I was in need of a new windshield at the worst time. I found connect auto glass and did their financing option to fit my financial situation . after making an appointment with them, I decided to read their reviews, at that moment I got very nervous and almost cancelled. Their representative Dane ensured me that everything was fine and a gentlemen would be here the following day to install my windshield. Which indeed happened. I got a call the next day from the installer, John, letting me know when he would arrive. Which he arrived on time, and installed my new windshield within a half hour. I'm very pleased with this company, they worked with me financially and came in very reasonable time to replace my windshield. I highly recommend Dane if you need any information or work done for yourself. I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews but from my experience I have no complaints.

I had a crack in my windshield and came across Connect Auto Glass in my search for repairs. Lina was my customer service rep and she was great, very easy to work with. I had to change my appointment date and they were able to accommodate me. The replacement was quick and well done. Overall nice experience and I'd use them again if needed.

The customer service person I dealt with when I called, Ryan E., was wonderful. He was professional, thorough, handled my insurance for me, prepared me for the phone call with the claims dept telling me everything that would be asked & said as well as informing me of my rights as a customer. He made me feel as though he was truly advocating for me to make sure my needs were completely met & not at all like he was just trying to make money for his company, get my business the quickest & easiest way possible or rush me through the process. When I first called, I had not intended on using my insurance. He beat the lowest cash price I had found & even though he would make more filing it through insurance, he did not pressure me to do so. He heard my concerns about filing through insurance, educated me & let me make the decision for myself. I felt NO pressure in making a decision. His follow up to make sure I was taken care of & treated well by the company that came out was much appreciated. I will for sure use this company in the future should I need auto glass replaced again. Thank you, Ryan, for your excellent service & dedication to your customers.

What an awesome service! I needed to fix my windshield before I can take my vehicle for VA inspection. I also had a court hearing the date of the installation. When I came back from court I have got my windshield replaced and it looks fantastic. Their customer service is very responsive and they resolved all my issues prior to the service appointment. With so many glass services available to choose from, I chose to go with Connect Auto Glass. I received service in less than 24 hours and the price was great. They installed the exact same factory glass my vehicle was equipped with and it was completed in less than 45 minutes.They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. They were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and most importantly, they followed up with me after service was performed. I received a phone call , an email and a text from them to ensure that they had fulfilled their duties completely. That's difficult to find in today's marketplace. I've had way too many windshield replacements in my life, and there always seems to have been a major issue happen with whichever company I would use. With Connect I financed so I wouldn't even have to pay the whole thing for 100 days. And the installers they sent me did a great job. Took their time and really were professional. Someone had broken into my car and smashed the window. I was definitely flustered and had a range of emotions. I tried to do it through insurance and it wasn’t covered. The price was expensive for one window. I was looking for window repair and came across Connect Auto Glass. I called and was warmly greeted by Lina. Starting with not ever needing a windshield I tried this company. I was qouted different prices through different companies but nothing compared to being able to finance this repair. The customer service representative was courteous and very helpful; even got me in to the shop the next day with the option of coming to me or me visiting a shop. After arriving at the shop I was told about 45 minutes, but it didn't even take that long. I'm overly appreciative of the service provided!

Connect auto glass allowed me to finance my windshield replacement because I was a little tight on money. My windshield was replaced on the day they said it would be replaced and in about an hour. My experience with them was good and they were upfront about the financing. I would definitely use them again if needed. Price is comparable to SafeLite but with a financing option which is helpful in certain situations. Thanks connect.

I’ve had several windshield replacing experiences, every one of them was a complete headache until now. I’m used to calling 4-5 different places to find a fair deal and a convenient time for me to bring my car in. I called connect auto glass and they DID THAT FOR ME! I spent less than 5 minutes on the phone, Brady found me the best deal and had a tech replace it in the parking lot while I was at work, that same day!! Jesse (the tech) was very efficient and professional, there is literally not one reason to go anywhere else. I’ll ONLY go through connect auto glass after this experience!

We had a great experience with Connect Auto Glass! Unrelated to one another, we needed to replace the front windshield on both of our cars. I had a friendly phone conversation to get the total price - to make sure we priced the correct glass, we used the VIN for one car, and answered one simple question for the other car. They called the morning of the replacement to pin down the appointment time. It took less than one hour for each car. The price was lower than another company that we'd priced out, even with the minimal cost for the technician to come to our house at our convenience! The repair was done quickly and well, even to the point of the technician saving the sticky velcro pieces on the old windshield for our I-pass tags. We are very happy with the results and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you!

