We took our car to SameDay Auto Glass at 13985 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd #100, in Sherwood to have the windshield replaced. We chose them after my wife had done some research on shops to use. She really liked what they had to offer regarding time, price, customer service, etc. The company owner, Leslie, is super friendly and knowledgeable and is there on site to help with any questions. Excellent job done! The shop is nestled in with other auto businesses, so the easiest way I think of the location is that it shares an entrance with the U-Haul company there. The great thing is that the car really needed some detailing so we got an estimate and are using a business right in that same strip.

So I called and Leslie set me up an appointment the next day. I am a traveler and was staying at Champoeg State Heritage Campground for a few days and it poured so much rain that water started dripping all over the inside. They got the windshield the next day, installed it and Willy found another leak in the roof and fixed that as well. Had someone smash out my passenger window. Called SameDay Auto, and Leslie was able to get me in no more than 24 hours later. Took only an hour on a Friday, and was done at an affordable price that beat even other independent stores in the area. Highly recommend this service if you ever need it. EDIT: I never updated, but a week later, my Portland luck lead to my the rear right window being smashed out later. Same, consistent experience. Again, cannot recommend these guys enough.

It’s my first time replacing my windshield (Beetle 2019). I chose this place because of their high rating and they definitely deserve this rating. They are very patient with all the customers. Leslie answered all my questions and showed me all the options on fixing the windshield. They are very professional the whole time. My windshield now is as clear as before. My schedule was limited and I needed to get this windshield replaced the same day. After calling all the big names in the auto glass world with no luck on same day service, I stumbled across this shop on a Google search. Not only did I get a real person on the phone immediately, Leslie was able to quickly check on the availability of the glass I needed. When she quoted me a price, she was well below all of the big name quotes I got. They were able to get me in right away if I was willing to make the 80 mile drive from home to Sherwood. Excellent customer service and superb workmanship. Bobby even noticed my headliner starting to come down (except for the push pins I had holding it in place) and fixed the headliner for me for FREE! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. Very friendly local family business with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Wow. Really hard to describe how helpful they were. When my car was busted into and the window smashed I didn't really know what to do because it was after hours of any shop, but Leslie responded to my quote request even though they weren't open. They were extremely accommodating given that I work during the day in Portland and wasn't able to be there during normal hours. They fixed my window AND cleaned up all the glass from the break in for hundreds less than I could find anywhere else. One of the best experiences.

Just had one of the best experiences with this company. Sameday Auto Glass is really friendly, extremely knowledgeable and have excellent prices. It took less than an hour to install my new windshield! I live in Oregon City and this place was well worth the drive for the amazing service I received. This was first and last place i called. Ive had windshield replacements done and it can be expensive, especially when your insurance deductibles are so high. These guys are the cheapest by far. I made appointment because i work 12hours a day. I was 15minutes late but they met me with smiles and very welcoming. The owner is a very sweet, and hot young lady. She even vaccuumed out my car for me. Your a badass chick, leslie!! Thanks for awesome service!

I highly recommend Bobby and Leslie. My back windshield was shattered last Friday and it needed to be replaced. We called several businesses and found SpeedyGlass who offered the best sounding deal even though we had to wait 3 days and rent a car so I could go to work. When the technician came to our house, he brought the windshield without the molding and said that they have to order the molding from a dealer it turned out we would have have to wait an other several days and it would have cost way more than they quoted us originally even though we explained exactly what kind of car we needed it for. We found SameDay Glass in Sherwood who not only did the job immediately and for less than the original price we were going to spend but provided outstanding customer service. They are friendly, professional and fast. Treated us like family. I would use their service in a heartbeat before calling anyone else.

Bobby was absolutely incredible to work with! When I came for my original appointment, he informed me that due to the weather, the glass would break and I would need further repairs. He said he did not want to take my money only to have my windshield break further. As a result, he got me in immediately the next day (when we knew the weather would cooperate), and he did an incredible job! I had a door glass replaced in my 2001 Excursion today. I called Leslie and ordered the glass just before 9:00 am, came in to their shop at noon, and was back on my way before 1:00 pm!! Bobby and Leslie are the owners and installers so customer service, attention to detail, care for your vehicle and expert installation are all included, with a lifetime warranty! Bobby brought me into the shop a couple of times to show me the condition of the inside of my door parts, that all glass was vacuumed out, and moving parts inside had been properly lubricated. After the install he demonstrated that everything was back together and working properly. The easiest trip to the glass shop I have ever had, and I'm nearly 60 years old. Highly recommended. I sent an email for a quote at 7:30 am this morning. I had a call within 10 mins. The owners came and picked up the car for me, replaced the window and returned the car in under 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. Other places were higher in price and said it would take days or even a week to get the window fixed and now my son's car is done and I can get mine back. I wish all businesses had this level of customer service and the owners are terrific people and really go out of their way to help.

