They did an amazing job and took an hour and a half for me at least, I got high performance tint 35% front doors, rear window & 5% back doors. I took a picture of the different types of tint, percentages and paint protection film. Angel did the tint & Emily is the receptionist, both of them were great and friendly!!! 06.24.22 3 weeks later 07.18.22 couldn’t do another google review it’s on Yelp. Thanks anthony & Lena!

I would have left one star but they fixed my order and made everything right. Got my windshield replacement from being a return customer by sales call. Was later told that a new employee who put the tint on the new windshield was brand new and left the film on and it was scratched and dirty. I had to call warranty and go through a huge deal to get it replaced including taking time off work and everything to go have them fix it. Obviously the person who put the tint on was brand new and did it incorrectly but I definitely think you need better training for your employees to have that happen. However, I will say the people in the warranty department made it right and fixed promptly and gave me a free detail. So that was nice. The tint guy who did it second for me was absolutely amazing though and it looks great. I only wish it would have been done right the first time!

He was very informative and on time to my house and answered all of my questions regarding the window trim clips, auto wiper features operation after the replace and drying time. The service was great took longer than I anticipated perhaps since there was two people ahead of me. I appreciated how they had my paperwork in a nice small envelope with my name handwritten in the front which I thought was pretty cool. I was properly advised what not to do after the window tinting, furthermore they give you lifetime warranty on all window tints. And I was given two complementary full service car wash vouchers at a $19.99 value. I would recommend their products and services.

I reached out to get my front windshield replaced, and they added on a window uv kit and a visor to the service! Not to mention that they came to me to for the installation. **UPDATE** After I left this review I was contacted by a supervisor who apologized for what I was quoted over the phone. She advised me that the rep I spoke to hasn't been there very long and the tech who installed my tint was also not fully experienced.. I got scheduled for the following day to replace the tint. I'm happy I was able to get my windshield redone so quick (at no additional charge). With that said, there are a few flaw with it. There's a little bit of glue inside the 3rd brake and a few bubbles even after 6 days (see additional photos). Overall I'm pleased with the customer service. Got ceramic tint on my 4 doors and rear windshield. I asked for my full rear windshield to be tinted and when I got my car back, the 3rd brake light was cut out of the tint (they did not advise me of this prior to installation). I asked if this can be fixed and they said no. I've asked several other tiny locations and was advised this could be done without a problem. I contacted Clear View to see if they could fix this for me (even if I got the rear deck removed for them) and they said they would for an additional $150. I am extremely disappointed. I would have taken my car elsewhere if I knew they were going to cutout the tint.

Noa Sanchez, the Clearview installer did a nice job. He called prior to the install and was efficient using his time. It took only 45 minutes for the install. You have to wait two hours to drive your vehicle. Blue tape comes off in an hour and no car wash for 24 hours. I am waiting a little longer to make sure everything is okay.

Tyler did an excellent job installing a new windshield on both of our vehicles. He was on time, courteous, and professional and he took extreme care of our vehicles during the installation process. Tyler rates 5 stars. The only hiccup we had was having to take one of the vehicles to a ClearView location for calibration. The calibration didn’t take, so a few days later, another technician came to our home to complete the process. This was no reflection on Tyler. Had we not had the hiccup with calibration, we would have rated 5 stars across the board. We wouldn’t hesitate to do business with ClearView again in the future.

Gabriel was my installer today. What a great Installer! Nice, friendly, knowledgeable and customer service was off the charts. This guy is an asset to this company. He called 30 min. before as I requested. Ten min. later, he called and said he had a flat and would be a little longer than expected. Ten min. later, he texted me updating that it was worse than expected. He called 30 min. later and was on his way. He promised the glass would be done in an hr. and he beat the time. Much faster than I expected. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and communication as this could have been a nightmare for him and a day long ordeal for me. Loved this experience from my first interaction! Nick used my wait time at the car wash to call my insurance and get the ball rolling, totally saving me valuable time. Then he set up my appointment to be completed within that week! When the day arrived, Justin H. called when he was on his way, and showed up right on time. Windshield services for my Toyota Highlander were clearly explained and attention to detail was excellent. Replacement was done in about 40 min, and workmanship is superb. 12/5/21 Still waiting for the tint to cure but they were very quick and did an excellent job. 2021 Bronco Ceramic Tint 12/18/21 Update.... Spoke too soon. All of my windows need to be redone due to some sort of contaminate under the tint. Feels like sand and looks like small bubbles. Brought it back once to have the drivers window redone and didn't notice the rest. I'm actually pretty surprised they didn't check the rest of the windows last time.... Will update review after it's made right. Update.... They fixed the tint and its now how I expected it to be the first time. I have updated my review to a four-star review. Customer service is top-notch for these guys, I will say that... so the only reason it's not a 5-star review again is because I had to go back three times.

