Couldn't ask for better service! Stop by the shop and the guys were able to fix my remote start with in 10 minutes as I waited. Kudos to Glass Pros! An update to give I had a system put in some time ago and here recently the remote would not sync correctly and thanks to glass Pros they made good on everything I'm now a happy camper in a warm car!

I am giving them a low rating because of the items I purchased. I needed a car starter so I started with the Solace remotes (left side) and they were great for a while. The remote with the digital face is too sensitive and broke while in my drawer. To this day I am still not sure how but that mini drawer cannot fit anything heavy so I don't understand it. The other one with the grey buttons was replaced 2-3 times before I finally gave up on it. One day the remote refused to work and I couldn't get into my car. That remote lasted longer than the other one but still a lot of replacing and fixing. I finally moved on to a more simple one (right side, same brand) and hope this one will cause less problems. Otherwise the staff was great and they do try to get you in and out the door. So I appreciate the help.

I brought my vehicle in because it had been broken into overnight and the vandal broke my rear passenger window. I called right at opening and they got me in that day. They didn’t have the glass needed for my car, but went out and purchased it that day. At the appointment, they thoroughly cleaned up all the glass and got me in and out in about 15 minutes. Very thankful for the kind staff I interacted with and for the quick service they provided.

I had a rough day today - traveled across IA and took shelter from the golf ball size hail this AM, only to have a semi throw up a rock at my windshield. I was so worried it wouldn’t be able to be filled and would need a full replacement. I called Omaha Glass Pro as I pulled into Omaha. They were super nice over the phone and even nicer when I got there in person. After a long day of driving it was so nice that they got me in and out, took care of filling my chip, and just made my day! I definitely recommend them and will be back if another service is needed!

I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment for windshield chip repair and was told no. I asked how long it would take and they said approximately 30 minutes. Staff was extremely professional from start to finish. I was out in less than 20 minutes and I can no longer see the chip in my windshield. VERY quick, courteous, and cheap. You can't ask for a better place to get automotive glass work done! Work is very clean and looks amazing, and even if you had a problem they have a lifetime warranty on most of there work. These guys do tons of aftermarket work (starters, radios, tint, windshield replacement, repair, speakers, back up cameras, etc.) 5/5 the only place I trust to touch my windshield.

I found a crack in my driver's side window over the weekend. Monday at 10am I called them they said to bring it in. 45 minutes later they called and said it was done and they tinted the window to match the rest of the car. The price was reasonable. After taking the car in for the third time, the problem is finally resolved. The owner, Bob, called me personally to apologize. Which I appreciate. They took good care of me, and I believe Bob cares about his customers. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the initial lack of honesty from one of the technicians.

Great prices, usually very quick. I had a rock chip fixed and a windshield replaced. Actually twice. The first windshield had a bunch of scratches right in my line of sight. They took a quick look at it and made it right as quickly as they could. Can't ask for much more than that.

If you're looking for a windshield replacement, look no further! My Mercedes-Benz windshield was replaced with OEM parts for a small fraction of the dealership price! I called in advance and they had the proper windshield ready for installation at their store within hours. Once I got there, their professional staff finished installing under an hour. Great prices, amazing service, minimal wait time, and astonishing quality work! What more could you ask for? And if you're wondering, they offer lifetime warranty on all their work!

Always use these guys for a rock chip repair. Car was looked at in about two minutes after arrival. No one notified me that the repair was done which was unusual. Maybe they didn’t have time as I was sitting outside ( thanks for putting chairs outside) and looked up from my phone and my car was back. I can still see the chip in the window which is disappointing, that has never happened before.

Over all I am pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, the price was great. The only thing I would change is I wish they would have done a bit better job vacuuming the broken glass out of my car. They got the majority of it, but missed the cupholder and around the emergency brake. Not a huge issue as I can vacuum those areas myself. Like I said, over all, I'm pleased with the service and I would recommend them to others.