Best customer service I've had in awhile! I got a quote, appointment and the windshield service taken care of in less than 24 from being contacted from one of their employees! I highly recommend them for all your glass needs. The install was quick and clean and had an excellent waiting room with TV's and magazines. The install was barely over a half hour! So I came out of my house to go to work, and found my rear windshield totally smashed, vandalized! My insurance has $1000 deductible so it was gonna be out of pocket, ugh!!Called around for quotes, found varying prices, most which included extra charges & fees like disposal and mounting hardware, etc. Then I called Connect Auto Glass and spoke with Bryan at customer care. He explained the process fully, gave me an upfront, all-inclusive quote, and mentioned great features like affordable payment plan with 0% interest & full coverage warranty. Bryan stayed on top of my case with frequent texts & callbacks, and got me scheduled for a mobile repair, so convenient! Turned a bad day into my lucky day, thanks to Bryan! Haven't had the actual repair yet, but just had to share my great experience from the beginning. So glad I called Connect! I'll post another review after windshield is fixed.

As far as the over the phone experience getting the appointment on time they could have been more communicatable and consistent with their word as I waited over a week to get a windshield put in after rain and snowfall. I will try and keep this on topic... I needed my windshield replaced ASAP because I found out I had no windshield coverage at all under my insurance policy. So after doing a google search, I came across Auto Glass Connect. I feel that I got lucky right away after talking with Tony on the phone. My entire exposure to AGC was directly with Tony over the phone, I spoke with no one else through the entire process, until the van pulled up to my house on the correct day and time of the scheduled appointment. I want to make it completely aware that Tony handled my situation with complete confidence and excellent customer service, which he was very polite and understanding from beginning to end. He provided me with all the information I needed and made sure before he ended the call that I was aware of how payments will be handled as well as the next steps in the process of getting my windshield replaced such as time and day of the appointment. Tony also made sure to give me his information so I would know how to get back in touch with him if I had any problems or questions regarding my order. Such a great experience working with Tony! On the day of my appointment the van pulled up within the time frame that was given to me.The repair man was Brady, another very friendly and polite person to deal with. He got right to work and assured me he would be done within 45 minutes, and he was finished well ahead of time. You could tell Brady knew what he was doing, he worked quickly and intelligently...As a person who had never seen a windshield put on in person, the way he did it was really impressive. Brady made sure to clean up the glass pieces from the broken windshield and wiped down any smudges too. He sprayed my dashboard and gave it a nice wipe down, he did an excellent job! I also received a text later that day from Brady asking me if the windshield is ok, just great customer service all around, they really care that you are happy and mostly taken care of so you can get back on the road! Man have I got a story for you all thinking about this glass repair company. I had the esteem pleasure of being helped by Patrick. I saw connects auto on Google and contacted them. I shortly explained to Patrick my situation and he was more than glad to help me. He provided me with many options. After the first call I thought I had to wait to hear them anyone again until Friday, but 1 hour later, Patrick call me with my insurer on the line in a conference call and helped me step by step with my insurer. It was an emergency situation and he right away met my concerns and urgency with proficiency and understanding. We even conference called the insurer again to help me address my primary concerns with my coverage and we actually got some straight answers and we even got what we both wanted. Simply amazing how attentive and how good he is at his job. He has the experience and steady leadership to go far in any business. Connect auto is lucky to have him. Job done well, friendly service from start to finish, best price around. Kept to the appointment time. Fast response. Couldn't be more satisfied. I found them by a Google search. After calling five companies, the were the first to have a price that was not a bank braker without using insurance. Everyone else wanted as much as $100.00 more...and wanted me to wait as much as a week. Tec was at my home by the next day had all the skill, tools, windshield and new outer seal for the job. Installed in a reasonable amount of time. Being a lifted 4×4 and still prepared I was truly impressed. I will recommend them to anyone who I know or who says they need a windshield or class repair... After having to deal with a day of no power and two days of work evacuation do to So Cal fires, and then backing into a lift gate and shattering my rear windshield... I had the best customer service experience working with Dane who was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and effective. I would recommend Connect Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass replacement. They even offer financing so you don’t have to tape cardboard to your car and risk injury to yourself or others.

