This place is great. Caught a chip in the windshield going through the canyon. Wanted it fixed before driving long distance again. Called them and they said that they could fix it same day. Woman was super nice and gave me all the info over the phone. It was a little over $50 and took about 10 minutes. It filled in great very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I’ve used this place before and loved it, of course I returned. Unfortunately, this time was subpar. My windshield looks great but they left the inside of my car a mess. I am bummed because I just had it detailed. They also had me sign everything at the end, which included a PRE-inspection of the car. In addition, the receptionist; Sierra did not seem very friendly. She had AirPods in and was talking to a friend about TikTok and screenshotting something- I will be honest, at least her personal drama was entertaining LOL

I called around for prices on a new windshield and Auto Glass Now offered the best price. The building they are in looked a little questionable from the outside, but the service and employees were great! There are so many tech options on vehicles these days and when I set up the appointment initially, I didn't provide one piece of information, which caused the wrong windshield to be ordered. When I arrived they quickly realized they had the wrong one, and were able to get the correct one sent over to the shop within an hour. I would definitely use them for future auto glass needs

Great place! I called a few different places to get quotes for a new windshield prior to them and these guys had the best deal by far! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff (I didn’t know I was previously being charged unnecessary recalibration fees before coming here), they got me in the next day and it only took a couple of hours to replace the whole windshield!

The glass I needed for my car is no longer being manufactured, which was a stressful surprise to me. The office manager helped me figure out how to get a used replacement before I even scheduled my appointment. The installation was fast (less than an hour) and clean. I came in today needing my windshield fixed asap, as a huge rock hit my car while on the freeway. No one could get me in until tomorrow and the one place we found told me to bring my car in, but then once we got there they couldn’t fix the chip and I’d need a new windshield. I had these guys replace my windshield last year and they did a great job. Being what Utah roads are...I had to have it replaced again this year. Not only were they wonderful to work with and quick they gave me the same price as last year. A week later another rock chip....luckily they have a one year warranty on rock chip repairs and got it fixed in no time. You can't go wrong coming here for your windshield needs!

I thought they did a great job on my window. However, they said it'll take an hour to an hour and a half BUT I was there a little over 2 hrs. They were nice, informed me that there may be some issues with my window regulator which was good for me to know! These guys will take good care of you and do the job right! The instal guy even came out a few times and asked me questions which I greatly appreciated! just so we can get all the molding and trim pieces looking perfect. The price is the best I've been able to find in the valley, scheduling is simple and easy, the staff is kind and helpful, and they do good work very quickly. These folks are straightforward, good humored, and know their business. I have used them twice now -- once for a windshield replacement, and once to replace the regulator in my passenger side window. Each time they answered all my questions (without condescending :)), and had my car in and out in under an hour and a half. They even went the extra mile and helped me locate an inexpensive part. I commute from Ogden, and even though they are a bit of a drive, they are well worth it.

I called at least half a dozen other shops and got prices between 3 and 450 to replace my windshield. Called this shop and it cost $209, out the door. In and out in less than a hour and was told if I got a chip, repair was free. Great personable staff. UPDATE,,, A dump truck with a uncovered load caused a chip and with one phone call, got the car in the shop within one day, was in and out in under 30 minutes. The repair is so invisible, you're not going to see it unless know it's there. This is a must go to shop for glass repair.

I'm a cheap college student, so when my windshield needed to be replaced, I definitely did my research - and most of that research was figuring out if the insanely cheap quote I got from Auto Glass Now could even be real. I had an emergency windshield replacement done on a trip across country. I was told four days was the earliest it could be done by safelite. I called Auto Glass Now and they were very polite and said if I could get to them they could have it finished in 4-5 hours. It was about 30 minutes drive to them. They took care of me right away, and two hours from when I initially called them I was driving past the spot where my windshield was broken. Everyone there was very nice, helpful, and did a fantastic job getting me back on the road.

The back window of our (newly purchased!) Sienna got demolished a couple months back. They fit us in right away, got the perfect window (with the built-in window antenna), and had us on our way within just a few hours. It looks perfect and we haven’t had any problems since! Plus, they vacuumed out the glass shards that were in the car’s interior! Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

I called around and the employees at Auto Glass Now were friendly and happy to give me a quote with out wanting unnecessary information as well as gave me the best price that was the same at the end as it was when I started no hidden fees like some of the other places. Auto Glass Now was very punctual and had my materials ordered and in stock when they said they would as well as got started on my vehicle as soon as I pulled in. My vehicle had some issues that caused it to take a little longer and took some extra work on their part and instead of charging me extra or making up some excuse they notified me of the issue and provided a solution at no extra charge. They have good intentions and gave me a price $90-$100 less than anyone else and customer service that was better than most. Couldn't be happier with my experience with them. Between the way they talked to me and explained what was going on with my vehicle to getting my trucks windshield replaced and fixing the last company's poor craftsmanship and cover up. I would only recommend Auto Glass Now.

Easy to find. We had called ahead so they were expecting me and immediately invited me to pull into the driveway. The waiting area is clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating, and Fox 13 was playing at a reasonable volume level. There is a play area with toys, and coffee and a water cooler are present for customers. I did not use the restrooms, but I assume they were tidy and clean as well. Plenty of reading material, too. I appreciated that they were able to replace my broken window right away. Price was very reasonable! I would definitely return and would recommend this location to my friends and loved ones.

