Fantastic! Crack kept getting bigger in the windshield so I called like six places on a thurs, appts 3 weeks out minimum. Brad answered here and I had an appointment early that next week, car fixed within hours with recalibration of my early warning sensors. Great service, he updated every step of the way via phone. His assistant Bloo stole the show a bit though, just take a look at the pic.

Had a crack from my wiper arm smacking the windshield without a blade attached. Said crack spread over time, nothing major though, until the past heatwave. I came outside after that weekend and saw the crack split all the way up, included in the image attached. Called on July 6th and after a short easy conversation I had a mobile appointment set for the 8th. Install tech called 15 mins before arrival and again upon arriving. Quick, courteous and professional. Very happy and will recommend to anyone I know in need of such services.

I got a quote online and had a response within a couple hours. In the email they quoted me the price and told me to call and schedule an appointment. I called and they said they could do it the day of if I could bring my car in. I wasn’t available to bring the car in but I was amazed that they could get the glass that quickly and get me back in working order the day I was quoted. I was able to bring my car in a couple days later and they had my car done within a couple hours. When I brought my car in there and it was a mess. I had not vacuumed in a long time and it was dirty. I was shocked to see when I picked my car up that they had vacuumed it perfectly and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The work on the windshield was perfect and I have no issues. Another great sign of a great business is being greeted by an amazing dog while I was dropping off my keys. I will definitely be coming back to replace the windshield in my other vehicle. I highly recommend this great shop.

The guys at Collision were absolutely incredible. We had an accident that shattered the back window of our van while on vacation, and they were the only shop in the Portland area that was willing to help us out and fit us in on short notice and get us back on the road. Looked around at a lot of shops in the area and almost went with someone based just on reviews. Then I called the insurer to find out who they have on their preferred list and of those, I called some to see which ones could handle the sensor package (ADAS) that my volvo uses. Brad was great at explaining what I wasn't hearing from other vendors about system recalibration and worked to get OEM glass back in my car that week. Fit and finish feels as good as new and I like that they stand behind their service with a lifetime leak guarantee. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I had to get my windshield replaced on my subaru outback with eyesight. The crack was almost 10 + inches long and could not repaired and was in front of the eyesight camera. Kai at Collision auto glass scheduled me in right away. I requested for OEM glass since i did not want to take any chances and was able to get it replaced on the next day. Kai was very professional and also explained to me the process of filing a claim with my insurance after getting it done. I was very happy that i could get it replaced quickly. I would highly recommend collision auto glass for their excellent customer service and ability to get you scheduled right away.

Found them just searching for auto glass repair near me. After going thru several shops that either couldn't do the type of repair I needed or started out quoting outrageous amounts I called their shop. Extremely friendly & helpful they were not only able to give me options over the phone, but also set up an appoitment same day for diagnostic. Turned out my issue was an easier fix than what was estimated. 100% would recommend them, even if you are unsure with the issue they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

I went to Collision Auto Glass at the recommendation of a local LandCruiser specialty shop. I had a new windshield and a new gasket that had been previously installed by another shop and came with a new leak. They were able to set an appointment quickly and reseal the windshield using the Field Service Manual recommended procedures. In under two hours, the windshield was resealed and ready for pickup. I've since driven in heavy wind and rain and have had no leaks since their service. Thank you!

These guys are the best. Both individuals I spoke with took care of a broken window from a smash and grab quickly. They cover the counter and do the work. They replaced in about a half hour. I was amazed and on my way. 3 days later now and all is well. The price was more than fair. I had quotes that could not install it for 3-5 days. They did the the same afternoon when I was off work. The location is great at the crossroads of major highways off the sunset! Support the local guys and you can't go wrong here. Cheers!

My BMW is equipped with the heads up display tech package which makes replacing a windshield more labor intensive than one would assume. The camera system needs to be recalibrated and can't always be certified by a normal auto glass shop. Unfortunately I've had to go through the replacement process twice. However, Collision Auto Glass has exceeded my expectations each time. They're a one stop shop. Replacing and certifying my windshield in a single day. On my most recent trip they even replaced the front panel of my panoramic sunroof. The level of quality and customer care will keep me coming back every time. Thank you to their team!

