Windscreen replaced on my 2010 Forester with heated front glass. I was the first appointment on Saturday I got there on time at 8 was out by quarter after 9. He did a real nice job, they covered everything inside the vehicle and the price was 205 out the door. I look up the manufacturer of the glass and more than likely, the original equipment glass in your car is manufactured by them with just the auto manufacturers information on it. Glass is manufactured in the USA in multiple locations.

I am not sure why anyone would give them anything less than a 5. From the customer service received when calling about a quote to the actual installation, they were awesome. They even removed the broken glass that was in the seatbelt connector. If ever anyone needed a recommendation, these are your people.

C-Auto glass was quick to finish the job of replacing my windshield , and they even put in an extra piece that I brought in to fix a leak in my car. The easiest way to put the extra part in was when the windshield was off. They had no problem helping me and when all was said and done they were better value than Safe Lite. Would recommend and will return should we need another windshield.

Quick service and extremely professional. I had a windshield installed by another company and was getting a wind noise. I took it back to the same company and they said there was nothing they could do. I then decided to get a 2nd opinion from C-auto glass. They were confident that they could re-set the windshield properly and stop the wind noise. I had an appointment to get the work done the next day. The work was done quick and my windshield now has a far better seal with no wind noise! I highly recommend C-Auto Glass!

Friendly staff, and they do a great job. Took my wife's car in for a windshield replacement and it took an hour like they said plus/ minus minutes. The price beat other companies near by and I believe we got the best deal. I've would've given 5 star, but I believe there is more that could been done. The outside windshield border could use some type of rubber sealant but its bear. I'm sure they seal good from inside but, I feel it would been better weather protection. Now I would probably have to add it myself.

Best auto glass replacement shop in Cleveland. Their prices were incredibly affordable and fair, and my final price was exactly the same as the first quote I received on the phone. On the day of, I had a schedule change requiring me to work from the office instead of at home; they were able to accommodate my last-minute location switch with no problem. The gentleman who replaced my windshield was extremely polite and did an excellent job. Highly recommend using C-Auto Glass for your windshield replacement and other auto glass needs!

I checked around at several other glass places and e-mailed them to get a quote. Their price was better and the quality of their work was great. It was worth the drive to get the work done, and they pointed out some issues to keep in mind and had a nearby body shop they recommended. Will recommend to others

Very affordable and convenient :) After reading the reviews about C-Auto Glass I was a bit spectacle but I applied for an online quote anyways. I needed my front passenger window replaced, and the price was about 100$ cheaper than any other place so I gave them a call and booked an appointment. They came out to my house, installed the window, and left! No hassle, and no trouble at all I'm so glad I followed my gut and had them do it, it saved me a bunch! The only thing is they cant give you a set time, you call, ask them to come out, and they'll give you a day, but no time (you kinda just have to sit and wait.) Still an amazing service though they did a great job.

This my first time doing business with this establishment after I was referred from the dealer where I bought my Jeep a year ago. Had to get one of my passenger windows replaced after some thugs decided to bust it out. From the initial phone call speaking with John; who listened to my concerns, answer all my questions and scheduled a time that was convenient for me. To the day that, I went to actually get my window replaced both Janet(receptionist) and Justin(glass technician) who kept me updated even with the minor/smallest details. Both were very professional, great listeners with a high level professionalism. Hopefully, I will never have to do business with these folks again; if any one needs to get a car window repaired or fixed definitely go to C-Auto Glass!

If you need your windshield replaced, you need to call them. No need to price shop, call them 1st. They have a warehouse stocked with glass. They have the best prices in town. They do excellent work. They will come to you if you request it. Their team is always very courteous and professional.

The technician went beyond my expectations and shop vacced broken glass that remained in the car. We called on a Thursday. They told us they would be out Friday between 4pm-6pm. At 4:10pm, the man called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes later he arrived, swapped out the glass, cleaned up all the pieces of broken glass, took my payment and was out of my drive way before 5pm!!!! Cheapest price I could find was C-Auto Glass, hands down. I was very pleased with their service and their price. I will definitely go back to them for my other glass needs. Highly recommend!

Great experience. I was in dire need of getting the trim/seal around the rear window of my car repaired & I was directed to C-Auto Glass by Yano's Automotive in N Royalton. I gave them a call & a woman named Julie was very polite over the phone and advised me to come in to speak with one of their technicians to see if they could knock out the job that day. When I arrived, Bob & one of his team members in the shop were both very friendly & extremely helpful. The entire visit & repair took less than 30 minutes for the what I needed done. I would highly recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Came to them just to ask them a question about a scratch on my windshield on a new car and wanted to know whether it needed replacing or just filling, and they came to look at it right away. Cleaned the glass thoroughly as it was just some sap and not a scratch and assured me a pebble hit was previously repaired and shouldnt grow. They gave me a card and didnt charge me for anything, I dont know how else to thank them other than to leave a good review as they thoroughly deserve it. Extremely professional and very kind, Id recommend them to anyone.

These guys came out to my house and put a windshield in my cherokee in about an hour. Looks great, no leaks, and they even fixed my misaligned windshield wipers. I'm having them put one in the other jeep and do all my auto glass from now on.

The mobile service tech was great. He showed up in a timely manner and was professional in appearance. He did what seems like a good installation of my windshield but I was at work so I never seen the actual install. However!!! The appointment was set up through Montrose Kia in Sheffield (C-Auto Glass is who they use) and I was never informed of what brand of windshield was being installed, just the cost. The fitment is bad and the optics are horrible (wavy)! Be aware, C-Auto Glass installs CHEAP CHINESE made windshields!!! I only gave 3 stars due to the lack of information and the product they sell. That will change for better or worse depending on how well they deal with the situation. If you want a cheap replacement window for a beater, this is the place to go but be aware your new car dealership might use them.

I called around to about a dozen different places and C-Auto Glass came in with the cheapest price (by a lot compared to some). They came to my home (no charge) and replaced my windshield in less than 30 minutes. Decided to wait a while to write a review in case it leaked but it never did, no water and no hissing sounds from the replacement. A+ work, A+ service with a A+ price.