I called around looking for a good glass shop and got a recommendation for SameDay Auto Glass. I searched them on the internet, filled out an internet form and was prepared to not hear back. 20 minutes later Bobby, the owner called, gave me a price, and set the schedule. He did not have the glass in stock but to accommodate my schedule, he made a special trip, got me into the shop, and got the job done. He found a couple unusual things during the installation, pointed them out, took care of them and completed the installation in record time. Great family business. I went in with the hopes of just having a small crack in my windshield filled, but the chip was too deep and required a new windshield. The shop was able to get my new windshield very fast and install it just as quickly. Unfortunately, I'm a dope and slammed my door right after installation which caused the windshield to pop up from the glue. I hoped it wouldn't cause any issues, but I had to take my car back in a couple of days later since I caused an air gap. Bobby repaired the gap at no extra charge to me. SameDay Auto Glass is a great family owned shop. The owners do the work themselves and really connect with their customers. I have already referred 2 people there....Tis the season for rock chips!

Amazing service! Super friendly and nice lady! This is an amazing small business!! Their rock chip repairs are cheap! Every other place I called wanted to charge me $75+ to fix a rock chip that was hardly visible. But SameDay Auto Glass did it for free since my chip was so minor that it wasn't really gonna go anywhere. But for my peice of mind they sealed it anyways!! Only took a few minutes! My Father backed his way into busting his back window out. I called just about a dozen places before calling SameDay Auto Glass, Not only were they able to do the job (Well) but they were able to do it at a reasonable price and very quickly. The place is ran by honest people that want to do the best job they can and my father cannot stop talking about how pleased he is with the service he received. They turned what would have been an ordeal into a non issue and we will be sure to return to them if we ever need similar work done in the future and we will be recommending them to our family and friends as well.

I called Bobby after hours on a Friday night after crashing my new car into my garage door and shattering the rear window. He treated me like family from the moment I explained the situation. Bobby immediately ordered the ONLY rear window in the state and drove a long distance the next day to retrieve it. Had my window smashed in on my '05 Land Rover. After calling several shops in the metropolitan area, everyone was either booked out 3+ weeks or didn't have the right glass for my make/model. Called SameDay Auto Glass, Leslie was able to hunt down a shipment with the right glass coming in the very next day. My passenger window was smashed in at work so I called my insurance company. Deductible was more than replacement so they said call "the national glass company" and you will get a discount for being with us. I did and they quoted $340 and the soonest they could get me in was two weeks from now. I called SameDay Auto Glass and three hours later my glass was fixed and I was out the door for $190. They are fantastic and the work was great. The thief popped a can of Last Croix somehow in my backseat and they not only vacuumed my car but washed my floor mats too. I never write reviews but I am that impressed.

This husband and wife team is awesome! I have been meaning to replace the glass on my hyundai for almost a year as it had a huge crack in it, but I just didnt want to spend the money. Finally I went in to SameDay Auto Glass and they quoted me a super reasonable price to fix the windshield. They totally went above and beyond and buffefed out some scratches from my headlights and threw in a free new pair of wiper blades. These guys are great! I got my car broken into for the 2nd time in 2 months so it was getting to be expensive. I had called around to get estimates and it was looking like it was going to be very expensive to fix. The rear quarter panel on my lexus apparently isn't easy to come by in the Portland metro area. They were so nice they were able to find it for me at the salvage yard so it saved me a considerable amount of money. They were also able to get me in the next day which was a huge help. You don't want your windows open in the rain! Also very personable! I brough work to do but ended up chatting with them most of the time! Thanks again guys!!

I was met by thee very friendly owner, Bobby Moghadas. Even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, he went right to work on my truck window repair. He did an excellent job, it was done in 30 minutes, and it was the best price around. The heat of this summer proved to be too much for my 2009 MKX. It opened a crack in the windshield about 4 inches wide right in front of the passenger seat. A week later it had grown another 4 inches, but straight up from the first crack. By the time I got my appointment and drove to Sherwood the crack had gone completely across the windshield to the driver side. My sister referred me to Same Day Auto Glass and she was right! The best service we have ever had for any car we have ever owned! I called for an appointment on Monday, I was scheduled for Tuesday at 2:30, I was driving back home to Salem by 3:30. Wow!!! Yeah, Yeah, the work was great, the windshield is crystal clear, the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. But the BEST PART? As we were driving home we started to notice, the dashboard and the windows over the gauges were all SPARKLING CLEAN TOO!!!! When we stopped at the closest McDonald we could find for an ice cream, we saw EVEN THE INSIDE DOOR JAMS WERE SPARKLING CLEAN!!! Oh, My Goodness!!!!! This was pretty unexpected, and so special. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GOING ABOVE. Leslie, You are just the BEST EVER!!! Thank you.