This is an updated review (9/2/21). Clear View contacted me about my problem this morning and agreed to replace my windshield today, the original scheduled date. Side note, shout out to the installer who came out today. I haven't driven my truck yet but he did an A+ job. If anyone gets 5-stars, he should be the one. I'm still frustrated by the lack of customer service prior to me reaching out. The customer shouldn't have to check up on a company to make sure they are doing their job correctly. Clear View completed their service at the expense of my time and income. Summary of original review: I've used Clear View three times. The first two windshield repairs involved poor quality control (they install tint and UV kits at their shop prior to arriving at the customer's location). Clear View forced me to take time out of my workday to have the windshields fixed at their shop. The actual windshield install of those two service appointments were good quality but tint and UV kits had to be reapplied. The third, and most recent, windshield replacement almost never happened. There was an issue with my insurance or 3rd party preparer. Clear View never notified me of the error. If I didn't call I would have sat around for the entire 4-hour time window and nobody would have shown up. I may utilize Clear View Glass and Tint in the future. If/when I do I will update my review as needed. At this time, I don't feel like it's appropriate to rate higher than 3-stars simply due to the fact that I have experienced an issue every time I've used them.

They got caught up with the customer before me, but they let me know ahead of time that they were going to arrive a little past my scheduled appointment time. They were very communicative during the entire process and met me outside my apartment. I left my car with them while they did the replacement, and they called me to come back out in less than half an hour. They had me inspect the work before they left and provided instructions for how to take care of the car while the windshield finished setting over the next 48 hours. First- timer here! 🙌🏻 New transplant of California in Arizona. As we all know, the Grand Canyon State gets hot! So, Clear View Glass and Tint was my first choice after active research - which in return, were helpful from day 1. From requesting a quote - to receiving a response within 24 hours. Emily, whom was the point of contact scheduled my appointment via: phone/text all while I was working - What a plus! - Especially, since I engage in multiple situations throughout the week. On the day of my window tinting appointment - I was greeted by the one and only Emily and her fellow colleagues. The space is clean and has the world's comfiest leather lounger. In particular, a space where you can relax, grab a snack and or coffee while you wait for your service to be complete. Two weeks upon my arrival, Emily did set the expectation of timing - reg: tinting. So, I didn't mind waiting 2 hours. While I waited - I was greeted by car-wrap expert Bobby as I was curious about all things 'car wrap'. Of course, I added one more 'knowing' to my piggy bank of knowledge after the conversation. Which could be a potential car-wrap situationship in the near future as I choose. Lastly, yet never the least. Let's talk about Angel. This particular gentleman spent his time and attention to go-over my options with me upon taking action - 'on all 5 windows' - 'sides and rear'. What does that mean? After choosing options - spending two hours of engaged tinting. Upon completion, we did a walk through of the final result - which I am lovin'. Again, he set the expectation and 'how to' manage my windows while these new beauties cure over two weeks. The cool thing is, should any 'little thing' surface after the service is complete - 'cause you know.. some people can be particular' - Clear View Glass and Tint are available to assist at any time. I highly recommend Clear View Glass and Tint for all your tinting needs. This includes other services 'not mentioned' here. Or, as you're curious - stop by and say hi. My appointment was scheduled between 11AM - 2PM, he called me at 10:45AM to say he would arrive in 30 minutes. I received a text message at promptly 11:15 saying he was here and he was done replacing the windshield at exactly 11:46 (so it only took him 31 minutes to replace!). Cody did a great job and was very professional and friendly. I did not give points for punctuality but appeared to not be Cody's fault. ClearView was a no-show for the first 4-hour window a few days prior, and then I was rescheduled for a second appointment between 8-11am several days later and arrival was not until 11:30. This is frustrating when you sit at home for the long window scheduled appointments and no one shows two times in a row. Cody said he was told the window was 8-12 so he thought he was on time. Office thought it was 1-5pm so there was quite a bit of confusion. Brian at Jackson's was always available via cell and great at following through when I would text him about the no-shows. Not sure if this is normal for them but appears logistics improvement needed among employees. Work done was good and quick. The first time I had a windshield replaced there was also an incident so I needed to drive to their shop for the proper windshield. Also a disappointment because they are not local to where I live. The shop was friendly, professional, and efficient once it was all complete.