Update: called to speak with the owner per request. Twice. Second time scheduled a time to get my issue looked at. Will update again. Update 2: told the lady at the counter of my grievances, handed over my keys and was directed to the waiting room. Noticed a tech (I assume) walk out to my truck and look around, I perceived confusion in his posture so I went out to voice my grievances for the fourth time to this company, tech said he'd get it all fixed. Re-re-repair concluded, not overjoyed, but no longer disgruntled, changed from 1 to 3 stars, will likely not return. I took my truck in to have the windshield replaced, they did so. But, someone got a little sloppy with the new urethane seal around my window allowing a gob to flow into the cabin. When I took my truck back to notify them of the further repair I would have to do, they offered to fix it, and did so by covering it with a piece of trim which was broken before the repair and still needs replaced. While probably functional at this time I evaluate their work as "shoddy"

I got there just before 8 a.m. Thursday morning. They finished replacing my 2011 Subaru Legacy windshield shortly after 9 a.m. The price is very reasonable. Chose to hang out in the waiting room 5 extra minutes so I can finish watching Ons Jabeur beat Tatjana Maria 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 on grass court at Wimbledon Semifinal on ESPN. While driving my 6 month-old baby to daycare in 9 degree weather, a rock chipped my windshield on the highway. USAA wanted $250 deductible to even start my claim. #Omahaglasspro in L St, Omaha only charges $19 if they can repair. Made it to the shop and realized...I LEFT MY WALLET AT HOME!!!!! I asked the repair guy if I could pay him with ApplePay or PayPal. He said don’t worry about it. There are always angels surrounding sleep deprived/sick mommas. Thank you and God Bless you. Not only did they have the new one installed within 3 hours of dropping it off! They also offered extremely fantastic customer service that was really comforting in the moment. I've needed a windshield replacement for about a year. I finally decided to get it replaced today. I called Omaha Glass Pro for a quote today, and they quoted $100 less than the nationally branded windshield company. They offered me an appointment for 11 AM the same day, quoting 1.5 - 2 hours for the installation time. I went ahead and booked the appointment, arriving at my appointment time to wait for the work to be complete. The place was buzzing with activity, and it was difficult to find a place to park. However, to my pleasant surprise, they were done in a half hour while I waited! Between the price, the timely appointment time, and the quick completion, I cannot give enough praise to this shop. It's great to see outstanding customer service still holds true in some places of business. Great job Omaha Glass Pro!

Because Omaha Glass Pro had done a fine job tinting the windows on my car, I called to see about a remote starter for my wife's car. I was told, "We have a 1:00 PM appointment today, and it'll take 2-3 hours." After dropping off the car just after 12:30 PM and leaving, I came back at 3:30 PM to find the car still sitting outside untouched. The office staff had no clue why it wasn't done. They told me, "We're really busy, but we'll get at it as soon as we can." I made it clear that I wasn't willing to hang around until 5:00 or 6:00 PM, but they assured me that my car would be next in line and that it'd only take about 45 minutes to finish it. So I stayed. TWO HOURS LATER, they finally got the car done, and I was able to pay and go home. I'm not unhappy with the remote starter, or the price. But I'm very unhappy about being told I had an appointment, when in reality I didn't - then (almost 3 hours later) being told it'd take another 45 minutes, and having it take 2 more hours.

Really impressed with these guys -- not because everything was perfect the first time, but because of how they responded when things didn't go so perfect the first time. 1. I took my Jeep in for a windshield replacement and told it'd be 1.5-2hrs. After about 20 minutes, they came out and said there was a mistake with model of windshield they thought I needed. They explained the issue, took responsibility and went across town to get the correct model. I was still out of there with my new windshield in under 2 hours. 2. Then, a couple days after that installation, I noticed a defect on the new windshield. I called them, they took responsibility and setup a new appointment so that it could be replaced. They told me to come in whenever was convenient and ensured they would have the correct model and replace it at no additional cost. It took maybe an hour. Everyone makes mistakes, but not all people accept responsibility and make it right. I'd trust these guys again because of the integrity they showed.