There’s a reason these guys have 5 stars. Worked with Kai on getting my windshield replaced. The whole process was really easy and fast from filing the insurance claim to dropping off my car, and then they were done in 2 hours flat including the calibration. They’re a preferred shop with several insurance companies. If you don’t have glass coverage on your insurance policy - add it now! It’s only a few dollars more a month and with the newer cars having lane assist, adaptive cruise control, collision prevention... the glass and calibration can be over $1000. With insurance - $0. Highly recommend Collision Auto Glass!

After experiencing bad customer service and poor communication from Safelite for a broken back window, I decided to switch to Collision Auto Glass. Brad was very freindly over the phone setting up a scheduled appointment. Even after calling him right before closing, he was able to get me an appointment for the very next morning. When every other company could only schedule a consultation for a week or two into the future, Collision Auto Glass was able to come inspect my home window and give me a quote the following day. Jason not only took measurements but answered all of my many questions. Two business days later the window was ready and Jason was back to install it. Installation was quick and went without a hitch. Overall I don't think there could be a better choice for replacing a residential window than Collision Auto Glass. Collision Auto Glass replaced the windshield in my 2019 Tacoma after a rock chip crack spread to the A pillar. This shop has the equipment in house and is certified to recalibrate the pre-collision / lane departure camera system. An employee picked up the truck at my home in the morning and it was returned to me at noon the same day. I parked next to another brand new Tacoma later that day to compare fit and finish on the trim & seals. It was a perfect match. This is a great auto glass shop with outstanding customer service and great quality. Highly recommended.

When a rock cracked my windshield on my 2009 BMW, I was concerned about who I'd use to replace it as I'm very particular about my vehicles. It turns out that the BMW dealerships in the Portland area use Collision Auto Glass and coincidentally I did too on my other car about 18 months prior. I setup an appointment and they arrived right on time and quickly performed the work (both times). In about an hour's time and the tech provided detailed answers to all of my questions and completed all the work. They made it super easy for me to recommend their work to anyone but especially BMW owners.

Hgot a windshield ding on a windshield these folks installed in 2017. Drove up without an appointment. They looked at the ding and thought could fix it. In the time they specified (30 minutes) the repair was complete and looked great. So I'm bringing another car with a cracked windshield later today.

Great service. They came out to my place of work and replaced the windshield on the spot. A few weeks later, when it started to rain, there seemed to be a leak. They offered to test it at the shop, so I made arrangements to drop it off. At first they thought it might be the sunroof but after more testing found it was the windshield. They promptly fixed it and no problems since. You might ask why I'm happy even though there was an issue. We'll, these things happen, and I find that no one is perfect. I was very happy with their honesty and great, friendly service. That's the reason for the 5 stars. I will be back if the need arises.

I picked Collison auto glass based on the reviews, and boy let me tell you they have earned the great rating. I went in without an appointment for a rock chip on my windshield. They told me how they could fix it and the chances of something going wrong ( I mean it is glass after all). They had it fixed and ready to go with in a half an hour. Ma and Pa at their best! A most comfortable waiting room. Nice art on the wall and it's clean clean clean! Nice Big screen TV too! Wi-Fy. Coffee (good coffee) and clean restrooms (both male and female). Professional service and complete explanations about how and why to keep that ugly blue tape on the windshield for 24 hours! They offer top quality glass and if your are on a budget, secondary market glass that is very good as well. We went with top of the line quality with tint. I felt welcomed and a part of the conversations. I would recommend this service 100%! They are awesome people that truly take what they do seriously.

Thought service was Great -- right up until they delivered my vehicle back to me (big plus that they pick it up and return it - nice perk!). The guy started explaining why my windshield wiper was taped together. They broke it in the process of removing it to replace the windshield. They "fixed" the problem by taping it together and telling me to go get a new one and replace it before driving in the rain. Huh? Why is it my job to replace a wiper they broke during an install? It was working fine when they picked up the vehicle that morning. I called the manager, and asked him about it. Apparently he was told a different story by the installer. He then said they would pick up a new wiper blade and install it the same day. I didn't hear from them for a few hours while I was running errands in my husband's car. So I presumed they were not going to show up. I went to the Ford dealership parts counter and picked up new wiper blades. When I returned home, they apparently had come by and taken care of it -- but did not let me know. Seems like their service could use improvement. Given all the other reviews hoping it was just an off-day. Also hoping the windshield works well. Still, I like the pick up service and they seemed prompt and responsive with scheduling and all.