He gave me the courtesy notice that he would be arriving to me in the later half of my window so I knew I could take care of some stuff while I waited. He texted me again when he was on his way and called when he got here. He was super personable, patient, and professional with me and made sure to explain what to expect and that I wasn't left with any questions or concerns. I easily made my payment by debit card over the phone with a pleasant office team member, immediately got my receipt texted to me, briefly signed some paperwork and he got to work. He finished the job like a pro in about 20 min. or less! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly something like that could get done, but also how perfect it looked at the same time. I could really tell he took pride in his work and enjoys what he does. Thank you, Cody! You were wonderful and your customer service was TOP NOTCH. This gentleman deserves a raise, just saying. Okay terrible first experiences. Just tons of mistakes. Spoke with a rep (manager I believe) at Jackson’s in Phoenix, appreciated his sincerity & they want to try to rectify things and I gave them yet another chance. This experience was LOADS better. So much improvement. #1 Their communication has improved entirely with confirmation emails, text reminders, and calls. They brought the right glass, the 1st (& final) time around, the install tech made sure to show me the glass and explain everything prior to install. Justin was the install tech and he was great! Very nice & straight up. Best tech I’ve had an experience with thus far through them (my 3rd tech). He did an awesome install job. The last time I was right, the last guy did mess up, he placed the glass in weird/incorrectly, and he did something to my rear view mirror. You can see this time Justin put everything in original place the glass should be in, put the mirror back right, and sealed it all perfectly. They did a great job finally rectifying things. I’m veryy happy about that! Keeping the rating at a 4 just because the first two experiences weren’t too great. But if every experience they provided was like this last time, I would definitely recommend them.

I used this business to tint my windows. They were very professional and a big plus that they communicate through text for quotes and appointments. I own a 2012 Honda Civic lx and they were running a special so it was 257 after tax and they come with a full replacement warranty and a manufacturer warranty so that's really nice. My tiny came out with some bubbles but I'm not sure if that's normal or not so I'm not worried yet. If they don't clear up I'll change to 4 star but other then that I'm very pleased with my service :)

I was referred through Jackson's car wash. Living in Arizona this past year with the apparent 101 flying rocks I had acquired several windshield nicks and this past Tuesday was hit with a rock which caused more than a nick! This windshield replacement was a breeze. I scheduled the date was given a time of between the hours of 10 am and 1 p.m. Dwayne the technician was prompt arriving just after 10 am. He called prior to make sure I was available and had my windshield installed with no inconvenience to me. He asked that I not drive for an hour. I did. James came out to replace my windshield and did a great job. I appreciate the way he pick up every tiny piece of trash he generated leaving my yard as clean as it was when he arrived. Hey windshield was a little complicated with all the sensors attached to it, but james was careful not to cause any damage, he also double checked everything to make sure it was put back properly. Even the windshield wiper that wasn't aligned properly, which he immediately fixes. With the complicated nature or the replacement he still did it quickly.

I was approached at Jackson's Car Wash to have my windshield replaced, which I typically do not do. However, they called my insurance company and did the work to have the replacement approved and then made an appointment that was convenient for me. Cyle called about 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way and was kind, professional, and helpful, and afterwards gave me instructions to have take my car in to calibrate equipment (lane assist, rain sensor, etc.). I was a little disappointed that no one had let me know when I made the appointment that I would have to take my car in (North Scottsdale or Arrowhead area being the closest locations and both 30 min away) to get everything calibrated. It has been a few months since having the windshield replaced and I waited this long to review to see how it performed. The tint is not noticeable, except that it does look a little funny with polarized sunglasses (easy to get used to, though. It hasn't been real hot yet to see if it reduces the heat noticeable in the car, but it does reduce glare, particularly at night.

James was extremely helpful on the second visit and made sure that the molding replacements were locked in properly. They ordered the wrong windshield, so it had to be done twice. (Twice as inconvenient) However, Cyle, the installer was excellent! If all the credit went to him, I would give a full 5 stars. Office staff needs some education, training. Or hire new people. They showed little care, and were not competent. They also sent Cyle to the wrong address the second time. 🙄 Sad.
