This is a great company! I needed 2 windows replaced in 3 weeks (both broken out). Terry did his best to find my replacements and schedule me within a day or 2. Jorge did an awesome job and quickly with the actual replacement. I needed them to come back for a minor detail and they got me scheduled and completed within 2 days. Seeing how many people in Portland are needing windows replaced, it’s nice to know you’ve got someone you can count on to help get it done quickly and cost effectively.

Just had Auto Glass Service NW replace my daughters VW rear windshield. What a great experience! Got original quote from Jeff and placed order. The following day Nick coordinated installation with the installer - Fisher. Ran into some problems with the car getting locked (my daughter was not present) but Nick/Fisher were patient and waited until my daughter could return from school to fix the lock problem. Very cool. Plus it was raining out AND was the day before my daughter flew home for Thanksgiving. Good work Fisher, Nick and Jeff. Thanks Dave

Jaret, Tony and Marco at Auto Glass NW located at 8725 NE Emerson are AWESOME!! My son's car had the rear window broken in a vandalism break-in. The car is 20 years old, some glass shops in town simply told me they couldn't get a window, or itd be "weeks". Other "well known" franchises quotes were ridiculously high and still another place I called doubled their quote when they came out to perform the work!! In frustration, I then called Auto Glass NW. Jaret was extremely helpful, found a window with no issues, had it quickly, AND was significantly less then any other quote!! A long time PDX resident, Jaret stuck to the estimate, Tony and Marco performed exceptional work in a very timely manner. Auto Glass NW will be my first choice going forward for ALL glass needs. Highly recommended and appreciated. Definitely wish I'd called them 1st!!

Someone smashed my drivers side window - downtown is fun like that. I went to a wrecking yard and got my own glass, self installed, and while I was careful about not breaking or losing parts I didn't properly align it. I called Auto Glass Services NW and they got two gentlemen out immediately who knocked it out in 15 minutes, gave me technical advisement, and were 100% professional. I paid Terry, the service manager, over the phone who was also great to deal with and professional as well. Thank you all for the good work.

My car was broken into with my driver’s window shattered. I called at end of business day and Phil replaced my window by noon the next day. Phil was great — very professional and nice to talk with. He was able to get all of the glass out from inside the car as well. Really appreciate how quickly this was done and that I didn’t have to go anywhere to get the window replaced — highly recommend!

Had a really good experience with Auto Glass Services NW. They responded to my request for a quote very quickly and got my windshield replacement scheduled right away. Exceptional Service! Our car had been broken into while staying Portland. I called Auto glass Services and talked with Nicholas. They take there job professionally and priority to fix any windows at any time and place. I got all my windows on my left side completely shattered at work. My vehicle was broken into, which unfortunately is a common thing in Portland. I called a few different places, all of whom did not have availability for over a week and gave me a quote way too high. When I called Auto Glass Servics NW I spoke to Nick LaFord who was able to track down the part for a way more affordable price and got it fixed the very next morning. The technician, Jaret did an amazing job and even cleaned out the broken glass!The staff was extremely friendly and actually wanted to help. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. My vehicle was vandalized outside my house early Saturday morning, found this shop based on Google reviews, and through my insurance was able to get it repaired by Monday afternoon at my house. These guys replaced my rear windshield within a 48 hr turnaround and even though the installers had an issue with my wiper blade, Nick was gracious enough to come back to my house and replaced the part as well. I have nothing but positive remarks for all the installers and whoever runs the office. I would definitely recommend them to friends and if I have a need for them in the future will absolutely be calling them.

I was able to get next day repair, the claim process was easy and painless with my insurance carrier, and I had a new windshield in 24 hours! Scheduled a windshield replacement on a Monday morning and Nick was able to come out the same day and right on time. We live in a busy area, but he was able to find and recommend a good location in the neighborhood, to do the replacement. Service was finished right away and the price was exactly as they quoted in the estimate. So glad I had the service done with them as I was about to spend much more with a different company.

However, later that night, they located a replacement window and the next DAY these excellent humans had it replaced! The replacement part is perfect, functioning exactly as it's supposed to, and the people at every step of the way in this business are so friendly and kind--above and beyond. If I could give this business TEN stars, I would. I called on late Friday afternoon due to a broken rear window. From my phone interaction with Nick, who was able to come through with the needed part when no one else could, to working with Cody on the install, all expectations were exceeded. I was helped promptly during my initial call with Nick. Nick is the man, ask for him if possible, but he's busy. The other staff are great as well! Car was broken into, they came and replaced the window. The window regulator broke in my Subaru. All the dealerships and their affiliations had to manufacture this piece and ship it out in about ~1.5 months time, Nick worked his magic. Found the part, 1/3 of the cost+labor and done in 1 week!

