I worked with Sir Auto Glass on short notice after both our cars were broken into this past week. I got several quotes and theirs was very fair. The real clincher was that they also offered mobile service— extremely convenient when none of your vehicles are secure. The next morning, Jose was sent out to us. He was friendly, communicative, and he did great work. Both of the two windows (on our two different model vehicles) were replaced in roughly an hour. Absolutely recommend these folks if you’re in a pinch.

They came to my house within 24hrs to replace a window on my car that someone broke in the middle of the night. They were amazing and they vacuumed out all the glass not a single shard of glass was left in my car. I am beyond grateful for them. Will definitely keep doing business with them!

Great wonderful company. This was the 3rd company that I contacted about replacing my windshield and was by far the best one. After my experience with the first two, I did not know what to expect, but I was not disappointed, seamless process. They were very kind, absolutely professional from start to finish throughout the process. The technician was exceptional and very pleasant. A huge “Thank You” to the staff (Kip and the technician) for all their help. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

My car window was shattered on 12/22 evening. I called Sir Auto Glass that evening right before they closed, and Amber was able to quickly give me a quote and schedule a technician to come out to repair my window on 12/23. Amber was very professional and very kind over the phone, and provided me with details about the service. Jose arrived the next day and repaired my window. Jose provided excellent service, not only replacing my window, but cleaning up and removing any glass that was inside my car door and anywhere inside the vehicle. He was friendly, timely, and replaced my window with perfection in below freezing temperature. If I ever need window or windshield repair again, I will 100%, without a doubt, be calling Sir Auto Glass. Their service on the phone and in the field was exceptional! Thank you so much!

Absolutely hands down best business I've done business with in years. The customer service is the best. They answered the phone promptly and just talking to them helped me to calm down. They provided a price and then gave me there sale price without even asking. The price was cheaper than the other well known auto repair company. They weren't able to come out same day because of the time I called but they advised me a quick fix to protect my interior over night and came out the next day (the other business i checked wouldn't have been able to fix the glass for a week!). I called in the morning and they were very helpful and they came out to my work to fix my glass. They met me at the car and I left my keys because I had an appointment. The technician was friendly and when he was finished he locked the car and brought my key into my company as requested. I recurve a text when he was done. Every step was easy and I was informed of every step. I was super surprised and happy that the technician had cleaned up the broken glass in my car as well. I couldn't have asked for better service.

This place really help me out and went though with me all the way to find and get a new glass window for my car for the right price. I was Abel to get my window door fix within a week and did not take long to do as well. My only two complaint will be the price a bit just for installation because I had the spare window ready to go but other than that that’s about it. Over all they did a great job and help out so much. You should go to them even though they might be a bit more higher then others. Good service all around.

Someone vandalized the back quarter window on my car and I gave Sir Auto a call. Chris was so thoughtful and helpful. He even called back to offer a few options being mindful of timing, budget, and style. They scheduled a time for their mobile unit to come out a few days later to fix it. The repair itself was quick and easy - I waited inside while he did the repair in the rain (poor guy!) and he was incredibly friendly. Thank you for helping!!

Did they get back to me quickly? YES Did they have good pricing? YES Did the tech do a good job? Yes Here is why they aren't getting 5 stars. I was given a date for the replacement and was told thy would be here between 9 am and 3 PM, Okay I'll take the day off and get some stuff done around the house. I was told I would get a text 30 minutes prior to arrival. I got a confirmation text the day before which I confirmed by replying to the text. 3 PM rolled around and I still haven't heard anything. 3:45 I was informed someone would be to my place in 21 minutes. He showed up and did his thing and he was nice and friendly. I expressed my disappointment and he indicated that it has been a issue of late. So they had a good price and did good work but be prepared for them not to show up on time and communicate with you. They would have gotten a 5 star review if they had just communicated with me.

