*EDITED REVIEW* We reached out to the email provided and they took care of everything! Redid the windshield and it looks SO much better. They also fixed the speaker. Thank you for reaching out and fixing up the sloppiness. I just wish it was done correctly the first time.. **Sloppy Rear Windshield Work** WOW. I cannot believe this place!!!! My little sister took her car in and she came back with a BLOWN SPEAKER and a mess in her car (photo with the glass was after she had already cleaned up). What kind of professionalism is that? It’s not just some generic sound system either it’s a Bose sound system. I’m shocked. She said she spoke to the guy about it and he said it’s not their fault??? Sir. This speaker was fully functional when she drove the vehicle in, so tell me again how it is not your fault? Went in for a replacement rear window and it’s not even correctly placed!! When you turn, you can hear the glass shift. Poorly sealed and the work looks so sloppy. To top it all off.. they left glass pieces inside the car and black hand prints on the beige interior.. such a disappointing experience.

I can’t even begin to describe what a great experience I had with Auto Glass Now. Jeromy Rains, the manager, went above and beyond in finding a very difficult piece of glass for me. Their quote system was a breeze. Their pricing was at least a couple hundred dollars less than the price I was quoted by Safelite. The staff was incredibly friendly and they even got back to me on a holiday to discuss my repair. I would highly, highly recommend this business. Amazingly quick service: called the day before they closed, they had the windshield ready the next morning for installation. Waited there and it was done in 1 to 2 hours. Went there three times now. Excellent service and craftsmanship each time.

Called these guys ten minutes after getting rock chip in windshield during some real cold temps. Got me in an hour later and back on the road an hour after that with zero charge due to a promo they were running. You can not beat their service at all. Will recommend and use again when needed.

They were quick to look at the chip in the glass and determine if it was fixable. They then got right to the repair job. I waited maybe 30 minutes before they were done. Great job. This is a second repair that I have had them do on my cars. Will continue to use them in the future for anymore glass repairs.

These people are a class act! Very warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable since we’re traveling. They gave our dogs water and pets, put on PBS kids without us even asking, and even shared their donuts with our kids. They constantly kept us updated. When they found out the door had been improperly manufactured they ensured the new window glass was secured and got us setup for a follow up at our final destination in Illinois. Considering how a broken window is a huge setback on a road trip North in 20 degree weather, this team helped make it all alright. 10/10 would use again.

Got my windshield replaced and had a good experience with the shop and the staff. Took only 1hr to fully complete the install and was done very nicely also thankful that I didn’t need to calibrate my vehicle for the lane departure afterwards saved me 250$ got lucky

They provided excellent price, service, and product. The only drawback I saw was they do not currently have equipment to recalibrate software on newer vehicles. Fortunately my vehicle was older. I hope they can update their equipment soon.

My window was repaired within an hour ! Only thing I’d like to add is that there’s not much communication between the business and client. I wasn’t told what time to arrive- I had to call and ask plus verify that the window had arrived. But overall I’d recommend!

I have seen bad reviews for this location and I always wonder why. I fix up cars and sell them as a hobby. Over the last three years I have had five windshields replaced at this location. They have always done a great job on each one and they are the lowest price in town. As long as they keep their quality high and their prices low I will be back again and again. I had to buy the motor on my own and after they charged me to put it in, they said "If anything goes wrong it's because of the motor." That's when I knew I probably took my car to the wrong place. I didn't use the window for a while because it was cold. When I did, the window malfunctioned...rolls up then down a bit because a sensor is off. A sensor that worked before. It seems likely something may not have been reset correctly. The windows in the 350z will do this because otherwise, when all the way up, the window might shatter if it's shut hard. Then I need a new one, but I'll go somewhere else to be sure. This function on these 350z’s probably isn’t even necessary. Very few vehicles have this function. I'd think they were aware of this, but who knows? Anyway, they want another $150. to get back into the door, even it they find out that the problem I'm having now was due to something they did or didn't do. I'll give 3 stars because it's possible a sensor went bad or something else did after the installation of the motor.

I stopped in because I had a small crack in the windshield of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Teresa had one of the techs check it out in the spot. He said they could fix it and less than 30 minutes later I was on my way. $65 and I don't have to worry about the crack growing any larger. Great experience!!!

Called around 10:30am and they were able to get us right in on a Saturday. Called us back around 12:45 and said the car was ready! (Did not expect it, since they were so busy!) Had a quick briefing of things to not do over the next few days as well as things to watch out for and to call them about any questions! My husband and I were on vacation traveling from North Dakota. While at the hotel we stopped at in Coucil Bluffs we had our window smashed in and some belongings stolen. We called Auto Glass Now and they had a window for us. They talked to our insurance and got everything squared away. About 2 hours later from the initial phone call we were driving away with a brand new side passenger window. They even vacuumed up the whole car and all the glass. There is a small scratch in the window but everything else was perfect. They were very friendly , fast, and helpful!!