Very friendly and professional over the phone and in person. They arrived within the time frame they gave me and completed the job in roughly 30-40 minutes. They cleaned all of the glass shards in and around the car and even cleaned the seats with with interior cleaner. Care and precision was the impression that was left, and while no one wishes for their car window to get busted in, if/when it should happen again, there is no doubt I will be returning back to these guys.

We were concerned when our windshield was severely cracked late on a Friday evening and we had to find a State-Farm recommended auto glass service company on a Saturday. Many were closed, one said the wait would be till May. Auto Glass Services NW, responded to our message within a half-hour, and said that they could come to our home and replace the windshield on Monday morning. My front passenger window got broken last Friday (happy new year!) and this was the only company I could find who could fix it the next morning. They were a pre-approved vendor of my insurance company (didn't know that in advance), so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket for the repair. Nick is a pro and takes justifiable pride in his work and expertise. My rear window was bashed and he swept out the glass and also replaced the damaged wiper and defrost attachments- which were quirky due to the age of my vehicle. Price was 30% less than Safe-Lite and they got to me within two hours of them opening. I work in the Lloyd District and he scouted out a good place to do the repair. Would strongly recommend.

They did a great job. Had to get a rear windshield from a junkyard since Toyota only caries part for 7 years now. A lot of glass companies don't like jobs they can't guarantee, but Auto Glass Services NW took the job and did it at a great price. There was some extra work that had to be done and they did not charge me for it. I told their technicians that I would clean up the glass but they did it anyways. Very professional.

I decided that there are 4 important aspects of getting a windshield replaced: prompt service, good price, least hassle, warranty. These guys came to my car and installed a new windshield at the same price as the lowest non-mobile service I could find. Their techs were friendly and did a nice job. They ended up breaking a piece of my car's moulding and took swift corrective action, purchasing a new part from across town and came to replace it the next day without a hassle. The warranty is in fine print, but I trust they will honor it should I need it in the future, based on how they handled themselves during this transaction. Thank you so much guys. My insurance company referred me to someone else, who couldn't fit me in for almost a week (my entire window had been bashed in). The other company wanted me to leave my car with them for a day, and my deductible was more than what I paid Auto Glass NW - who came to my workplace and replaced the window the same day. I’m so glad I looked into an auto glass service other than Safelite! I tried calling on Saturday right around closing, and received a call back from Terry on Monday morning, who quoted me almost half as much as Safelite. Auto Glass Services charged me $249 for my back driver side window, when their competitor quoted $404 for the job. AGS was able to schedule my window replacement for today (the next day). AGS provides mobile service, so I was given a time frame of 9am-1pm, and Nick was here by 9:15! He was finished with my replacement, and glass cleanup in under an hour, including jumping my car, since I’d put off the repair for about a week, and left my car parked in my garage. Nick was so friendly, and professional. Hopefully I won’t need anymore glass replaced in the near future, but if need be, I will certainly be calling them again.

Auto Glass Services was fantastic. They replaced my windshield in November of last year, and it has held up great so far. Moreover, I just had a windshield molding trim piece fly off of my car while driving through high winds. I contacted AGS, as they had to remove that piece to replace my windshield and I feared it was not replaced correctly, and they found a replacement, paid for it, and re-installed it (with glue this time), all in less than 24 hours. As it turns out, this is a common issue with my car, and has even happened to people who haven't had a windshield replaced. AGS didn't technically need to do anything, but they still offered to fix it AND covered the cost. I couldn't be happier with their service, and will definitely recommend them in the future.

What a interesting day of unfortunate events, my windshield was smashed in and Side glass was bashed out. After sending late evening emails I got response and had a crew cleaning and installing new glass in downtown Portland the next morning. Luckily I have a super low deductible and my cost was merely fifty bucks. The guys that came out where friendly and did a great job, they went out off there way to respect my vehicle which I have worked very hard for and would gladly refer this company to family and friends. Auto Glass Services NW replaced my cracked windshield 3 years ago! When my car started leaking, I started ruling out issues one by one (with the help of a mechanic). We had everything ruled out except the windshield. The mechanic suggested to call the auto glass repair shop and ask about a warranty. Sure enough, my windshield was under warranty. When they came out to replace the windshield, it appeared that the windshield was not the culprit for the leak (glue around the windshield). I'll have to wait another day or two before I take the car through the car wash or use a hose to test it out. This leak is costing me a lot of time and money! But Auto Glass Services NW definitely made a part of the journey much easier! Thanks for the fast service and replacement. The warranty from the prior service definitely saved me some money!!