Over the weekend my windshield somehow cracked almost all the way across. I submitted a request for a quote online on Sunday late afternoon, 1st thing Monday morning I got a reply and a very fair quote so I scheduled an appointment for 8am next day. Went in and found out that my Jeep is an 08 and not an 07 (a little embarrassing) but super lucked out because they happened to have an 08 windshield in the shop! Everybody there was very courteous. I awoke this morning to sleet and freezing temperatures only to find my Vehicle had been broken into/vandalized. Both passenger side windows were busted out. I quickly contacted my insurance company who did a terrible job referring me to body shops who couldn't get me today. Bear in mind its sleeting and snowing into my vehicle all the while. I did a search and remembered hearing positive things about Omaha glass. I called and was immediately greeted with a kind and helpful lady at 7:30am who quickly quoted me a great price and told me to come on down to warm up and have some coffee while they pulled my truck in away from the elements. They were very competitive on price compared to the other places I called and did the work quickly. I flew out to Salt Lake City earlier in the week drove a BMW 328i with a 6-speed manual transmission I bought back to Omaha. I made it all the way from Utah to just west of North Platte before a truck flung a boulder into the passing lane of eastbound I-80 that left a high velocity impact crater in my windshield. It was a perfectly symmetric star-shaped rock chip with a couple of runners off of it that appeared to be about 1/2" long. I wanted to get it fixed as quickly as possible to give the windshield a chance at survival. I brought the car in just after 4 today, they had it repaired and I was back on the road before 4:30, which I thought was a feat in itself since it took me about 20 minutes just to get the car in reverse when I was trying to leave the car dealership in Salt Lake. Once it was fixed, the fill revealed a couple of runners were longer than 1/2" long, so there is a chance the freeze/thaw of winter might overpower the repair and the windshield might crack, but considering the cost of a repair to a new windshield, it is worth a try. The repair was everything that can be asked for. It was well done on a challenging chip. In summary, they were more familiar with how to drive the car than I was, took good care of it and did great work, so if it ever does need a new windshield or I pick up another chip sometime, the car will definitely come back to these guys.

Two weeks into purchasing my new car, my windshield got chipped on the highway. After being notified my warranty did not cover it (you can only guess my reaction), I called up Omaha Glass Pro and received a quote. They told me I can come any day Monday-Friday and they would fix it as long as I came by 4:30. Well, I got there at 4:28 and all of the gentlemen there were so professional and friendly...they looked at my windshield and informed me of my repair possibilities. I called Bob @ Omaha Glass Pro this morning in a PANIC! After having my rear windshield tinted by another company yesterday my car had HUGE electrical issues. I was freaking out and wanted the tint removed immediately! Bob got me in as soon as I walked in the door. He and his staff spent more than an hour troubleshooting the issue. Keep in mind, the issues were my key fob not working and my radio was staying on all the time, even after turning off the vehicle. I was worried it was the tint installed by the other company that was interfering with my antenna. They found the issue, a corroded line in my trunk for my radio. The waiting room was clean. There was a small piece of trim under the glove box that came loose during install, but when I pointed it out, they immediately remedied it. So as with anytime you have service done on a vehicle, look it over before you leave the shop to save yourself time. Would definitely recommend to friends, and use again if necessity arose.

Just took my car in for the second time in two years. In 2014, I got all of my windows tinted in a hatchback VW, and got some subs installed. It was great. I had to sell the subs since, but he connections are still there if I ever want to get more subs. The tint was coming off of my driver window (apparently I'd opened it too early originally?), and they generously comped the window and I only have to pay for the sun visor strip I asked them to install. So overall, I've had a great experience and they've taken great care of me at Omaha Glass Pros!

I had a car repair with Christian Brothers and asked if they did windshield replacement. One issue is on a brand new F150 with less than 400 miles, I expect a more professional job on my truck. The driver side outer weatherstrip was hit by the razor blade in 3 spots. Be aware of this before you leave here and check for this. 5/18/2016 Owner and tint installer worked with me on my issue and everything was taken care of.They are very good at listening to any problems that you have. Price is fair and they replaced the windshield very quickly. However the windshield was covered in handprints and dirt along with the inside of my car where they must have stood to mount the glass. The main issue though was the urethane sealant that was splattered all over the drivers side of the glass. They asked me to bring it back to fix, which I did but they only removed about half of it. If it weren't for that then it would have easily been 5 stars.

