My brother and I was in town from out of state and while at our hotel my truck was broken into and window smashed. I searched Google and Penn glass was the first option...and for good reason! I spoke with Shannon and explained our situation. He told me if I would drop my truck off he would get us taken care of. In less than 3 hours they had the window ordered and in,, replaced, glass cleaned up from the busted window and back on the road! I can not say enough how thankful we are for them taking care of so fast, and their friendly customer service! Thank you Shannon and team, you guys are outstanding!! They also took it a step further and referred us to Elite Tint which is about 4 blocks from their shop so we could get it tinted before we left town as well. We spoke to Mike, exact same results. The best friendly and accommodating customer service and excellent quality of work! If you need auto repair or tint, do not hesitate to call these two companies! Best in the business!

This place was absolutely awesome. I was in shock by the service I was given. They stuck with the price they quoted me over the phone days prior (which was also the cheapest I could find in the city). The customer service was amazing. They bought me a coffee from the coffee shop next door while I waited and It was done in less then 45 minutes. I also had a missing windshield wiper that they replaced with no extra charge. This is how you run a business the right way!

I originally took my Subaru Outback to Brandon Taylor with Crack Attack in Edmond in hopes that the windshield could be repaired. After talking with Brandon I decided it would be best to replace the windshield. He recommended Penn Auto Glass in OKC. They were able to get my windshield replaced the next day. So I got my glass repaired about 3 years. Just came back to get 2 chips in my windshield fixed in my Red 2006 Toyota Tacoma Truck. They told me the 1st chip was free and the second would be $20. So they got it done in about less than 25 min and they said I was good to go. Didn’t even have to pay the $20 for the 2nd chip in my windshield. These guys are excellent. I will continue to do business with them in the future. These guys know how to treat their customers.

What can I say except Penn Auto Glass is Awesome!!! They replaced the windshield on my grandparents 2015 Cadillac and also did the recalibration of their lane departure warning system. After inspecting the install I could tell that it was done by true professionals!! They talked us through the whole process and had it done in just a few hours!! Quality material and workmanship and no damage to my vehicle. It sounds and looks better than when I bought the vehicle which it's brand new. Like others have said what he quoted is what I got. After returning home from Christmas to a busted driver’s window I was on the search for a repair company. After getting a quote of $300 from satellite I called Penn Auto Glass and spoke with Shannon. He gave me a quote of $193 and a next day appointment. He was patient with my lack of knowledge about what I really needed and what my schedule would allow. He told me he could get me in at 8 am and it would take an hour. I was there at 8 and they had me out of their shop an hour later and I didn’t pay a penny more than what he quoted. He also offered to pay for a coffee at a nearby coffee shop for those of us waiting. Definitely 5 star service and 5 star work.

I was in OKC for a funeral and my truck was broken in to, breaking the passenger front window. On Monday morning I arrived at Penn glass at 0810 and explained I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me and really needed to get home. Shannon checked the clock and their warehouse and told me he figured they could get me out of there by 1100. I drove off with the new window installed at 1000. WOW is all I can say. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. And the price was extremely reasonable. If I am in that position again, or anyone I know, I wouldn't hesitate a second to point toward Penn Auto Glass....Thanks again!

I had been driving around with a crack that went the entire length of my front windshield for almost a year. They got me in quickly and taken care of. Price was competitive to other shops around that we also called. However, none of them, not the boss or staff, NONE of them were wearing masks. Front desk/waiting area is very small with your chairs right beside the front desk. They are on a corner of a main street without a parking lot. No signs or anyone to help direct you on how to park. Again they did a good job but definitely wasn’t the safest place I’ve been during covid.

Excellent customer service. I needed a new window for my truck, but I couldn't come during the week so they set an appointment for me on a Saturday morning. Everyone I had interactions with were phenomenal; from the woman who set up to the appointment to the man who replaced the glass. The prices are outstanding as well. Very impressed and pleased with their service. It froze last night and instead of waiting for my window to thaw I tried rolling it down and it fell off the track/broke the clip and my window wouldn’t stay up. It fell into the door and it is 17 degrees outside. I called 5 other places and none of them wanted to mess with it. Wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Rhonda answered on the first ring and was as friendly as can be and the very next day had my window fixed. If I could write 10 stars I would. Very professional and friendly staff. Shannon and the crew at Penn Glass did a great job on replacing my cracked windshield on my 2016 Ford F150 truck. Took only about an hour. Also, the windshield comes with a lifetime warranty if it leaks or is cracked from the install. It comes with a one time, free chip repair.

Truly unbelievable service, I have posted a "For Real" Five Star rating. Sat. had a glass breaking issue on a new Sonata, and expecting rain and storms Mon. - Wed. Sent PAG a text message and call first thing Mon. morning @ 8:00am. Spoke with Rhonda and she said come on over. Got there a short while later, and BEFORE NOON car was fixed! Could not believe it. Not sure they can always be so incredibly fast, but Rhonda said they had the glass in stock in their warehouse, and should be able to get it that day. Rhonda actually called a little after 11:20 to say all done. PLUS, they charged a VERY fair competitive price. Could not be happier.

I drive a 2006 Honda CRV. Driving home down I-35 I began to hear a flapping, banging noise on my roof. Pulled over and it was the weather stripping that goes across the top of my vehicle's windshield. I had NO IDEA what to do. Fortunately, on the way home, I glanced to my right and saw "Penn Auto Glass" and pulled in. They were "no problem!, we can glue that back down for you while you wait!". I waited and chatted with the friendly front office people and in no time, a piece of flopping rubber was good as new. That was over a month ago and it's still stuck on TIGHT. I'm going back for their "headlamp refurbishing!!" Can't wait to see how that turns out. My problem was minor and not "broken windshield" related, but I highly recommend. One of those "out of the way" places you're just lucky to find!