Fit us in same day when someone smashed our car window overnight. They had it replaced 40 minutes after dropping off. Best of all, they responded fast by email to the online quote request. Other places insisted on calling and upselling instead of this honest quote and preferred communication. Price was not the cheapest but lower than most other places (and a third less than where our insurance sent us, even though deductible meant they weren't paying). If you are going to them instead of coming to you, hopefully they'll have fixed their website, but address on website was someone's house on 68th, their actual location is the Broadway Cab building on NE Emerson and 89th. Likewise, phone answering and paperwork seemed a little chaotic, but I'm still giving full stars because if it works it works!

My car got broken into early yesterday morning. Once I got my insurance claim paid I started calling around for quotes. I called Auto Glass Services NW this morning at 7 o'clock and by 8:30 Jaret and his partner were at my house. They put my new window in, vacuumed the broken glass out of my car, and cleaned the off the sidewalk where some of the glass had shattered, all by 9 o'clock. I have a classic Volvo 242 and I prefer not to let anyone work on it. Therefore, I do most of the work myself. My plan was to replace the broken windscreen with a used part but the price for a new one with Auto Glass Services Northwest was extremely affordable. I had called other glass shops and no other quote was close. The installer was in good spirits, the glass part was quality, the work was clean and efficient, and the warranty is for life. I am a Californian resident that recently had a wonderful experience using Auto Glass Services NW. My daughter who goes to college in Portland had her car window smashed and her car broken into. Because her car is an older Subaru a lot of other glass shops didn't have her rear window in their shop and would have to order it through the Subaru dealer - or take the time to find it through a salvage yard (which many of the glass shops were not excited about). When I called Auto Glass Services NW they were so professional and VERY helpful! After many phone calls, and texts (best customer service ever!) the owner went to a salvage yard ten miles out of his way (he found an exact car like my daughter's) and came to my daughter's college while she was working and installed her new window. And can I add that because my daughter wasn't answering the phone (Grrr) he called me, told me the situation, waited for me to get a hold of her and waited until my daughter came out of her job to give him the keys. They installed the window perfectly and vacuumed out the car so the shattered glass wasn't all over the place. After all was said and done they texted me and asked how the window was working. Because they are not a brick and mortar business they can take the time to care for their clients and not worry about paying their rent on a building. As a mother of a college student who is hours and hours away from her daughter I felt relieved knowing she was going to be taken care of. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a business that is professional and one who cares about their clients. Thank you for everything!

This company was awesome not only were their prices unbelievable but they meant what they said on the phone. I even double and triple and quadruple check to make sure that's what I was paying was salad cash for my wallet to there's not an insurance deductible that it was the exact price. They went out of their way to get an additional part that I needed to get fixed on my car as well. If I were to recommend any anyone I would recommend this company. Even people back in Colorado I would recommend to this company but they're only the Portland and Vancouver service area. That's just how well my experience was and still is as I'm still getting a little work that's still. And believe me I'm the first one to be loud and proud if I have a bad experience with a company and I have the exact opposite and then some this is a 5 + star company!

I had a badly cracked and scuffed windshield...visibility at night was getting really bad. He came to my work-place, and replaced it right there in the employee parking lot, in about 25 minutes...no mess in my car; in fact it was cleaner than when he arrived. The old glass went away in his van, still in one piece, amazingly (as it had several bad cracks). He cleaned out my fresh-air vents while he was at it, and gave recommendations as to care of the new glass. The cost was far lower than other quotes for a similar job. I am completely pleased.

As good as it gets: honest, fast, and convenient. I needed a rear window repaired after a break-in, and I needed it fixed asap (weather was coming, needed it to be secure to transport gear that day, etc.). I called at approximately 9am, and response was immediate. I had questions about replacing with OEM vs. after market glass, and the owner responded to all texts quickly and accurately. He was able to confirm via phone pic which shade of glass I needed so there wouldn't be any confusion. I called three different shops, and AGS was by far the most reasonably priced, and even for OEM glass. Nick, the installer, showed up when I was told to expect him (30-45 mins later), he was kind enough to chat a bit about glass costs (I'm always curious), the work, etc. I got the feeling that not only did I get a solid deal, but that AGS was an honest, solid outfit - both for employees as well as customers. I went back inside to work, and approximately 30 mins later, he texted that he was done. He vacuumed up all the glass in the car, and outside, which I appreciated since I didn't have a vacuum. Payment was conveniently taken via stripe, and it the ordeal was over. I was at work 2.5 hours after calling them. I won't go anywhere else.

First I'm very pleased with the outcome, however, there were a few glitches: the guys were half an hour late; there was some mix up with the glass; and I was told to let the car sit for at least an hour. Apparently the guys were late because the glass they had was for a different model (that was partly my fault) but with the right window they were done in half an hour :) Then they explained that the car had to sit for safety reasons and that all made sense so I checked my Facebook at Starbucks for the hour they recommended before leaving work. It was really convenient and the guys were friendly and professional. They really believe in their warrantee and that was the most impressive thing about it. I will be recommending AGSNW to anyone with broken car windows!