These guys rock! Quoted me 50 smackers to look at my window. Guess what? It's fixed for 50! No extra charges to fix it and best of all, no extra charges. Other places wanted 150+ just to look at it and I'm sure there would be extra charges in top of it. I hope to never see this place again. If something happens to my car windows. After searching for a reliable auto glass repair service, I contacted Collision Auto Glass regarding a single significant rock chip to my windshield. A technician arrived at my home the day after to replace the windshield. Scott (the technician) was very personable & professional. He clearly demonstrated his years of experience & knowledge during the actual replacement and how he answered every one of my questions. UPDATE: After my original posting I immediately got a call to schedule my windshield replacement and a second call from the owner to express his commitment to good customer service. In my book, taking responsibility and appropriate action are hallmarks of a well run company! Kudos to CAG for the good follow up. ORIGINAL POST: Collision was recommended to me by my local car dealer. I have a simple chipped windshield that has turned into a growing crack and needs to be replaced. I connected CAG with my insurance company a week ago. They said all is good and they would call me back to schedule the installation. A few days later and no call, so I called them. They said the paper work must have been lost and they would call me later that day. Now its been another 3 business days and no call. I'm wondering how many times I need to hound them to get them to take my business? My experience certainly does not match that of others reviewers. I'm ready to take my business elsewhere.

I initially called Collision at the recommendation of Kuni BMW. As a resident of Vancouver WA, I asked myself if I should find a shop on my side of the river. However, once I started working with Kai, he sold me. What an outstanding employee he is. Dropped off the vehicle yesterday morning, drove the loaner back to work, and by lunch was able to drive back over and pick the car up. Highly recommend Collision and working with Kai.

I chose Collision Auto Glass because they were close to my home and had GREAT reviews. Kai and Brad were wonderful to work with as was the technician that did the replacement. (I didn't catch his name). Unfortunately, on the way home a rock kicked up from the car in front of me and I already have a very small chip in my brand new windshield. I will naturally take it to Collision Auto Glass to see if it can be fixed before it spreads. And if it does end up cracking, I 100% will return to Collision Auto Glass for the repair. I haven't had a chance to use them for glass replacement but if I ever end up needing my glass replaced, I will definitely go with them.

100% satisfied with my service! My windshield was cracked in half, so I had to have it replaced. My insurance originally set me up with an appointment at Safelite, who told me my car has signs of rust, and I'd need to have my car repainted... then my car started leaking around the windshield because they didn't put the sealer back on correctly. I took it to Collision Auto Glass. They sanded off the rust, replaced my windshield, and I didn't have to have my car repainted. Quick, easy, all done in the same day.

If you have a BMW take it here. This is where all the BMW dealers and shop send windshield repairs/replacements. After over 15 years of driving I finally got my first rock chip. Sadly this was within 2 weeks of finally selling the car I was driving these 15 years and picking up a used BMW. I did some quick research in Portland, but didn't see these guys and ended up very disappointed at a different shop, worst of all with a leak. I emailed Gene at collision and instantly knew that was where I should have taken my car in the first place. He walked me through some of the issues and common concerns with my model, and quoted me on a few options. After we worked out the details, Gene's installer was out the next day. He did a fantastic job. Everything is OEM (Pilkington glass, proper molding) and it looks miles better. I bet they do quality work on all cars, but if you're looking for a place with BMW experience (they have a page dedicated to that fact on their website) as I wish I had found to begin with, this is where you want to call. Customer Service was great, Quality of work was great, and I have piece of mind (hard to get after my experience elsewhere). I couldn't recommend these guys more.

