These guys not only searched for my replacement window quickly, they squeezed me in a day earlier than expected. Price was fair but worth every penny for how fast they install my window. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. If you ever need your window replaced , don’t hesitate to make an appointment with these guys! They know their stuff. This review is very long overdue. I had just moved to Philadelphia from Jersey and week two I blow the back window out of my Honda CRV. What’s worse is my car is parked on the street. WHATS WAY WORSE is that a snow storm was coming (this was the Saturday of super bowl weekend). I called everywhere and no one could help me due to a glass shortage. I finally gave Tony a call and MAN was he a life saver. Not only did he guide me on how to protect my car until he could fix the window, but he was able to immediately locate the rear window despite a shortage and replace it the following Monday. It was such a relief and he did such a fantastic job, he even vacuumed the remaining, shattered glass out of the hatchback! Very kind and personable and PROFESSIONAL - I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a scratched up back glass that I needed to get replaced on my RAV4 and Tony was able to give me a free quote by phone Sunday morning and came to my house on Monday to replace it as soon as the part came in. One of my car windows got busted out on a Sunday, and they were the only business that answered my call (even though I called other places that claimed they were open but I couldn’t get through to anyone). My truck was broken into Sunday afternoon. I called my insurance company to file a claim and they recommended I contact Safelight since they were partnered with…On top of the ridiculously priced replacement cost, safelight could not service me at home or at one of their shops for another week….with thunderstorms forecasted for the next three days. I knew I couldn’t wait and did my own research. On a Sunday, let alone the afternoon, everywhere was closed, BUT Trip 7. I got in contact with Anastasia who checked if they had the window sized for my make and model, which they did so she was able to schedule me for service with Tony and Bruce the next day in the early afternoon. We met at a mutual location and the gentleman vacuumed all the loose glass and installed the window all within 45 minutes. Genuinely impressed and grateful for them. And let me not forget, I don’t think I was going to find a better price than what was offered for my laminated window. I pray my windows are never kicked in again, but if they were, I know who I’d be calling.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and also great price. They fixed my window in less than 24 hours. Let me start out by saying my car was broken into and due to the covid19 I couldn't find anyone that was open at the time I found out my car window was broken but this place. I drove my car over and they left it there by the next day at 12:30 it was done. Just like that (Flash service) and I didn't have to pick it up. They drove it to my house free of charge. I spoke with a Anastasia on the phone when calling for an estimate. She was super polite and helpful. Her kind attitude definitely helped finalize my decision. They were able to order my windshield that evening and scheduled me for the next day. The next morning came; due to an emergency I had to reschedule. I contacted Anastasia early in the morning. She was very understanding without any waver in her sweet personality, she simply resceduled for the following day. The only issue was a mistake I made assuming I had one sensor on my windshield. When Anastasia asked the day before I told her I had one but to my surprise when I arrived to my appointment I was informed I had two. Meaning the glass they ordered wouldn't fit and the price would change. Honestly I couldn't afford a change in price. The price was only twenty dollars more and still significantly cheaper than thier competitors. Anastasia accommodated me without asking. She ordered the proper windshield immediately and reduced the price from the original fee before the mix up. Forty five mins later I was being serviced. That was an old school professional move. It was more about my satisfaction then her profit. Last but not least Tony and Adam were amazing to watch. They worked effortlessly in unison. In a matter of minutes you can tell they are experienced at thier craft. It was very impressive to watch. Everyone had great attitudes regardless of the mix up. I recommend them to anyone.

Shattered my back windshield late last night by mistake. I was hysterical trying to find someone that was open late. I called them around 9pm and sure enough someone picked up and was able to help. Dropped my car off the next day and had my windshield replaced that same day for a reasonable price. Safe auto glass was charging double what trip 7 charged and was making me wait a week for a replacement. I would recommend this company to anybody. Great customer service.

I had my windshield on my 2007 Dodge Dakota replaced. They told me to bring it down that morning and I got it back the same day later that night. They communicated with me by text/calls with updates and photos throughout the whole process, AND finalized it all with a quick cleaning of my truck! Complimentary air fresher too (Which smelled great BTW)!!!!! I recommended my father to go here and get his rear window in a 2003 Dodge RAM truck replaced and he was THRILLED with his results. Contacted Anthony yesterday. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee which has 9 different windshields and I had no clue which one mine had. Sent a few pictures of my windshield. I have to say I'm completely satisfied with this family owned business. I had a hairline crack across my front windshield and of course some other dents from trucks on the highway. I called no answer but received a text within seconds stating they had high volume calls coming into the company. No need to keep looking for a glass repair man! Read on. Looked around for someone to repair/replace a rear passenger window on a Toyota Camry. I called several places in the area and no one picked up. I then called Tripp7. Tony answered and was out several hours after our phone call...on a Saturday! Yes he came to my house!