This is going to be a strange review. I didn't actually use them to do any work. I needed a rock chip repaired in my windshield. It was small, but I didn't want it to spread. I looked them up online and they had the best reviews. When I called, I was assisted beyond my expectations. It turns out that they no longer do resin repairs. However, I was told exactly how to go about making a claim with my insurance company, what I could expect from the process, and what they would be able to do for me if I ended up needing to have a replacement. It was so refreshing to be treated like a person who happened to have a need rather then just an opportunity to make money. I hope I never need their service (I mean, who wants a broken windshield), but if I do, I will absolutely use this company and I will happily recommend them to anyone who needs their service!

This place is great! I was in a pickle and realized on FRIDAY AT 5 that I needed my whole rear windshield replaced. Though they were closed, I filled out the information online, and Kipp texted/called instantly to set an appointment on Monday. He even helped with my insurance. On Monday, the communication was impeccable! They called stating they were outside, gave me a run down of what would happen then went to work! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Being 9 months pregnant, I wasn't looking forward to having to find a good location to replace the windshield of our SUV, but the guys at Sir Auto Glass made it super easy and stress free. I called in the morning on Monday and they took down our insurance information, called the insurance company themselves, getting us a quote for the cost (ended up only being $50!), and helped connect us with our insurance agent to start the claim process. After that was taken care of, they scheduled us for an appointment to have the tech come out to our home and replace the windshield (the very next day). The tech that came by, Ryan I believe, was super professional and very nice. Living in an apartment complex, parking can be difficult, so he offered to take our car up to the front parking lot for me so he would have more room to work.. again.. being 9 months pregnant, I appreciated the fact I had to do absolutely nothing. Overall, the experience was great! I would recommend Sir Auto Glass to anyone, and will definitely use them again in the future if we have any more issues with rocks / broken windows!

Mike is the best! Not only did he get me scheduled so quickly but he also worked with our insurers after I’d had some challenges to get everything squared away. This will be the second time we’ve returned to Sir Auto Glass due to their diligence and customer care. I cannot recommend Mike and Sir Autoglass More.

We had an appointment to get our windshield replaced. My wife waited all day and at the end of the day we received a call letting us know that the technician had been hung up at another job and they were going to have to reschedule for three days later. I fully understand that sometimes this happens. I work for a service related company and occasionally this happens. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the windshield got replaced, but another technician was going to have to come out to do the recalibration. My wife was told he would be there by the end of the day. No show. No phone call. That's two days that my wife had to sit around waiting, and still the job was not done. I called and was assured that a technician would be out first thing this morning to complete the job. No show. No call. She has things to do and has to leave. I called in and was once again assured that someone would be there first thing tomorrow. Can I believe them? Not at this point. I was transferred to a manager and he said he would look at tomorrow's schedule to see if there was any availability. If I was running a business and a customer called in with this kind of complaint, I would move heaven and earth to make sure that there was going to be availability and show up to make sure the technician showed up as well. Then I'd apologize over and over and present the customer with some token of appreciation to demonstrate our regret for their dissatisfaction. It's sad in this day and age to be on the receiving end of such poor customer service. Would I use them again? Based on this experience, there is no way in H E Double Hockey sticks I would. There are plenty of other companies out there that would appreciate the business. I will choose one of them next time. UPDATE: I was called yesterday afternoon asking what the earliest convenient time would be for us. One of the technicians lives near us and could stop on his way in to work. We arranged for him to be at our house at 7:00 this morning. He was on time and my wife reported that he was professional and polite. I will update my review to 2 stars. It's a shame, because if we had not been jerked around and inconvenienced for a total of four days, I would have had no problem giving them five stars and would have no problem contacting them again for future repairs. Too bad that won't happen. Communication and commitment to schedules are important skills to possess to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. This business could use a refresher course on those topics. UPDATE # 2: I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Sean today. He wanted me to share what had happened that caused my frustration. I appreciate the fact that the owner of a business is willing to listen to complaints and use them as a learning tool. He expressed his regret that our experience was not a good one. Based on our conversation, I raised my review to three stars. I also told him that if we find ourselves in need of auto glass in the future that I would like to give them the opportunity to provide service that is worthy of a five star review.