Well what can I say I have three auto glass shops within three miles of my house and I drove thirty miles to get my windshield replaced. I called many shops before I decided. Most very high pressure. I knew when I talked to the owners wife that SameDay Auto Glass in Sherwood was the place to go. And Bobby the owner and installer didn't disappoint. He even showed me why my windshield cracked because of a poorly installed replacement windshield from the past. He then took extra time to make sure the replacement was done correctly. Bobby and his wife treat you just like family, a rare occurrence in today's impersonal world. Asked if I would go to SameDay Auto Glass again? In a heartbeat!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing my experience here was. The best service I have received anywhere in my life. Bobby and Leslie make you feel like family the minute you walk in and the treat you as such with their work. They saved me upwards of $200 and charged me nothing to check and fix my car for a leak. Bobby found the problem the minute I pulled on the bay & fixed it within minutes. Keep in mind I had takin it to an interior shop and had a full leak check done a day prior who found nothing and tried to push me off to their glass guys. I would absolutely recommend going here for anything !. Also as a side note, Bobby heard I was at an interview before I came in & referred me to a friend of his &I even called his friend to put in a good word for me. I noticed part way through this rainy Oregon winter that the floor of my backseat was soaked and beginning to mold. My auto repair guy referred me to SameDay Auto Glass to see if they could fix the leak and remove the mold. Bobby & Leslie at SameDay Auto Glass were wonderful. They checked everything to try to fix the leak, cleaned up all of the wet carpet, padding and mold, and kept my car overnight to try to dry it out as much as possible. Since they weren't totally sure if they had located the leak, they didn't charge me anything for all of their work. I haven't seen any signs of more leaks or smelled any mold. I am so grateful for their help!

You won't find very many places with perfect 5 star reviews. However, this is one business that is completely deserving of it. I emailed for a qoute on Sunday and by Monday afternoon my windshield was replaced. Incredible customer service and very friendly. To put in perspective, I live in East gresham and would gladly take my cars to this shop any day of the week.

I had a great deal of apprehension about replacing the cracked windshield on my Audi TT, my super adorable car who I named "Myrtle". I had originally planned on having MS AutoGlass do the work since I had a coupon of theirs but after reading through some of their customer reviews, I decided not to have it done by them. Luckily, I found SameDay AutoGlass and based on their 5-star customer reviews ended up there instead. Bobby and Leslie immediately put me at ease and reassured me that they would take good care of my "Myrtle" during her "windshield surgery". While I waited, Leslie handled all the insurance paperwork for me which was super convenient and she even matched the coupon from the other company! Thirty minutes later, "Myrtle" had a new windshield and all the necessary insurance paperwork was taken care of-- Very happy with my experience --from the quality of the product, workmanship, attention to detail, to the exceptional customer service--they basically held my hand through the whole process and made it stress-free. And to top it off, they even gave me a complimentary pair of windshield wipers to thank me for my business! So glad I decided to go with SameDay AutoGlass instead of the other company! I would definitely recommend this locally owned business. Very impressed.

Same day was the third Auto Glass company I had requested a quote from, but was the First to not only respond via Email, but as I was looking over the quote, there he was the first to call me as well, covering all bases. Safelite Rep couldn't find a location closer than Eugene, techna glass was price matching all day long, as long as I could wait a week. I am writing this review as I watch the new glass being installed, same day, and at the most competitive price. I will be telling others about Same Day Auto Glass Repair. Bobby your the man!

The front windshield in one of our tow trucks on the passenger side was leaking occasionally. How embarrassing to have a mini indoor rain storm on your customer! We tried many different DIY applications. Unfortunately nothing worked. By mid October, when the weather turned our choice was to replace the windshield or park the truck. After calling around to several different shops we ended up at Same Day. Bobby and his wife Leslie were stellar! Bobby had to work extra hard to get all the "DIY" attempts removed, all for the same price! SO impressed from start to finish! Won't be calling around next time have a window issue, going straight to Same Day. Also planning on having them detail a vehicle or two in the near future. Great business, wishing them much success!

