and the bill was less than the quote! I got my side window smashed. Low Price was not only the least expensive by far, but was also the only place I found that had the window in stock. Everyone else said 4-5 days, gave a base price that did not include all sorts of charges (generally adding about $40 to the quoted price) and added a express order charge on top of that. I have an expedition that I use for car audio competitions and was having a problem with the rear wing windows vibrating down over the body and didn't want one of them to break so I took it to them and had them remove the windows to fix the mounting points and had them glue them shut (driver side window didn't work anyway) Daviel and Cordale did an amazing job and got it done without damaging any equipment I have in the truck 10 out of 10 recommend