Just wanted to give a shout out and recommend SIR Auto Glass and Calibration. I needed a replacement windshield for our 2015 S P90D. Called on Monday and they scheduled our appointment for Thursday...but I opted for Friday. They showed up early, asked if it was ok that they took their time since it was a Tesla, and let me know that they had a lot of experience with Teslas. They were recommended to me by another glass company. They did a fantastic job, were very familiar with how to handle insurance claims, and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them!

Edit: Taking off a star because they left my car dirty after replacing the windshield. Black debris is all over the dash, seats, and floor. Other reviews say they clean up well, so I’m bummed about the mess in my car. Fast scheduling, extremely professional workers, price comparison if there’s somewhere else that can do it cheaper (there wasn’t). They came out and had my leaking windshield replaced in about 35 minutes. Really glad I used this company because they made the process so easy!

I am only giving this business 3 stars because while they were prompt and so convenient to use, answered all my questions, and came on time and finished the window replacement after my moms car had been vandalized and the glass shattered—— They left all the shattered glass inside the car, and also all over my driveway where they completed the replacement Would have been more professional if this team would bring a vacuum and clean up afterwards. Was a huge surprise to find huge chunks of glass everywhere.

They coordinated with my insurance company with very little involvement from me, sorted out any issues we had regarding coverage very quickly and scheduling was easy over text. SIR replaced my windshield after another place had done such an awful job that my insurance agreed to pay for a redo. After that first bad experience and wasted time with another glass place due to my car being somewhat uncommon, I called my car dealer and they recommended SIR. I’m glad they did! SIR was easy to communicate with and helpful ahead of time, telling me more useful info than two other glass places I’d tried first, and SIR’s work was done quickly and professionally, with top notch results. Their technician was on time, friendly and skilled. They’re a mobile outfit so they can go anyplace in the Portland area - he met me in Woodburn at a mall parking lot, but he said they can go all the way to Salem if necessary. My new windshield looks great and there’s no visible evidence that it ever was replaced. I would definitely recommend SIR to anyone needing auto glass work.

The entire process of getting a new windshield was flawless. I filled out the online questions, took a couple minutes. Received a phone call a few minutes later and set up a time for the following day to have the glass installed. Technician was on time, he was very kind and friendly. Very professional and made sure he stayed until my car was safe to drive. He walked me through the process and what was done. He calibrated all the sensors perfectly and made sure to check in with me and explained what would happen after he left my house. The vehicle locked before he arrived onsite and actually waited for me for about 30 minutes so that I could come back home with my spare key to re unlock my car. Sir Auto Glass went above and beyond my expectations! I had planned to go on a road trip. Two days before days before the road trip, I was driving behind a big semi on the highway, it kicked up a rock and cracked my front windshield. The crack grew bigger by the end of the first day and I wasn't confident in my road trip plan if it wasn't replaced. I called Sir Auto Glass on the day before my road trip to see if they would do a replacement for my windshield. Initially, they said that they weren't going to be able to do it until the next day. I explained to them my situation and they were able to set me up with a replacement within a few hours. They came directly to my house to replace the windshield and I was able to go on my road trip the next day without worry. Sir Auto Glass saved my trip! Can't thank them enough for their outstanding customer service! Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of window replacements for their vehicles.

The windshield on my Subaru developed a crack. I called the Subaru dealership and they recommended Sir Auto Glass. I spoke with Shaun who scheduled an appointment 1-2 days later and also dealt with my insurance company. Matt, the technician from Sir Auto, arrived early, was professional in his appearance and demeanor. The job took a little more than an hour and I couldn't be more pleased and included replacing the windshield and calibration. A very good experience all the way around. I would happily recommend this company.

