While in the middle of a move from WA to TX, my wife and I were headed south on I-84 when a truck kicked up a baseball sized rock that hit our windshield and instantly shattered it. After pulling over and vacuuming up the glass at a gas station we called a few shops en route, but no one could get us in for several days. We called Icon and they figured out how to get us in the same day and made sure they had a windshield on hand. When we finally made it to the shop, they immediately got my truck in and started working on it right away. An hour later the new windshield was in and we were back on our way headed south. The whole team did an amazing job of taking care of us when we really needed it, and the pricing was very reasonable. If you need glass, I would highly recommend them.

After receiving several quotes from some of the more known glass places I finally found Icon Glass. I talked to Ben and in less than a few minutes had everything completely arranged to have my windshield replaced. Josiah the technician showed up exactly at the time we agreed on and within 45 minutes had my windshield replaced and recalibrated. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Icon Glass really provides a truly hassle free/professional experience! One of the best experiences I've had with a business in a long time. Scheduling was quick and easy, they did the work to bring my insurance into the call and file the claim right then and there. Had to wait a few days for them to receive the windshield, but they always communicated timelines and expectations. Installation was less than 30 minutes. Amazing customer service all around!

i woke up yesterday morning to my driver side passenger window being smashed... snow was coming down. Unbelievable service. This company is top notch work. Super professional and the work was done quick. When I first contacted them I didn't know they come to you to fix the windshield and at no extra cost to you. So that's a huge plus. They called when they were in their way. Showed up on time. Was friendly, kind and quick. Took an hour and I'm not kidding you but my truck looks better lol. The windshield is beautiful!!! Looks waaaayyyy better than the one before which I found out was replaced 2 yrs ago for waaaaayyyyyyyyy more and was uglier! So this place gets a huge shout out. Icon Glass was selected by my Jeep service manager to replace a leaking rear window on my Jeep Gladiator. Despite my complicated work schedule we were able to line up and get their best tech , Jose Estupinan ,with the specialized string tool to remove the back glass and replace it. I was impressed with the amount of work it took on this particularly challenging glass replacement and the tech didn't leave a scratch on my paint matched hard top. If you need your Jeep glass replaced then request Jose from Icon Glass with the string tool and get your glass done right!

I went to Icon Glass today to see if they could repair a stone chip on the windshield of my motorhome. We are travelling, and were staying at an RV Park in Salt Lake City. Luckily, it was fairly close to their office. The lady in the office made arrangements to have the repair tech come to the RV Park to complete the repair later that same day. Ron came right on time, and did an excellent job, at a very reasonable price. When travelling, and needing something done, it can be challenging to find a reliable shop. Icon Glass went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend them.

The window of my car was shattered by random vandalism and I was pretty bummed. While that experience was not ideal, I was really grateful for the service I received from Icon Glass. I first spoke to Will who helped me understand the process for replacing a window, and he helped me understand that Icon doesn't add extra charges after installation like other companies. He quoted me the actual full price which I appreciated as I called around to other vendors. When I called back, Will responded promptly and got me an appointment (on a holiday weekend, no less). Nick (the technician) called in advance to double check my address and the time (they came to me!) and showed up exactly when he said he would - so so great!! He was friendly, and helped me understand the mechanics of what he was doing. He told me I could reach out if I experienced any issues in the future because he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service. Not only were these guys empathetic and understanding of my unfortunate situation, they were punctual and professional. Highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for someone to replace my windshield after a rock came trough it from a semi truck and after getting a few quotes from a few other companies including safelite it was just ridiculously high and a lot of hidden fees I have a Chevy Avalanche LTZ with automatic wipers so I need a special pad and everyone else was quoting me 100 to 500 for this pad well icon glass gave me what it cost them $10.00 yes $10.00 i was like to good to be true well taxes pad and windshield and they also came out with a mobile unit everything was 275.00 no hidden fees no extra and it’s a workman ship lifetime warranty. The second I called this company I met Brandy and she was so helpful and very knowledgeable she knew exactly what I was after and the glass I was looking for I called on Saturday they scheduled me Tuesday in the a.m let me tell you if you need a new windshield I highly recommend icon glass don’t just take my word for it call them see how much icon glass can help you! We had a crazy experience with replacing our 2020 Honda Pilot windshield. Icon Glass came to our home and installed the new windshield, but it could not be calibrated to all the mechanisms in the car. They came out twice to try this, and finally we had to take the car into their shop. I decided to wait while it was done, but my stubborn car would NOT calibrate. Leslie at Icon offered me her car so I could pick up my carpool kids from school. After a lot of trying, we decided that ordering another new windshield from the dealership was the best way to go. Once again Leslie loaned me her own car so that I wouldn’t be out a vehicle. We were super impressed by the professionalism and care that Icon had from start to finish and I have recommended them to anyone needing an auto glass service company.

He then went out of his way to call dealerships in the area for an oem replacement for my 18 WRX, had it delivered that night to then install the next day. David came on time, very professional and a nice all around guy. Hung out with him while he did the install in no time. in and out in 40 minutes. Only reason it took that long was because of some window trim being a pain. All in all, VERY good experience and would recommend going to them 100% Even without insurance they quoted me an incredibly reasonable price.

Fast response. My appointment was at 9am which I confirmed the day before. Half the crew showed up at 11. The guy in charge showed up at 12:30 & no work could b done til he got there. I have had a nightmare dealing with an accident that shattered my windshield, the only thing that wasn't difficult was dealing with Icon glass. They were able to get me in same day, went all the way to Orem to a tow yard to fix my windshield before 5 so I could get my car out of the lot. They were fast, and even vacuumed the glass out. I had an appointment with another, more well known company but they couldn't make it until Tuesday, and then it would have been almost DOUBLE what Icon charged me. I will use these guys again and again.

The tech actually apologized to my daughter for taking longer than expected to replace the windshield on my 1992 Ford Explorer because of needing to sand away rust and then torching up paint! How many would take the time needed to perform this extra, unexpected step to insure the job was well done?? And there was no added charge! We'll go to Icon for any future auto glass needs for sure!!

There was another gentleman ahead of me, a darker haired man came out of the office and said, " There he is, come on in." to the guy, and he didn't even acknowledge me...I sat there with no one to help me for a little to long...I just walked out, and fortunately a gal came back from lunch and helped me, so I have scheduled with her.