Bobby and Leslie were able to squeeze our car in the same day we called. Which was amazing considering we had 6 inches of standing water in the trunk of the car (it was so bad the seats were starting to soak up water). He was very upfront about the costs and contacted us numerous times to explain what he found, what our options were, what he recommended we do and why, but left the final choice up to us with no pressure or scare tactics. I needed my Nissan Xterra driver side window replaced. Someone smashed it and stole my wife's gym bag. I was referred to another glass group from my preferred Autobody shop (one of the majors in Portland). This group quoted me $250 And said said they could fit me in A week and a half later. My co-worker overheard the conversation and referred me to Bobby at SameDay Auto Glass. Bobby said he could fix the glass the very next morning!! And he was $60 cheaper. I was having problems with sloshing water inside my passenger door, and had figured out the weeping holes were clogged with pine needles. I went by and saw Bobby, because I was worried about how far away from the window the seal looked to be. Bobby popped off the seal, ran water and air through it, and calmed my fears that I'm not really driving a mold-bucket. He quickly checked out everything, and said I was good to go. Then he noticed a chip in my windshield, and I had him repair that, too! So great that a service oriented business is locally owned, does great work, and has EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! I had my car broken into, good ol' smash and grab. My insurance recommend I go through Safelite because they offered a discount- Safelite quoted me a little under $500 for a passenger front window- absolutely insane, right under my deductible amount. SameDay Auto was my first call after Safelite- very prompted and friendly family ran business. Offered me a quote half of what Safelite wanted. SameDay Auto ordered the window and I had it fixed very next day in under a hour. Highly suggested. 5/5.

I was driving home last night, when i suddenly encountered a blown down tree in the roadway. No enough time to stop or swerve, so we drove right through it. Branches smashed the windshield in. I drove 2 hours home, in the blowing rain and wind. Still shocked that my window remained intact, depite all the broken pieces. This morning I called a couple places to get my windshield replaced today. Most shops put me til next week. This wouldnt be very great for me as this is my sole means of transportation. Same Day Auto Glass was true to their name and got me in the same day. Wonderful and kind people own this place. Very accomodating and easy to find location.

Took my truck in for a cracked windshield. It was replaced. There was a flaw in the new windshield that I personally probably never would have noticed. Instead of just not saying anything, Same Day Auto Glass ordered me another new windshield and replaced the flawed glass for meat no charge. I will be taking all my window needs to these guys. VERY GOOD SERVICE-My 2004 Lexus 330 needed the windshield and it's stiff, old seal replaced. Bobby and Leslie did the job quickly and efficiently. I returned to their business when my car became water logged. It was a hidden crack in the structure of the sun roof. It had been going on for awhile but the only sign I had was a strange smell. The water entered the headliner and carpeting and pad hidden under the mats. Inside the headliner there was fuzzy mold growing. The smell became unmanageable. Bobby and Leslie tackled the crack and the soaked and molding interior. They pulled out the headliner, seats, carpet and pad. They worked details out with my insurance company, reused what they could and replaced what they had to. They kept in contact with me throughout the ordeal and the price was A LOT LOWER than I had expected. Thank you Leslie and Bobby. It smells better than it did before the deluge.

I was hesitant about coming here after my initial introduction. Google search, their web site and sign out front all stated open at 9 am on Saturday. Not so much. I called before leaving and got a message machine. Not 10 mins after calling Leslie called and let me know they open at 10 am on Saturday. Ok. I scheduled for the next Saturday at 10 am. Day came, I arrived at 10 am, no one there again. Really? On the phone again, left message, Leslie called back within minutes, Issues, but they are on the way. I hung out and waited, and was so glad I did! This place, Leslie and others, were wonderful. After the bumpy start I will tell you that you can not find a better customer service shop any where. Excellent workmanship, clean job, timely in getting things done, Excellent all around. You will be hard pressed to find better pricing too. If you need glass work on a vehicle this is really the place to come too.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I got a chip this morning at 9am I called Bobby in a frantic. It was raining outside so he said that he wasn't able to come out because it was raining. I was so afraid that it was going to spread because it already had the look like a spider. I want up calling Bobby back and he said that he was able to come to my job and fix the Chip he normally does not do mobile calls. But he knew I was super upset. So he made an exception for me and came all the way out here to fix my chip !!!!! This guy is amazing and I highly recommend him and his wife leslie. I'm going this summer to get my car detailed by them!!!! Job well done thanks again!!!!!!!! Crack is gone never looks like it had one by the way!!!!!

Above and beyond with exceptional service! From the moment I made the appointment, I felt a sense of relief I was in good hands. With a busy schedule, guilty conscience, lots of rain in the forecast and "Lake Honda" growing in my trunk's all weather mat - relief was urgently needed. They had time in their schedule that worked perfectly with mine and when I got there, they quickly went to work investigating. Bobby and Leslie teamed together, bantering and brainstorming where this leak could be coming from. It was difficult at first, as all trunk leaks generally are, but they didn't give up! Even when they were positive they'd found the source, they tested other areas and tightened up a couple other things just in case. The high level of care, concern and attention to detail from this business is immeasurable and hard to find. They genuinely want to help people, sending you away better than when you first arrived. It's been a full week since that day, with three days of pouring rain to give their repairs a solid test. I'm happy to report there is not a single drop of water found in my trunk!!!