I was very impressed with SIR auto glass. 3 months into ownership of a brand new 2022 Toyota, my windshield was cracked by a piece of rogue debris on the highway. I filed a claim and was directed to SIR auto glass by the dealership. I got a call from them the Sunday following the incident, despite their office being closed. By Tuesday they had sourced original OEM glass and had a technician come out to my house. He did the install and calibration in a little over an hour. The install is flawless. It has stood up to heavy fall rains and all my ADAS systems work perfectly. The tech even made sure my new glass was spotless and streak free. I hope I don't need anymore glass work in the near future, but I will definitely be using SIR if I do.

10 out of 5! I'm giving 5 stars only because I can't leave a higher number. I have never had to replace my windshield before so I went online and requested quotes from 5 different companies at the same time. It was 6am and none of them were open yet. I expected calls later that morning but at 8 am I received a text from SIR AUTO GLASS asking if I had time to talk about my quote. I said I did and within 5 minutes I receive a phone call. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained that since I had to pay out of pocket, I didn't absolutely need a few things and that if I was ok with not getting them I could save some money. Come to find out after receiving more quotes later in the day, they saved me almost $300! And they also had the soonest availability AND could come to me. I'm a stay at home mom with a 4 month old and a very active 5 yr old so them coming to me was a definite plus. The work was completed and everything back to normal before I had to pick my other child up from school. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing to replace a windshield!

seriously the best team in town. There was a mishap while replacing my windshield and not only did this team go above and beyond to fix the issue, they also helped me verify a parts issue with an existing water leak I was tracking down. I’m not kidding, multiple people called me from the office with suggestions and feedback. The technicians that I worked with were also very skilled at what they do. I am so impressed with this company! I called a certain other POPULAR company to come repair my windshield in a work truck. They told me they could not get to me until end of December and that they had no mobile techs I would have to have my truck towed. I said NO WAY! I did my due diligence called a few other companies and found this place. From the first time we spoke I could tell I was in good hands. Mike took very good care of me and they were extremely good at communicating. The owner even called to touch base with me. They got m windshield repaired by Tuesday. (I called on a Thursday} It ONLY took a few days because the windshield my truck needed was not anywhere except OEM. So, we ordered it direct from the dealer. I WILL use them again not just for business but in my personal life if need be! DON'T CALL THAT OTHER PLACE CALL THESE GUYS!!

Sir Glass was easy to work with! They set up my insurance claim for me within minutes and gave me the schedule during the first call. They sent an amazing contractor - Sphinx Auto Glass - to complete the work. John from Sphinx was communicative, on time, and did a fantastic job with my windshield replacement. Both Sir Glass and Sphinx offered a lifetime warranty on the windshield for the length that I own the car. Highly recommend and would use again if/when needed!

I cannot recommend SIR enough! A small chip in my window grew to a huge crack within a day. I requested a quote online Sunday night and got a call first thing Monday morning from Kip who was amazing and easy to communicate with. Price was $200 less than what my insurance quoted and they told me they could come out the following day to fix it. Sent a text when they were on their way with a link to see track the driver. Was fixed within an hour by Damiano and it looks great! From start to finish this was the easiest most enjoyable service I’ve ever had done to my car.

