Worked with Mike on my wife’s car and my car. Installed a new windshield on my wife’s and tint on mine. We had an issue with our windshield after Installation and Mike made it right and took care of the problem. I then had my windshield tinted and Logan did an amazing job. They were able to work me in with my crazy schedule and had it done super fast. I was concerned about one spot in the lower corner thinking that bubble would stay but by the next day everything was smooth. I will definitely be calling them next time I have any issues! Only thing I would say is Logan made a comment about having to take extra time on a Mercedes because it had to be perfect. I know he didn’t mean anything by it but some people might take it as they only do their best work on the nice cars. Every car should take the same amount of care (and i believe they do.) Again I have zero issues with my tint or my wife’s windshield and tint. Looking forward to doing more business with them and sending business to them!

This place by far reached expectations and more. They not only came in with lowest pricing but where professional, on time and the work was spectacular. In replacing the windshield they also did the tint. The tint work was flawless. I have recommended them to all my family and friends who have needed either tint or glass repair. I've had 2 windshields replaced by Mr. Glassworks. Both were old GM vehicles so I know they don't make much on them. Both times came to me. Once at work, and the other at home. They were super convenient and thorough. One vehicle I have had a sagging head liner. The tech told me to run and grab some adhesive so I could repair while the windshield was out. This saved me the headache of trying to fix it with no access. The tech waited for me and didn't rush me. It really shows their character knowing they don't make a huge profit on my older vehicle AND waited for me to make the repair. I wasn't just another windshield to run through and then on to the next one. I would 10 for 10 recommend them and will use them for all future windshields. I am not surprised to see all 5 star reviews. Great Job Mr. Glassworks!

So happy to have found Mr Glassworks during my online search to get my windshield replaced. From the time I called on Thursday evening, Mike was prompt, friendly, and helpful in scheduling me for a windshield replacement at my home and giving me a competitive cash quote. My windshield replacement was just completed, only 2 day after my first call, and within about 40 minutes of the technician arriving. I received a courtesy call from the technician to let me know he was 20 minutes away, which is appreciated. So grateful for their quick, professional service in solving my windshield dilemma, after a couple of weeks of struggles with larger auto glass companies. Somehow, even after living in Arizona for the last 8 years, I have never had to replace a windshield due to rock chips or cracks. However, after hearing people's horror stories about their windshields cracking and the rocks on the freeways, last year, I finally added "full glass" to my insurance policy after buying a Lexus with low ground clearance. Luckily, I did so just in time. Long story short, I ended up needing a new windshield and was referred to Mr. Glassworks by Manny at Masters of Tint. Manny and his team had done such an excellent job so I figured he would only refer the best, as well. And he sure did. Mike and his team at Mr. Glassworks went way above my expectations. Not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. They were all very open to me watching them work, as I was truly intrigued, and were willing to explain what they were doing. Because in the beginning, it was made very clear that this wasn't just a basic windshield swap out. Some of the safety features in my model Lexus use a camera in the rear-view mirror that needs to be recalibrated each time the windshield is replaced. When I originally purchased the car from a Lexus dealership, the dealership agreed to send someone to my house to replace the windshield for me because it was pretty beat up. Both Progressive and Mr. Glassworks confirmed that it was largely impossible for that installer to have correctly calibrated the camera when he installed the glass at my house. Normally, Mr. Glassworks can and will do mobile work but in this case, I did go into the shop to get the proper job done. I'm grateful for Mike and his team for taking the time to properly install my windshield, calibrate the camera and share some insight on how it all works. Thanks again, all.

We had a chip out of our windshield on Christmas Day, so I started calling around. I found Mr. Glassworks, who was very nice on the phone and willing to work with us and give us a good price. We scheduled an appointment and they kept in touch and were very prompt and professional in replacing our windshield, which also had a crack in it that developed from the chip. We are very satisfied customers and will call them again if we get another chip or crack in the windshield.

This was by far the best experience from customer service to installation. Called in Friday afternoon with kind of an everyone situation, they had me approved and scheduled in about 20 minutes. I recently had to replace my windshield due to rock damage. My insurance company tried to redirect me to Safelite (who I have used in the past). I told them I wanted to use Mr. Glassworks instead, which I would highly recommend to everyone to do so. Not only did Mr. Glassworks make it extremely easy by coming out to my house for the repair but I was also given a $100 cash rebate within an hour of completion. They did great work and I will use them for all of my future glass repairs.

Got my windshield replaced by these guys and they are really awesome! They worked with me and my insurance and were able to get it done the day after I called. When he came to replace my windshield, we talked the entire time and got I a sense that he's a really hard working person and big hearted too. After about what felt like 5 minutes (probably more around 20 minutes), he explained the care instructions for the next couple days so I don't ruin his work lol. Then he gave me $100 and the best part is that they donate $1 to the Phoenix Children's Hospital. These guys are definitely the ones to go with if you need your windshield replaced! I went to his brick and mortar office on 444 E Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85442 Nice place. I had to park on Fresno street where the garage opens on to. If you pay out of pocket, there is a sizable surcharge if you pay with credit card. He said he has been mobile in Tempe for years, but he now has this storefront. Quick and efficient and very chill dude and atmosphere.i had a Rock chip repair and I was in and out in under 10 minutes with the last 8 being us just waiting for it to cure. He was willing to give a Rock chip quote over the phone if it was smaller than a nickel.