First experience getting a rock chip fixed up. Brad was super fast to respond via email. Ended up not charging me for the work, as it was too near a seam. Also, the damage is nearly invisible. I was quoted 90 minutes to get the job done. (Boy did they finish faster) They were supposed to be at my work at 7:00am but showed up at 6:50am. I couldn't be more happier. At 7:15am the glue was applied and I was told I would have to wait 30 mins before I could drive off (I work graveyard) 7:23am came around and they were done. Great level of service. Got the OEM BMW windshield. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. This is the only 5 star review place that I have found on Google. No wonder why they are a 5 stars.

I had my windshield replaced about a month ago on my 2018 Dodge Charger due to a rockchip that transformed into a half windshield crack all within a day from the 1st really hot day we had. I chose Collision Auto Glass all because of the amazing reviews. I live in NE Portland and funny enough, just down the street from a Safelite auto glass shop which is Farmers Insurance preferred shop. That Safelite had about 3stars and terrible reviews about seals leaking(something im not gunna risk on a new car). I have Farmers glass buyback coverage and Collision Auto Glass also works with Farmers, so all I had outta pocket was $100 deductible after Farmers covered the other $700. I had no problem setting an appointment with Collision to come to the shop seeing as it was to rain all day and would rather have the work done in a controlled environment. They have a very nice waiting area with big, comfy couches if you need a nap(which I did after coming off a graveyard shift,lol), big screen tv, wifi and Kierig coffee machine for people waiting. They did an amazing job with replacement to OEM specs and NO LEAKS! Even after the job was complete and driving home, stuck in typical hwy26 rush traffic in a downpour, NO LEAKS! What a fantastic job all the employees at Collision do. Thanks guys!

Outstanding experience! Online quote request was followed up on almost immediately, scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. They offer on-site glass replacement or repair as well as mobile services. I opted for onsite at their Beaverton location (my Highlander needed a new windshield), and they had a nice waiting room with good WiFi for getting work done, coffee, and a television for passing time. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I can't really think of anything that could have been better!

I had my driver door window smashed by someone unknown a couple days back and was very stressed about having to replace it out of pocket. I did some shopping around and ran into Collision Auto Glass. They were very friendly and honest. They charged HALF the price of what Safelite AutoGlass was asking for. Plus there were no fees for "waste" removal...unlike Safelite. Upon arrival to Collision the front desk man told me my car would be finished in an hour. He told me to feel free to watch tv or if I wanted to browse internet on my phone, he offered to lend me their wifi password. It only took them 30 minutes to install the replacement. They were very fast and precise. My new window looks great and works fine. They made a very stressful situation a little less complicated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am extremely picky about letting others work on my vehicle as I used to be a mechanic and know the games. I called around and read lots of reviews for having the windshield replaced on my 2008 4Runner and Collision seemed to be the best bet. When I called I specifically asked for Pilkington glass to be used. They did not have any in stock, but said it was available to order locally. He ordered it and I came in the next week. When I arrived the same person I talked to on the phone introduced himself and assured me the work would be exactly as we had discussed. The moldings would look un touched, top strip replaced, and the proper stuff would be done when sealing the new one. They called me a while later and said it was done. I went to pick it up and everything looked great. Molding was perfect and no glue marks. REVIEW EDIT: I did find out months later it was not the Pilkington windshield we had discussed, but this was at no fault of Collision Glass. It was actually Pilkington who sent a different brand than their own. The owner himself called me to explain what happened and was very apologetic. He offered to install a different windshield or do whatever he could to make everything right. I am 100% satisfied with him simply calling and discussing it with me. I am glad to see there is still businesses that truly care about there customers and want to do everything they can to make people happy.

I'd like to thank Collision Auto Glass for giving me the facts straight for my BMW F30 and how the rain sensors work and also how the HUD works with OEM and after-market glass. Bottomline, the rain sensor should be fine but their experience with OEE glass with BMW HUD is not consistent. They explained to me how they will work w/ the insurance company and explain my vehicle model. I can say they successfully got my insurance company to agree with using OEM glass which I was grateful for. My insurance company wanted me to use their affiliate and OEE glass, and if I wanted OEM glass through the affiliate, I would have to pay the full amount!!! Insane. They work with anyone, but they pride themselves in supporting the BMW dealers in the area and luxury car models. That to me says something and with my personal experience w/ them, they'll be my first option for auto glass next time.