This is my first time using SIR Auto Glass. And when I need to use this service again I will for sure reach out to them. After my first call I received a text to make sure my needs were met. Then the day of service I received a message stating the service person would be coming today. Then when the service person was on their way I received another text with an eta and a way to track where they were. Omg this service was so helpful. Originally there was a mix up on the day for my first installation. So I emailed my adjuster to let them know I would be going elsewhere. But then I received a call from Shaun at SIR Auto and he apologized and helped me figure things out so I was able to reschedule with them. Dennis the first service person to come out was super kind and helpful. Today when Javi came out he was fantastic as well. He even went above and beyond for me to clip some metal that was shot up on my car from a bullet so the new window could go up and down smoothly. He did that all on his own with no extra cost to me. I needed my rear window replaced and spoke with several glass companies to get quotes. I was very frustrated with them. I only spoke to one company that I felt was competent and that was Sir Glass. Sean responded immediately and gave me great advice and information, but I thought his quote was a little high so I looked at more companies. After many other attempts I decided to go with Sir Glass even though they were higher than 1 other choice I had. I scheduled the appointment because I felt I knew they would do quality work. The sales staff was very professional and helpful. They sent a man named Chase who arrived when they said he would. I even received a heads-up notice 5 minutes before he arrived. The great experience so far turned into an even better experience. Chase was courteous, friendly and professional. He was even very patient and helpful as I pestered him while he worked. I am a VERY hard person to please so I watch very carefully when I pay someone to do a job. I have zero combines and only the highest compliments for Sean, Chase and Sir Glass. No B.S., just great people, great service and quality work. Lastly, without knowing it, they undercut the cheapest place I had previously found. I had a brand new winshield replaced due to a rock chip and crack on my new car.. Shawn provided excellent customer service in explaining the details from start to the end. He set up my claim with my insurance and all I had to do was paid the deductible which took stress out of my day. Jeff was my technician he was very friendly in answering all the questions I had and even went on a test drive with me to ensure calibration were done as expected. Everything went perfectly until the very last part with email in receiving my receipt and my lifetime warranty. It took several attempts to finally receive my warranty. UPDATE: After finding another company to install a new window, Sir Auto contacted me and offered to pay for their repair. Integrity following mistakes made garners extra stars. Thank you! I spoke with a helpful after-hours service on the weekend to replace glass on Monday. After I called the company more than 2 hours after their opening to inquire about scheduling, they did confirm my information and assured me I would be notified by 4pm for the replacement work. By 5pm no one had contacted me. And they were now closed. I spoke once again w/the after-hours service (since their hours of operation are incorrect, both on their website and google search), and was subsequently text-contacted by the company. They stated they didn't have a correct phone number, which was inacurrate since it had been confirmed more than once. Their 5-star rating just went down the drain, in my estimation. The 1 star is for their after-hours service.

I researched many different auto glass companies to determine which would be the best for what I needed, which was just a new windshield. When I contacted Sir Auto Glass, The lady gave me a quote and collected my information. I told her I would call back with my decision. About 10 minutes later, Shaun called me and told me to go through my insurance and just pay the deductible and he even took off an additional amount from that. On the day of the installation the communication from Shaun was amazing. The installer who came out was very professional, efficient, and friendly. The first 2 reschedulings because of the bad weather so that weren't on SIR auto glass but the 3rd rescheduling in the late afternoon after whole day waiting. On that day in the morning, I called the company to verify that the technician will come or not and was told by the reception that they will reachout to the mobile technician and the technician will contact me for the ETA. Really good experience with these folks. I called the evening that my windshield was cracked and 1.5 days later, they replaced it while I was at work. The first representative I spoke to had a bad connection and she seemed irritable, but she successfully set up the appointment and found a vendor who had my specific windshield in stock. The next day, a different representative called me, a guy who was super friendly and with a much better audio connection, and took care of my insurance stuff. By 9:30 the next morning, my windshield was done! This even included the calibration of my Eyesight drivers assist system. To top it all off, they took $200 off the cost of my out of pocket deductible. If I need glass replaced again, I'll certainly go through these folks again.

Upon researching companies to replace my windshield, I was qouted by 5 other companies that ranged from $220-$380 for my 2006 subaru forester. It wasn't about "getting the job done" and moving to the next client, it was about taking the time to ensure the job was done right. It was good, but we were not told there may be two technicians on the same day (windshield and calibration), which would tie up our day. I learned it from the reminder email and had to call to ask for them to be together or back-to-back, given pressing appointments. Also, I had to call to request the email detailing the service and warranty. The actual installation went smoothly and efficiently and the camera is operating properly.

