Driver’s window was smashed during a break in. Ordered new glass online but a week later it had not arrived. I called this company, immediately talked to a live person (Rhonda, the “best car glass girl in OKC”). They had the glass in stock, an appointment available in the morning, and they were $25 cheaper than the National competitor. Done in an hour. I should have called them sooner.

Great service at a very affordable price. They were able to get my rear passenger's side window replaced almost imediately. Staff were friendly, helpful, and did a great job too. While I hope I never need to have a window replaced again, I will certainly use them if I ever find myself in need again.

Fantastic staff, excellent work, and very reasonably priced. Got a rock crack repaired on a windshield. Took maybe 20 minutes. Looks nice. Plus their warranty is excellent! "The windshield chip repair process is not designed to make the damage disappear; it is only to attempt to stop the damage from spreading. However, there is a possibility that the damage may spread. Any amount already paid will be applied toward the total replacement cost of a new windshield by AutoGlassNow." Fantastic!

Thought the price was reasonable, and the customer service was great, but wasn’t to crazy about the fact that they left all the shattered glass in the bed and in the cab, and they also got some kind of adhesive on the back seat. Also within a month or two the back glass started leaking bad. Took it in, and they said they fixed it, but it still leaks. Would rather take it somewhere else and pay then have to keep going back. Wouldn’t recommend.

So far so good. They had the windshield in the shop when I arrived, showed me the quote on paper (which was exactly what I was told over the phone), told me it would take 2 hours, let me use one of their desks so I could continue to work, finished the replacement in 1 hour instead of 2, gave me a lifetime warranty (keep the receipt), had me look over the work, gave me clear instructions and I was on my way. The employees seem to have stock in the company because they were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The glass was clean without any waves that you used to get from Chinese glass and it fit perfectly without any wind noise. I tested it at top speeds (well, 90 mph is top speed for the traffic and road I was on). I am extremely pleased with them so far.

I was hesitant about this because of the reviews. So far we are pleased with the work. The car was clean when we picked it up. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The turn around is not quick so plan to drop off and pick up. If you're in a hurry I suggest picking a different day!

Someone broke into my car in Amarillo. There wasn’t a replacement in town. Nicki from Autoglass Now in OKC searched and found a window at a salvage yard. She must’ve tried 6-10 places. She never gave up. I drove to OKC, got my window, had it installed and was back on the Interstate in 45 minutes. Best service ever!

Some of the reviews here are hilarious for a simple reason...this is a cheap glass shop. I expected a long wait, a nick or two, and/or unprofessionalism. I got my rear window replaced in May, it hasn't fallen out so this place is awesome! The price was better than ANYWHERE else.

I needed my windshield replaced due to a rock on the highway. I received their mobile service on 12/13. The tech was really nice, explained the process, the warranty, how long it would take as well as the do's and what not to do upon completion. I liked that he introduced himself and reassured me I was in good hands. I also very much appreciated them working with my schedule and taking care of me first thing in the morning. Best experience for my first experience in needing some windows replaced. Very friendly, fast and efficient. My windows were shattered on 7/4 and they got me in the next day 7/5 and had them finished by end of day. They did a good job. They replaced my front windshield on my corolla and it's good as new! Making an appointment wasn't hard. Just be the first person in the morning to drop your car off. Unfortunately the glass that was supposed to go on my corolla was sent back and my car had to stay in for a few more hours but it wasn't a big issue for me. I still received my car that same day. My only complaint would be the dirt and weird material left behind that fell on my dash board and seats but I'm not upset about it. An easy clean. Overall was a decent experience. I saw some prior posts on other folks windshields having excess glue material or just placed incorrectly but mine was solid/clean. User experience may vary? Lol

