I had to get a new windshield for my Infiniti Q56. I didn't know it but it had some sensors and plug-ins in the windshield. Opti-kleer knew exactly what to do when Safelite Auto had no clue. I'm glad I went with the local guy in Edmond. The windshield look great and he also has another service which cleans up fog looking headlights. Mine were really bad you couldn't even tell what was on the inside of the headlights. He bought them out any put all these coats of clear stuff on it and they look brand new. I can't believe it and it was only like 130 bucks. Well worth the investment and I didn't have to buy a new headlights.

Great experience! I had to wait with my two children (both under 3). They had coffee, tea, and water. We were offered the tv remote for the kids. The bathroom was clean and there was a toy for our children to play with. Overall it took about an hour and a half. Very satisfied.

Best auto glass shop in Edmond, hands down. I needed a full windshield replacement after mine was shattered. Called around to all the nearby auto shops and they all had weeks-long waitlists, but here I was able to get an appointment within a few days. They got the new windshield installed in just a few hours, replaced my pikepass and the stickers I still needed, and cleaned up some bits of glass inside that I missed, all for a super reasonable price. Kenneth was extremely courteous and professional, even offered to pick me up and give me a ride to the shop when my car was ready. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I highly recommend Optic-Kleer for anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement.

I had to have my windshield replaced on my Hyundai Palisade due to a long crack. I found this place through google. It’s every bit of its 5 star reviews! Wonderful customer service, very professional, got me in within the week, answered all my questions, and replaced the windshield in a hour (initially told 2-3)! They made the process so smooth! Will definitely bring other vehicles if need be!

Fantastic experience! I had a chip in my windshield that suddenly began to spider and quickly turned into a large crack. They were able to get me in right away to replace my windshield. He explained the entire process to me and was adamant I return if I ever had any issues in the future. 6 months down the road and no issues at all! Great customer service and very professional!

I never write reviews but Optic Kleer deserves all 5 stars & highly recommend! Needed a rock chip repaired before arctic air arrived - Kenneth is super personable & was able to accommodate an appt the next day. To my surprise he found the chip to be one previously repaired by another company that had developed a bubble (so I thought it was new). His honesty was refreshing as he could have easily charged for a full repair & I never would have been the wiser! He was able to clear out the bubble & make sure it was safe to withstand the bitter cold. I was on my way in no time! Very comfortable waiting area, windshield looks amazing & beyond exceptional customer service! Have already recommended Optic Kleer to others & will definitely be contacting Kenneth for any of my future auto glass needs!

I contacted 6 different places Friday around 4pm. I saw Optic was closed on weekends and didn't expect a response. However Kenneth, the owner emailed that evening. That was the first thing I was WOW'd by. 2nd the was the lowest quote I received. 3rd he already had amazing Google reviews. I couldn’t be more pleased. The front windshield fit perfectly in my Toyota Corolla and it was clean and polished. I also brought a new Pikepass tag and asked Kenneth to go ahead and put on new window. Lastly, he did the job while I waited, made sure I was comfortable, and then told me if I ever had chips or cracks to get back in and he would fix. A perfect experience.

I requested a quote and appointment on a Thursday and Kenneth was able to get my car in the very next morning at HALF the price of what other windshield replacement/repair shops charge. He replaced my entire windshield in less than two hours and was kind enough to get rid of the build up on my car battery as well. ALSO he provides free rock chip repair on any windshield he replaces for as long as you own the car! It’s so rare to find someone who truly wants to give you the best, quality service while sparing your bank account. This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve had with any kind of car repair (hence the review!) and now I know EXACTLY who to call should I need any glass repair in the future.

I figured a replacement windshield was in the future. But when Kenneth White saw it he said it was totally repairable. Optic-Kleer is the best in the metro. Our windshield had a crack from a rock chip that expanded. We got a quote on the phone, which ended up being comparable to a couple other local places (hundreds less than someone like Safelite). We decided to use this shop because if your new windshield ever gets a rock chip, he said he'll fix the chip for free for the life of the windshield. We also fixed a rock chip on our other vehicle at the same time. Both vehicles were done in less than two hours. It was awesome and we are VERY happy with the results.
