Having a woman help me with my car is always less intimidating for me, and she was so so nice and helpful! She definitely went the extra mile in helping me understand better how to work with insurance, how to take care of my car, and my options. Will be back for any and all glass repairs. When I came back to have my windshield repaired, they did such a great job! Prompt, well-done, with a reasonable price. Front desk ladies are fantastic and knowledgeable, and the guys that did the work did a fantastic job. Was so pleased at how smoothly the whole process went.

They did very good on our truck. You cannot beat the price & they are very friendly & helpful. They are in no way like Safelite but I saved a lot of money getting my windows put in. They also got me in the same day I called & it only took a little over an hour. Give them a try.

This is one of the rare times I've written a review for anything. These folks were great. No nonsense, get things done at a very good price. I went to my car this morning before work only to see one of the windows was broken. I gave them a call and set up an appointment later in the day. Not only did they thoroughly clean all of the loose glass in the car, the whole process took less than an hour. I hope I don't have the same situation in the future, but if I do, this will be my #1 choice. SUPPORT LOCAL INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES!

The lady that helped me was fast and friendly she knew what she was doing and was on point. When I walked in the office to pay it smelled fresh and clean. The parking lot was free of debris and clean. The price was unbeatable. Got me right in and got to work. No appointment necessary.

Work truck Had back driver side window replaced fast service quick install, but they left all the broken glass inside the cab an didn't vacuum it out? Otherwise great job

This was such a positive experience to come out of a bad situation. Lawn mower shattered my front passenger side window. So I gave a few places around town a call they were by far the best deal around. Very friendly on the phone as well as the actual technician. The over all time was lest than 2 hours, from phone call the to receipt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Serviced my vehicle on the spot. Thank you 5 Star Auto.