I had my car broken into several days ago, with the thief smashing open my passenger side window of my car at my apartment complex and stealing a work bag. I called around to a half dozen places, and nobody could see me for a week or more. Finally, I came across this company and was set up for a replacement only two days later and quoted nearly $80-100 less than every other place (that had no availability). Everything was smooth and I loved that there was communication throughout. Took close to an hour to replace the window. I waited in my apartment while it was being replaced and received a call when it was finished. They should provide workers with some sort of credit swipe device so I don't have to announce my card number out loud. Others than that maybe a more specific time frame to go on. My new Toyota Tundra truck got a giant chip in i the front windshield when I was going down the road to Spokane, WA. I'd had it maybe a month. I called Toyota in a panic they suggested Sir Glass because that's who they use. I called them and they got on it right away, which included checking with my insurance for coverage deductible etc. Sir Glass was out the next day and replaced it in my driveway!! Right before the ice storm & snow in Feb came, thank God! I haven't had a problem since it was pretty amazing! I've never seen the windshield get replaced before I was impressed with Jeff who came all the tools are on the truck he worked diligently and had to reset all the sensors because they know what they're doing! Someone broke into my car. I was getting quotes that it would take a week or two to replace the window. SIR was able to do it the next day. My window was not in any warehouse in the area and they were either going to have to wait a week or so as well. Or maybe they could get one from a dealership for a significantly higher price. After calling a national chain to get my windshield replaced and told it would be 6-8 weeks for an appointment, I called Sir Glass. Shane answered after 5pm on the 3rd ring. He was very professional and courteous. While I was on the line he conference called my insurance to process the claim. He arranged for technician Matt to come to my workplace the next day. Matt was on time, courteous, and professional. He shared it would take about 90- minutes to replace the windshield. He completed the work on time and cleaned/sanitized the front seats of the car to reduce any potential exposure to Covid-19. They took my deductible payment via credit card after the work was completed and receipt emailed to me. I had an exceedingly positive experience and highly recommend Sir Auto Glass.

I got my windshield replaced by SIR glass they were quick and efficient with the replacement. However, in the replacement I noticed that my windshield wiper caps were missing. And my map light console is not fully “snapped in” to my headliner I still have not gotten anyone out to take care of my windshield wiper caps after reaching out to them over 24 hours ago. I called into the number provided in my invoice and they said someone would reach out to me on Sunday (3/14). This morning (3/15) I received a text message giving me a name of someone who was supposed to reach out to me, but the end of the business day came and still no one called. There has been no decent follow up. I didn’t want it to come to this but it didn’t seem like they valued my time in being able to take care of my issues after the service. Update: Shaun the owner reached out and we should have a technician out to do the repair come Wednesday 3/17.

My experience working with SIR Auto Glass was nothing short of spectacular. They are fast, responsive, personable, and really know what they are doing. Shaun (the owner of the shop), worked with me from quote request, to dealing with insurance, all the way up to windshield replacement. Not having had to replace a windshield before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, what to do, or how to navigate the process with my insurance. Shaun (the owner), was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even personally called my insurance agency several times on my behalf, to make sure everything was going smoothly, and the agency had everything they needed to execute the claim. Once we had the claim ready (on a Friday), Shaun sent out a technician to replace my windshield the following Monday. They give you a 2 hour window, and the driver texts you about 30 minutes before they arrive so you don’t need to wait at your window for 2 hours, waiting and watching. The whole replacement only took about 30 minutes, they took my payment for deductible right there, and it was over! I can’t overstate how relieved and overjoyed I am that I chose SIR Auto Glass as the shop to replace my windshield. You won’t find a better shop in town!