FINANCING FINE PRINT Maybe it's just me but I definitely feel like the lease agreement for financing a windshield was misleading. My husband signed the lease agreement for $549 and we've been making payments on it since May, only to find out that we've payed $943 since then. Gave snap finance a call (the company Connect uses for financing options) and they said we actually agreed to paying $1,133 in the fine print... not the stated.. bold printed $549 at the bottom of the last page. Definitely our bad but the fine print was easy to miss. All customer service cared to do was ask why we didn't ask about the fine print back in May. Never did they actually attempt to explain the situation to us in it's entirety.

Best Price + Best Service Hands Down. I had a crack in the windshield of my BMW that was over a foot long and needed it replaced asap. My insurance was no help. I called all the top glass companies, and local companies, and Connect Auto Glass was hands down the best price and the nicest and easiest to speak with over the phone! I first spoke with Tryston who sold me on the company and the service and gave me a better price than any of their competitors (including safelite). Then I went on to schedule my appointment with Brady who ended up taking great care of me, and getting a mobile service out right away at no extra cost since their shops were booked up. The technician they sent to do the work was kind and personable, and had the hole thing finished in about 20 minutes while I was at work. I've been driving with the new windshield for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier! These guys should be the industry standard for auto glass!

Not only do they deliver amazing Customer Service and do their best to accommodate your needs; pricing, scheduling, etc. They offer an amazing Flexible Payment plan through Financing, that no other Auto Glass company can or has.. I found Connect Auto by doing a Google search. I have an older car with liability only so I was looking for a deal since it was coming out of my pocket. The price was great. I’m a pre owned manager at a car dealership so I know what is a good price on glass. Connect Auto Glass contracts with other windshield repair companies. The one they contracted with put my windshield in incorrectly. I took my car to another shop who found the problem and fixed it. Soo a month ago someone came to my house and broke my windshield... Last week I found connect Auto Glass on Google and contacted them and spoke with Mike he was cool as could be man. My landlord is threatening to tow my car if I don't get it fixed soon, so it was cool to talk to someone who cared. He told me to do my application and call back, even though it took me a week I still did it, called back, didn't get to talk to Mike talked to Erick but it was still on file and was great. Got the payment plan set up and everything has been smooth. I just hope all these bad reviews aren't right, because I do not have time to be getting scammed. I'm already cool with paying $379 . So I'm hoping I don't have to come back here and write something bad. Some of y'all probably just don't know how to talk on the phone with people in call centers.. lol. I even had.to call snapfinance to make sure I can control how much money is taken out and they were cool too. All I'm waiting on is a call or text from a technician in my area and if I get that, and it's for the same price , and it doesn't break in a damn month , well I'll have to kiss somebody! Would be awesome.

Found them searching places that could work with me financially. Woke up to a huge crack in my windshield due to the hot weather in phx and had a high deductible through insurance. Called and spoke with Dane and he was super friendly and took the time to explain all my options. I was having a problem finding someone to put my windshield in so I called Glass America and they had no problem. The technician called me early in the morning and had it in within the next hour. NEVER GO TO SAFELITE!!! Worst way to start a review huh, but I'm sure it caught your attention!!!! Let me tell you about my unfortunate situation! I never noticed a dumb chip on my windshield until that fu$%er grew! I call my insurance they "partner" with safelite so they direct me their way, they quote me literally 500! For a windshield! I don't know about you but I cant just pull out 500.00 for a windshield, as a single mom I got to cover important bases first and DUH! this falls under that category BUT not before my home needs. ANYWAYS I do as most people do and Yelp and Google for a solution, I come across this suspect looking ad for this CONNECT AUTO GLASS LLC and it has a special going w/financing. I hate financing BUT hey! It's there for a purpose. I was shockingly surprised as how friendly & how honest this place was, I get poor Steven on the line, the guy was about to take his break and I'm his last call, only reason I say poor Steven :) I tell him my troubles (literally all my troubles, thanks Steven!) And he is genuinely the KINDEST most EFFICENT, representative I could of gotten. He handled EVERYTHING. Literally the biggest trouble I came across today was handled so quickly & professionally, it was all too good to be true. I could not be more thankful for this guy! He even scheduled them to come to me. SO HE IS SAVING ME MORE THAN MONEY, hes saving me time and effort. I literally cannot say anymore amazing things Steven was/is the biggest life saver. Please do not EVER go with safelite when you can get better service, and better work, ALL at a better price AND LESS time! Thanks again Steven you are the best!