My car's passenger side window blasted off when I was driving on i215. I was looking for some place to fix this. After checking a few places found this place, I called them and I was not able to believe the prices. So I made an appointment and went to them, they were able to accommodate me and fixed the glass pretty soon. Pretty good service also advised me on how to prevent this from happening. Great price for an important window. Staff is very friendly & straight to business, which I appreciate. I emailed for a quote & received a response within an hour.. Then when I asked if I could schedule via email they quickly responded with a yes. Made my appt for 2 days after I recieved my quote. Drove right into their garage & was told an hour and half till it would be done, so went and grabbed lunch. They were done almost exactly in 1.5 hrs.. Which I also appreciate, working in service myself, being prompt on your time estimations is a huge deal to me. We replaced my 2002 Denali & 95 Chevy front windshields here. My car was broken into and the window was smashed so they fixed that and gave me a great deal on my cracked windshield. WOW SO FANTASTIC! I dropped off my car at 8am today (Saturday) and it was done by 9am. Maryann and her crew were super friendly and extremely fast. The cost was also $75 - $100 LESS than the other 4 places I called for quotes. Exceptional price, speed, service, and quality of materials. Came in more than 1/3rd less than the cash price at Safelite, and well under my usual deductible with insurance too. Better quality glass than my last replacement as well. The installer was able to come out early the very next morning after I emailed them regarding a quote. He mentioned that the windshield he had was scratched, and immediately returned to his warehouse to get a pristine piece of glass. I appreciated the honesty, as I've known other installers who would thing that a small scratch was no big deal and the customer should just learn to live with it. I'll be calling them again for any auto glass needs I have.

After purchasing a used car I went to get my windows tinted. After the job I noticed a scratch on the outside of the window. Probably from the previous owner rolling down the window with a small rock in the weatherstripping. The dealer quoted me 300 bucks just for the glass! Waiting area left a little to be desired, but there was an Astro Burger a few hundred feet away with friendly service and a nice breakfast menu.

I got my windshield replaced here in about 45-50 minutes with an appt, and they had a pretty good availability. They did a good job. The waiting room is a little dingy like any Auto place. I wish there was more nearby to walk to, but such is life. Bring a book and relax for a few.

These guys were amazing. I had my car broken into overnight and have one of those cars that always require the "special order" My insurance told me they couldnt have their vendor fix it until Tuesday of next week, I called 2 other companies and they told me they didnt have the type of window I needed, I called these guys as a "one last attempt" and I am so impressed and grateful. Not only did they find my window type, they had me in within an hour to get it fixed, and their technician fixed my glove box for me and got out 90 percent of the glass without being asked. It was also EXTENSIVELY cheaper than what all of the other companies quoted me. After some wonderful person smashed my driver-side window and stole a firearm from within the vehicle I was incredibly panicked and overly stressed. Handling the police report and clean-up was a headache and a half, and by the time I got to researching reasonably priced auto-glass repair shops I was pretty frantic. The team at Auto Glass Now treated me with incredible professional courtesy but also settled my spun emotions like I was family. Their prices and convenient location made them a no-brainer, but they also got my car into their schedule rotation immediately, had the glass ordered before I could blink and I was on my way back to normal life in just over an hour. I was convinced that the process, ordering the glass, a busy schedule and a host of other factors would make this a full-day setback, but Auto Glass Now took care of my problem so quick it felt like it never happened almost. They did an amazing job cleaning out the remaining broken glass and the new window looks better than all of my others, and the car is only a 2015 (I had to tap the glass a few times the next time driving to remind myself it was even there, spotless). Looks like a sketchy place but everyone there was really cool and they had the cheapest pricing for a VW Jetta driver's rear window replacement. They responded to my email really fast when I asked for a quote and got me in the same day and it only took 2 hours (VW are harder because they are opposite).

Quick to get my car in to replace the windshield. When I went out to my car to leave there was still tiny shards of glass on the dash. I asked the guy in the shop for a piece of tape, he grabbed the air I said no tape and before I could explain why he blew the shards all over. I have cloth seats and had to vacuum my car matticuluosly to get all of them out.

I brought my RAV4 in to fix a windshield rock chip, with only 10-min notice, and they took me right in, started the fix on the rock chip, and helped contact my auto insurer to get it covered under my insurance so there was no charge to me. I was near their closing time, but MaryAnn did a professional job on the repair as well as the insurance coverage. The rock-chip star is barely visible now and appears stable against spreading across the windshield as I've had happen in years past. My insurer said that Auto Glass Now is a preferred provider for auto glass repair and replacement, so I got a great match. The work and billing were done very professionally, and I highly recommend this auto glass shop.

THE Installer even really fixed my rear view mirror tightness, correctly; By 1st affixing it to the new glass, before lifting the windshield to the VW Toureg...and how it got that way was 3 years ago another Techniglass place made it wiggly..and my Strong VW dealer quoted me $400 to repair the rear view mirror. Safelite wouldn't work on my 2005 tundra because of rust between the windshield and upper frame. The service agent took a look and said it was absolutely grindable without compromising the integrity, and threw in a new windshield within 2 hours of calling. They saved me atleast 1000$ of potential body work to cut the roof metal out and replace it, repaint, etc. I highly recommend this place if another company has a no rust policy.

Replaced windshield, had a waiting area where I could work on my laptop. Wi-Fi wasn’t working but I could use my phone. Wipers didn’t work when I first pulled away (deducted one star) but they fixed it quickly when I returned. They did not vacuum or wipe anything down from debris left on the dash when replacing the windshield (also deducted one star). Overall though, for $100 cheaper than Safelite, I’m satisfied.

These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. I scheduled an appointment online on Saturday afternoon and had the repair done on Monday. I thought they'd probably have to special order glass because it's an older car ('91 Bronco), but they had it ready. Everyone was super pleasant and the repair itself was great quality. I'm hoping I don't have another auto glass repair any time soon. But if I do, I'll be back here!