I put in online for a quote last night. I assumed I wouldn't hear anything till the weekend was over. I received and actual phone call instead of some automated response online. I was told that I could be in and out quickly, just get there at 9. I ended up being 10 minutes late. All bays were full. I knew that in fact was my fault, I was not on time and time is money. Regardless of my mistake, they got my vehicle in immediately and then had it finished in under an hour. I mean, I was quoted for roughly 2. That was absolutely acceptable for me but under an hour??!! Totally impressed. With service, with quality and all around staff friendliness/professionalism. Just...2 giant thumbs up

I came in on a Friday after around 5:30p without an appointment. They not only took my car in to fix right away, but gave me a comped repair because they had already closed their registers for the business day. Regarding the quality of work - My windshield had a chip/crack and was starting to spread, so I was prepared for an expert to say it was too late and I had to buy a new windshield. They took extra time to fix the main chip and fix the glass where it spread to stop it from getting worse. It is holding up great and looks like the chip never happened to begin with. I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service of Auto Glass Now and will definitely be referring my friends to go here if they ever have auto glass issues!

I highly recommend AutoGlass Now. They delivered exactly as promised - good installation work and at a significantly lower price than their competition. They are a no-frills operation - no appointments (first come, first served), no van to 'come to you' and install at your home or business, no fancy waiting room with wi-fi or other amenities, etc. However, that goes right to the price - They are 50% off (or more) than the competition. I was very pleased to discover at the end of the installation that they even did the work for less than their original quote! How often does that happen these days? The manager of the location and his staff were friendly, efficient, and got the job done. Do show up early if you plan to wait, however - the line forms well before 8am!

I waited while my windshield was being replaced which took a little over an hour, which isn't bad. I got back into my truck and my dash was cleaned off so that was a nice touch.

My wife and I "convoyed" our cars from Colorado to Omaha on a military move a couple weeks ago, and as luck would have the car I was driving took a rock to the windshield 5 miles from our stop in Kearney. You guys were fortunately open when I called to set up an appointment. What you originally told us was going to be a 90 minute wait turned into, may 25 minutes, so we sat and waited. All the long, you assured us that everything was good to go, and our insurance covered it. I'll definitely consider you if (hopefully never) we have to get something done again.

I called several different places before I was able to get the best deal...just like you can imagine Auto Glass Now had THE BEST DEAL to replace my windshield for my Toyota Camry. I was skeptical at the beginning you know what they said if it is too good to be true...this was not the case here and actually a very nice service attendant named Jose provided outstanding customer service and made sure my car was done within my lunch break...EVERYTHING simply exceeded my expectations!!! They said they do provide military discounts, but since they already printed up the receipt that they could not apply it to our bill. Would not go back due to poor customer service and crap attitude receptionist. The mechanics there are good though.

This was the 1st place I called to get quotes on my windshield replacement for my 2012 Camry. I read reviews first and take them for what they are. Some bad most good. I spoke to Jose (sorry if i spelled it incorrectly) and I felt his customer service was very good. Answered my questions and was able to get me in at my convenience quickly. I called 2 other vendors and their prices weren't close. Called Jose back and scheduled appointment. Got in the next morning and my car was ready to go in hours. Since It was just repaired and it hasn't rained I can't say anything about leaks but for now the service was excellent, the price was great and the customer service fantastic. If for some reason I have issues i'll repost something but if not then I highly suggest using this vendor.

My wife and I were passing through Iowa towards California when we got a rock chip in our car’s windshield. I searched for nearest autoglass shop and their name came up. The lady on the phone told me they would help me out and she kept her word! We were in and out in 15 mins with chip almost not noticable. Since I live thousands of miles away so won’t be able to go back but I would highly recommend this shop. Great staff and great service!

Services as great! My only issue was with the lights in the waiting room. They were fluorescent lights that all needed to be changed and we all flickering. I suffer from vertigo and motion sickness and because of the lights ended up getting very sick. When myself and another customer complained the 2 people working in the office stated the lights had been like that for a very long time. Understand people with medical conditions cannot sit in an environment with flickering lights and when it's 100 degrees outside sitting outside for 2 hours is not reasonable. Please consider fixing your lights !

They vacuumed all the glass out got me a window and matched the tint on it for me for an amazing price on the spot I had no wait they actually waited on me. I took my bmw z4 for a new windsheild and got more than I could ask for. In addition to my windsheild they restored the cowling the goes under my windsheild. The part alone is anywhere from $250 to $400 and they charged $50 to restore the one I already had. I'm grateful to find an auto business as trustworthy and customer orientated as they are. The customer service is amazing, and they will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle and experience is as great as it should be. 5 out 5 stars, would recommend to everyone I know for their auto glass needs.

My windshield developed crack after a rock hit from a truck on I-80. The crack become lengthier day by day. I had finished option than to change my windshield. I should leave Omaha in 2 days. I tried multiple locations, and everyone quoted either 200 or more. Except this location where the job was done for 175. CHEAPEST in Omaha. They made me a quick appointment and the work was done in an hour or so. This happened before 2 months and I'm still happy about choosing Autoglassnow. 5/5. Recommended. You can ask quote to any dealer in Omaha. On the end you'll choose Autoglassnow. It can be due to their cost or service or anything about them. Thank you Autoglassnow.

Great price quality work. Totally happy with my experience. They use PGW glass which is of great quality. Not cheap poor fitting aftermarket glass products. PGW has moved production to China but they still retain the quality standards.
