I went to Northeast Auto Glass and met with Adam, the owner. He was very helpful, professional and a pleasure to speak with. He went above and beyond his normal call of duty in repairing my rear passenger window. The repair took about an hour. I was very happy with the results. Adam amazed me. I do recommend Northeast Auto Glass to everyone for glass repair or replacement.

easy enough, drove in and he started on my car immediately. advised me i had a rusty wiper transmission bolts and they might break...did a great job! highly recommend, will be back with more business as the need presents itself! well i needed them again and they didnt disappoint...replaced door glass and now my window works better than when i bought the truck!

Business owner Adam , did a dilligent research for my cars windshield. Took care of me, forever grateful for that. His installers , Rick and Ben , were efficient fast, courteous, and reassuring. He took my car and had my window replaced in under 45 minutes! He’s definitely fast, efficient, and very professional. I called for a quote to repair a ping in my windshield. The person I spoke to was very polite and the cost was lower lower than the big S company. Scheduled an onsite repair. On the day of, Adam called to say when he'd arrive, arrived on time, got the job done and the cost had no surprises. I'd call them again in a heartbeat!

i went to safe-lite originally for a back panel window, they wanted to charge me $450, i was recommended to go to Northeast Auto Glass (NAG) by my AAA agent and she did not steer me wrong. Adam from NAG was absolutely amazing! He was very nice and compassionate, he was able to get me in and out within 30 mins of entering the establishment , and i was charged at an amazing price, saving almost $200. my experience here today will guarantee of a lifetime customer as long as i'm leaving in the area.

After sustaining a chip on my windshield I stopped by a major glass repair franchise store. They quoted me a price said i'd have to make an appointment and didn't seem too eager to help. Very professional and Adam really knows all about his trade he first replaced my back window on my truck and told me the whole back story as to why it happened and replaced it for half of what the other competitors wanted and the quality is unmatched. Also went there for my 3rd brakelight leaking and again he knew why it happened I would strongly recommend Adam and Northeast you won't regret it and it's well worth the drive even if you don't live right around the corner...Thanks Adam!!

I usually don't give internet reviews but i had to for Northeast Auto Glass. The gentlemen that i dealt with through getting the windshield on my truck replaced were great. They were very professional. And they showed on time ! Ben did a fantastic job installing my windshield the work he did was very clean and professional. I am super picky about the work that i pay for and these guys couldn't have been better i will definitely use Northeast again and highly recommend them ! Thank you gentlemen !

Great place to get your windshield replaced! Shopped around and called around 4 or 5 diff places and this place was the Cheapest by a good amount. For my basic windshield they said 200$ and would even come to me for no additional charge. I said no need I'll swing by let's make an appointment. So I did....well i ended up being late that morning so I called and let them know. They were very considerate and told me to just come down. So I went down and bing bam boom.....paid and went on my way! Great service !

Some companies and their people you ONLY get to know when you have an unfortunate issue. Northeast Auto Glass is one of those companies. Adam and Northeast assisted me with two separate auto glass issues that happened years apart. The second was as pleasant as the first and even more. Besides his quote which I was very happy with, Adam went out of his way to help me with my last issue of a rear window that required special attention because of the car make/model and roof option. I can't thank him enough, except to let him know that is he ever needs a recommendation, do not hesitate to contact me!!

Had my windshield replaced recently. The insurance company told Northeast Auto Glass the wrong information and they said, “No problem! It happens all the time.” Within 10 minutes they had the right windshield from their warehouse and installed it. Adam went above and beyond to help me with another issue I was having with my passanger side mirror, while we were waiting on the right glass to come in. They also exceeded my expectations, even though they came highly recommended from my friend at KAR Repair & Service on E. Northampton St in W/B. If I could give NE Auto Glass 6 stars, I would!
