The day for my deposit the lady at the front desk was being not polite &’ asking me questions aggressively in a rush when there was no one else in line. She kept asking me “what” “what” in a attitude. If she’s not happy with her job she shouldn’t be hired there or she need to be nice

I’ve come here to tint 3 cars over the years and had been happy with them. But this last time… I JUST purchased my car a week ago and don’t go anywhere but work. Was off for 2days and decided to tint the windows. I got my car back and it was timely and affordable… but now I have this weird residue and huge scratches on my trunk. I called the lady said she’d look at the video and call me back and nothing happened. I may contact a lawyer.

A little over a month ago I called over a dozen other windshield replacement companies in Oklahoma City and every single one of them quoted me over $325 to replace my windshield. Crazy!! Decided to take my 2014 Dodge Charger here to have the windshield replaced, they charged me less than $200 and were done in less than 40 minutes. Before they were finished I threw a curveball and asked to have the front and back door windows tinted also, that took a couple of more hours to get that finished, but that was my fault since I waited until the middle of service to add that on, so I can't blame them for that. They definitely have my business from now on.....They did a great job and my car looks bad@$$....

Great customer service the only reason is not a 5 is because there's still very little air bubbles in my front driver side and yes I waited 3 days like they said to do I think even longer

I will say the price is always right with these guys. They used to impress me with time but this last time it took a few hours to replace a window. Witch is fine except y’all tracked stuff and got my carpets dirty. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere to tint the Lincoln.

Pathetic Cum dump

Took my car in to have the windshield replaced and a brow put on. They were quick and friendly. On the way home I noticed their glue/sealant was all over the trim panels, seats, center console, and my head which two days before I had redone. I called and they said to bring it in, the cleaned up the headliner as I already had cleaned up the rest of the interior. The brown had a cut in it as well bubbles. I was just going to let that go, but then the windshield started leaking again on my headliner. Took it back in they squirted some more glue/sealant on the inside, up under the headliner and replaced the brow. I don’t particularly care for their must have a receipt policy to determine if theirs a warranty. I was there not even a week ago talked to the same person. But I did and do always keep my receipts. I am need of a new windshield on my 2nd car but I’m thinking I’ll pay the extra $20 and get a lifetime warranty with mobile service and without all the running back and forth for repairs and “do you have your receipt”. I mean they have book keepers or they should. No matter it’s supposedly fixed for now.

I used Primos before and they came out to my house and only charge $100 to replace the front windshield, which was awhile back. I have another car that has a crack in the windshield and for god sake can't remember the name, so I called a few places and the price was astronomical. So, went through Google Maps to search the name that I could not remember and there it was Primos the Mexican name I was looking for. The price was on mark, $150 total to replace and will only take an hour. Excellent, I said and told them I will be up there on Monday. There is no other place to go for the price and service. When you find Primos, no sense to search anymore on the web for another place, cause your just burning time.
