I drive Mountain View Corridor to work every day, which feels like a lawless-Mad-Max-inspired-dystopian-nightmare. Not surprisingly, I’ve had multiple rocks flipped into my windshield over the past year. This is the first place I call; I was driving home today and yet another rock was flipped into my windshield by massive pickup truck with the license plate “Not2Big.” (No, I’m not joking.) Expert Auto Glass is fantastic—I’ve always been helped as soon as I arrive and my windshield looks brand new. The employees are kind and helpful and make it a quick and painless process.

They even called my insurance and walked me through a claim with my rep (insurance asks a ton of questions lol). Which was nice while I was there vs. doing it on my own later. These guys did a great job! They were fast and the price was competitive. I was so grateful they could come to us to replace the windshield instead of having to wait at a repair shop. I posted that review a few weeks ago. A couple of days after they replaced my windshield my daughter and I realized that the bottom part of the windshield was warped. It wasn't noticeable all of the time, but enough that it bothered me. When I called Expert Auto Glass and told them about the problem, they came over in a few days and replaced it again, for no charge. That is excellent customer service! And I would still give them 5 stars!

Expert Auto Glass was great to work with. I actually had to cancel and reschedule my initial appointment at the last minute. They were super accommodating. On the day of the appointment they showed up on time and ready to go. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. The new windshield looks great! I shopped all the places that google listed and their price was the best. Highly recommended and will use them again.

When you drive up it appears you are at someone’s home. But don’t be fooled, this is a business. The people inside are helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the process for replacing glass in a Tesla, which is what I was looking for.

Great job replacing the windshield, and I wasn't even home at the time. However, I had a "For Sale" sign posted (static cling to the inside of the old windshield), which they either kept or threw away, rather than leaving in the car or returning to my wife who was home at the time.

A tech named Brian replaced the windshield on our SUV, and it looks fantastic. And best of all, they came to my house to replace it, which was incredibly convenient! I was able to book an appointment close to the date I called and was given a two hour time window. The morning of, Brian called and narrowed the window to a 15 minute time slot so I wasn’t left waiting the whole two hours. He did the work quickly, and I can’t say enough how good it looks. Afterwards, he went over the warranty and explained what not to do in the first hour and 24 hours. He was a super nice guy, and I really appreciated how professional he was. I’m so happy with the service I’ve had here! They came out & did a windshield repair & were so great I stopped in for a rock chip on my other vehicle. Not only were they on time, quick & kind..but they were also personable and professional! Every member of their Team truly took the time to make sure I was well informed and taken care of. Damian is amazing! I sent him a message telling him that a huge truck just gave me a whole bunch of rock chips when he was driving ahead of me, and asked how much he would charge to fix them. He told me, it wasn't too high priced like some other places and I love the smaller businesses anyway. I had to get to work and said I would get back to him. Forgot all about it, then got a message from him saying he is free anytime just let him know when! It took him about 15/20 minutes to fix and I was on my way! Great service!