I needed a new windshield for my Toyota Sienna van. The SIR website let me upload all the information. I received a call back within 20 minutes and spoke to a rep who gave me pricing on both aftermarket and genuine Toyota parts. I scheduled to have them come out the very next day to install aftermarket glass. The technician arrived at my home exactly when promised and was very courteous and professional. The removal/installation took only about an hour. The installation looks great, and they have a lifetime warranty against leaks. I was especially impressed that the aftermarket glass had the exact same tinting and stencilling as the factory glass, and even included the de-icing function. (Heated area under the wiper blades) An exact match to the Factory glass! (Without the Toyota logo)

SIR Auto Glass showed up exactly when they estimated they would show up. Eden, I think that’s his name, very simply removed the front windshield, disconnecting the mirror and the windshield wipers and the surrounding trim; prepared the new windshield and after beading a sealant surrounding the window edge placed a new windshield in its position and tapped it into place. He finished the job by cleaning everything surrounding the window including my dashboard. Approximately two hours later Matt showed up and calibrated the Eyesight device in my Subaru with a specific bizarre contraption located a very precise distance from the front of the car and in height and proceeded to adjust all requirements with the benefit of several computer devices. My understanding is that I can get my car washed in the next three days; and I am so happy that SIR Auto Glass provided such a fantastic convenient and professional service.

A year and a half later the front footwells started filling with water, and I suspected a leak. My Mazda CX-5's windshield got hit by a pebble while driving on the highway. I had no idea that windshield replacing had gotten so complicated but the guys at Sir Auto Glass walked me through the process and even got on the phone with my insurance company to help me file my claim. Also they used an on brand windshield which is a bigger deal now that windshields have all sort of safety detection devices. Did good work on my new Subaru! Got a new wrx and my passenger side windshield wiper scratched my front windshield. The Subaru dealership called air auto glass to replace my front windshield. They couldn’t get to the car on the first day because Subaru was doing other work to my vehicle (ttp), but they communicate with me the whole time about what was happening and I wasn’t in the dark. Air auto glass got to it the next day and I liked that I got messages from air auto glass on when they started and finished. It came out really good!

After the installation I noticed there was a bunch of residue and what appeared to be scratch marks on the roof of my car. Fast forward to now I notice the residue and scratch marks are still there after 2 car washes. My car is my everything and am disappointed to the damage of the paint. I got a small crack in my windshield that steadily grew over a few months. Years ago, I'd had a windshield replaced by a very well-known national company, and the glass was simply inferior (lots of distortion at the edges). As a result, I wanted to go the OEM route this time, even if I had to pay more. When I went to a Subaru dealership, I was told they didn't do glass, but the service rep gave me a flyer for Sir Glass, saying they were his recommended shop. A quick call provided me with some education about different brands/lines of glass, and at the end, I was confident enough to schedule an appointment. John showed up at my place on time and graciously answered the rest of my questions, even letting me watch the process and giving the history of the company and his experience in the industry. Everything was completed in the quoted time, and the cost was low enough that it didn't even hit my insurance deductible. All the job info was emailed to me, and payment was taken right there via mobile device. I'm happy to report I have not noticed any change in distortion or road noise from the original glass; it's literally good as new. When combined with the skill I saw during the job, the result is I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone I know looking for vehicle glass work.

I THOUGHT they had installed an undersized windshield as there was about 3/8 inch gap on the sides and the top of the new windshield. I took pics of my car and of an identical model (though newer) car asking why it had a much smaller gap. Shaun listened patiently and explained that yes, the newer cars have less of a gap but mine did / does have a larger gap. Then he sent me pics of my windshield BEFORE it was replaced. Dealing with water leaking into the interior of my car, I was concerned that my window would need resealing/replacing. I called up SirGlass and spoke with Shaun who was super professional and helpful with my situation. I was worried the cost would be too high, but was only quoted $270 (which is way less than I initially expected) this news got even better when he informed me I should try to submit a claim through my insurance, which could help with the cost. He got me on the phone with an agent, and after the agent initially declined, he hung up and called another agent who had no issue with the claim. The cost ended up dropping to $170 for a brand new window, replaced in front of my apartment complex, and backed by a lifetime guarantee. I’ve been dealing with car issues on and off since I was 18; and this has easily been the best experience I have ever had with a shop. If you have issues with your window, don’t go anywhere else. The folks at Sir Glass saved our trip to Portland! We had an unfortunate run in with an eagle on the highway resulting in a broken windshield.