My windshield was pretty cracked up when i drove in, but the staff was very quick to get my car in the garage and replace it. The AC in their waiting room was refreshing as was the coffee and the cable TV. I especially enjoyed the free WIFI available. When I was on the phone, the man quoted me a price of $30 to replace the fitting, which was disintegrated at the time I had the windshield replaced. When I fould out it was $38, the man told me he would give me the quoted $30 price, saying he was a 'Man of his word'. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs a windshield repaired or replaced. Not only is the wait time short at an hour, but the staff is friendly and attentive.

[Update] They have fixed the problem with the remote starter by offering me with a new replacement system with better range and I am highly satisfied with their prompt service and mainly, standing behind their services/warranty. This place is for sure all about customer satisfaction and quality service. Recommended!! [Installed a crimestopper remote starter 2way for my wife’s car from this place. The sales guy insisted me to get 2 way system for extended range to 3000 ft/ half a mile compared to a 1 way system. Recently she’s been having issues at her new workplace to start the car / dead signal from her work place front door to her car at the parking lot, which is about 400 ft. After hearing the problem with the system i tested it in an open parking lot and could not get any signal or start the car after 400 ft or so. The signal was just a hit and miss around that distance. Already took it back once to see if they can fix it, but still having the same issue. Not really happy with this system at the moment.

I made an appointment to get the windshield in my Chevy truck by exchanging emails with Mr. Dixon. My wife and I showed up about 5 minutes prior to our 10:30 appointment. The outside of the building is well kept and looked like a good place to do business. Upon entering OGP we were greeted by a gentlemen at the front desk. I dont remember his name but he was very professional and very respectful. He took my name and my keys and out the door he went to pull it around to the shop. Since my wife and I didnt have another vehicle and dont live in omaha we stuck around until the windshield was installed. I continued to be impressed by the manners of the workers of this business. Always greeted with a sir or ma'am, its nice to see that kind of respect from workers. Our stay at OGP was right at an hour and a half. I thought the pricing for a new windshield installed was super reasonable and with their quality of work and customer service I will gladly be back. This is a very busy place but they treat each customer like they are the most important and get things done very quickly. Thank you to all of those who made our experience a good one.

We got an S1P remote starter that is supposed to have like a half mile range. I park about a block from work and even though I can see my car it will not start from the 4th floor of my building. I have to be within about 100 feet at the most, and even less if the car is facing the other way. If you want to warm up your car in the driveway this is OK but if you want any sort of range do NOT buy this remote. No problem with the installation process which is why I'm giving 3 stars, but they way oversold this remote starter.

My wife had lost a dear friend and I wanted to do something nice for her - including fixing her rear view mirror that had fallen off. I had tried to fix it myself and brilliantly glued the metal button on backwards last week. I just had her car for the afternoon, looked in the Yellow Pages and started calling windshield repair companies. The first was too busy. I called Omaha GlasPro, and they confidently told me that was a small risk to the windshield but they thought the could fix it and get me in and out quickly. When I got there they were very busy - Daniel Luichinger was extremely efficient in handling multiple customers. In the midst of a lot going on, they were true to their word. They really helped me out and then would not accept payment! They made my day on a very difficult day.

The back window to my silverado was shot out with a bb gun on early Saturday morning 1/3/15. After looking at the news and realizing it was going to snow Saturday evening, I began calling glass shops for a quick repair. The two that were open on Saturday were safelite and glass pro. safelite quoted me at $360 for the rear window and couldn't get me in until Wednesday unless i drove to Lincoln. Glasspro quoted me at $250 and told me to bring it in. so, it was 1345 on Saturday and glasspro closes at 1400. i pull in to the lot and they immediately pull my truck in and start removing what's left of the damaged window. i simply inquired about getting tint and they offered to tint my two front windows to the darkness of my code for $69. Suprisingly, they did this whole installing the rear window and didn't make me make another appt even though it was now well past their closing time. at about 1445, my back window was is and windows were tinted. total after tax was $346 with the tint and window installation, $14 less than safelite for just the rest window. PLUS glasspro let me come in and got the job done properly AFTER their close time. i was impressed with their guest service and quality work. I learned they do WAY more than just glass at what seems to be very reasonable prices. These guys definitely earned a loyal customer here. Thanks guys.