The five star rating isn't for the timely windshield replacement, the quality of the work or the cleanliness of the facility. The "5-star" rating is for the integrity of the management. My son's dashboard was accidentally cracked during the windshield replacement. When the damaged dashboard was brought to the attention of the management...photos were taken, the vehicle I.D. was secured and within three days the new color matched replacement part was available for pickup and/or installation with an additional verbal apology and explanation. Yes, the accidental damage occurred, my son and I were inconvenienced, but the "integrity" of the management outweighs everything. In fact, it was refreshing to see "integrity" in motion. Hence, Auto Glass on Council Rd, (1/4 mi North of I-40 west) Oklahoma City, OK, will get ALL of my "Auto Glass" repair and replacement business for my personal and commercial vehicles. I called for an appointment two days earlier. On 1-16-17 I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment at 2:00. My car was ready at 6:30. I was told that the appointment was important so that they could have the glass available. However, it was first come first served when it came to getting it installed. I had to replace my windshield so I called this place a day before i went there. The kind lady explained it would take about a couple of hours in the least to replace windshield. I had to go to work by 10 so i asked her if she could make it any sooner. She said there is a chance. So i went there the very next day at 8 and she was the only one on the front jammed with all those phone calls. But she remembered i had to be at work by 10 so she got my windshield replaced by 9.15. Had my windshield replaced here. My side view mirror was broken off and glued back on prior to my arrival at Auto Glass Now. While they were installing the new windshield they accidentally broke the side view off again, but they glued it back on for me with better glue than what was already on there. Really appreciated that! They were up front about what happened and resolved the problem in no time! Best price around for my windshield too!

I called today about replacing a windshield in a 2006 Toyota Prius. The lady was very nice and professional on the phone and after getting a price, I told her I would call back. I decided I would get the windshield and called back and a gentleman answered the phone and was very nice and asked me what time I wanted to bring it in and I said is 430 ok? He said yes. I got there about 425 and the lady who was the same person on the phone greeted me ( I asked if it was her I spoke with) and checked me in. Took less than a minute or two. She reviewed the total out the door price with me ( which was the same price as quoted on the phone). I said that I wanted it done. There was 3 or 4 other people there waiting as their cars were being completed I assumed. They took the car back before I could walk back out and remove the pike pass and I asked her and she said they would do it. At 450 approx. they said my car was complete. It looks great the pike passes ( I have OK and IL) were both reinstalled on new glass. It looks great. Was great service and I would recommend. I know after I finish the restoration on my 67 mustang I will have them replace the windshield.

I am happy with the new windshield. I get that as a company you have demands which need to be met, and that can cause a delay. I read all of the reviews prior to picking this company for service. Everyone is right, these guys are very slow! I put it in at 1150 am, did not get it back till 1700. I took and Uber back to work and took an Uber from work back to the shop. Not how I wanted to spend my day, but that’s on me. The windshield looked nice and everything seemed to be done well. I like that it has a life time warranty and that the service was friendly. This company really needs to learn how to manage time more effectively, even if that means less people or hiring more people to get the job done. I would recommend this company for service, however will caution anyone who asks to be cognizant of how long this takes. Thanks!

Was there the first day and my window didn't fit right so i had to come back the next day for a new one. They were pretty fast on installing it. My window works and seems to be holding. They also have a life time warranty for their windows. They have a pop machine and snack machine. I wish their chairs weren't hard chairs though. My butt went numb really fast with the hard plastic ones there. The ladies behind the desk were really nice too.

When I called and told her I was on my way to their shop she had already ordered the glass and had it there when I arrived. It took about 30 minutes to install and they did a great job. The staff was very friendly. They replaced a side window at a lower price than most other places would, and for free did a cursory vacuuming of some of the broken glass that was left from where the window had been smashed, and removed most of the duct tape job that had covered the window previously to keep out the rain. During the job, some broken glass from the old, smashed window fell inside the door locking mechanism, preventing the door from unlocking. When I told them the door wouldn't unlock when I picked up the car the next day, they fixed that for free in about an hour, and let me use their wifi while I waited.

I never used your guys business but I’m concerned about people I saw driving a white van with your sign on it. A mother and a father and they were screaming at their what seemed to be five year old daughter cause she had to pee. I know there isn’t anything you can do but if they have your van then when they go to public places with the ban then they should try and act decently cause it might give your place a bad rep.

My F150 got broken into at the Courtyard by Marriot. The front driver side door glass was shattered and smashed in. Auto Glass Now, which is literally right across the street, set me up in 30 minutes. They are super friendly and they offer fast service. I initially called Safelite and had to deal with a foreign operator that couldn't understand what I was saying and vise versa. Well, they couldn't get me in until the next day but I was traveling to Missouri so that was a no go. Safelite quoted me $320! Auto Glass Now out the door price was over 50% cheaper. If you ever get into a bind, you need to call Auto Glass Now. They'll put your mind at ease.

They did the job but were very disorganized about it. I took my truck in WITH an appointment, they said it would be done in two hours but they never ordered the glass. Then when they did finally do the job the next day I go out to my truck and they had forgot to intsall the trim work back in.
