Another terrific experience with Precision Auto Glass. My windshield was cracked while driving on the LIE. I called Precision to arrange for a replacement. They were able to schedule the replacement promptly and at a convenient time for me. Carlos and Jesse showed up on time and took great care of my car. They were amazing to watch work. Very knowledgeable about how to disassemble what was needed in order to access the windshield. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They were meticulous about achieving a proper installation and, after reassembly, left my car cleaner than they found it. And Carlos and Jesse couldn’t have been more friendly and engaging to talk with as they explained just what they would be doing. Great people, great work. I highly recommend Precision. This is the second windshield they’ve replaced for me and I can’t imagine using anyone else when I need this work done.

Had to replace the windshield on my 2 week old 2023 Grand Cherokee. Couldn’t find the glass anywhere except on Long Island. Came all the way from Brooklyn & they worked with me to ensure I could get this done expeditiously that fit my schedule. It was very convenient also using my Geico policy. Everything transmitted to them directly and no out of pocket expenses incurred. The guys in the field did a great job. They met me in front of a friends house and was done with everything in under 90 minutes. I’d highly recommend them to friends and family.

Michelle was very helpful scheduling the appointment and the technicians Zach and Jessy did a quick, clean and great job replacing the windshield. These guys are the best in the business. Top notch. Bumped in to one of them in a parking lot and asked about fixing a stone chip on my Audi A7 windshield. He then fixed it for me right there on the spot with no appointment. Also changed my windshield on my truck perfectly. While they where doing so my mother had a medical issue. The staff was there to help her. They brought her water and gummy bears to bring her sugar level back up. Highly appreciated and will be using Precision Auto Glass from here on out. Amazing service. They make Safelite look silly in every way. Safelite was a no show on first scheduled appt. no text, no email, no call. 2nd appt. flat cancelled. Changed claim from Safelite to Precision. Precision booked the appt. Followed up the day before to confirm. Called 45 minutes before scheduled appt to confirm. Completed job in no time, re-applied my registration sticker and yearly inspection sticker. Courteous and professional. New jingle. Safelite not there, Safelite replaced.

I needed two windshields repairs so I called precision auto glass after I read there reviews on line. The women in the office was able to schedule an appointment for mid afternoon due to a cancellation. The team from precision arrived on time and spoke with me about my repairs and started to address multiple chips in both windshields that I couldn’t see. Philip and Zach completed the repairs in a timely fashion and are true professionals. Philip (owner operator which makes a big difference)gave me a price on a windshield that needs replacement on my daughters car which was priced right. Excellent company. Not only were they communicative throughout the entire process but they showed up on time, looked neat, and acted professionally. That would be enough to make me happy for any service call, however they also took the time for the little things like cleaning the carpet and even dusted my entire dashboard which admittedly was Far dirtier than they could have ever made it. I found this company after an extraordinarily dissatisfying experience with Safelite with unprofessionalism all the way up to the corporate level. Precision Auto Glass gave you that feeling that you were dealing with an intimate company that cared about the service they were providing and not some kid earning minimum wage hoping to do as little as possible after clocking in. Insurance covered the work just the same and they installed an OEM windshield. After they left I found absolutely no reason to deal with Safelite ever again.

I always have used Safelite for any glass repair, but as lately they have become more expensive with less quality. I searched the internet and found these guys. I must admit i have seen them in the Hamptons. I filled out the form on line within 15 minutes i received a phone call. I was given a extremely fair price even with all the replacement of the molding. They were on time, neat and took the time to treat my vehicle as if it was one of their own. Years ago, we had a terrible experience with a different auto glass company. This time, with Precision Auto Glass, we couldn’t be happier. Carlos and Phil arrived in a timely fashion and took the time to explain what they would be doing. I could tell right away that they were both highly competent. They were friendly and professional as well. They had the windshield repaired in no time and everything was absolutely perfect. They even took the time and great care to remove the stickers (registration, inspection, etc.) from my old windshield and transfer them to the new one. Windshield replacement holds up perfectly over 1 year - no leaks whatsoever! A local Long Island business that is truly honest and professional. They really took their time to complete a quality job - even going out of their way to come back to my house and looked at the car on the 2nd day. I had complained about a leak, but it was the sunroof drain tube that had been blocked. It actually had nothing to do with the replacement at all, but they went the extra step of helping me unclog it. Very appreciate and I recommend Precision Auto Glass to all without any hesitation!

My windshield on my Acura developed a crack. I am very particular about who works on this car. A mechanic at a local dealership recommended Precision Auto Glass to me. I called on a Saturday afternoon after working hours, to my surprise I was called back on a Saturday evening! Phenomenal service! These guys are true professionals who care about doing a good job. The owners/installation technicians Carlos and Phil treated my car as good as they would treat their own. The windshield was removed using no metal tools that could damage the paint around the windshield and cause rust issues later - this sets them apart from the typical guys who use a power tool. They left my car clean and dust free inside - even the mats! This wasn't necessary since I had no broken glass, but they did it anyway. You can't even tell the windshield was replaced. Factory perfect. Awesome guys to deal with. Highly recommended!

There is definitely a reason they have 5 star reviews. They showed up on time and explained the whole process. Very professional and efficient. They transferred the registration and inspection stickers to the new windshield, and cleaned all the windows. They even cleaned and vacuumed the interior. And for less money then the competition. I ended up getting a small nick in the windshield later on while driving but this had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with the bad roads out here. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Used Precision instead of the usual. The team at Precision is excellent. Paul and Rupert did an outstanding job. One snag that my glass got to the dealer cracked. Not their fault at all. The team comes to your location and the installastion gets done. The next step if necessary is calibration. Their referral directly to Express Calibrations (Joe) was seemless. Driving on the Long Island Expressway and some douche speeding in front of me caused a rock to hit my windshield and put a chip in it. Did some research online to find a good glass repair place to use and decided to go with Precision Auto Glass of Long Island since they got 28 reviews and all of them were 5 stars. I have to say I was very impressed with them. I called and Kim who is a sweetheart was able to squeeze me in. When they showed up (Carlos and Phil) they both introduced themselves right away, they advised up front what they were going to do, very friendly good guys. I was very impressed. They have the entire experience from start to end down pat. Would definitely use them again and I see why all of their reviews are 5 stars.

I dont usually write reviews but i thought they were excellent. Kim was very professional on the phone along with the other receptionist i spoke with..possibly margaret??. The guys came to my home in huntington . Did a great job. They would not accept a tip. I left them with a 20 check made out to cash and they said they probably would not cash it. Although i insisted they take it. Left me with glass cleaner. Top notch service from a to z and they were half the price of others i called. Its a great company. Dont hesitate to use them. Precision came HIGHLY recommended from a co-worker, so I decided to schedule my windshield replacement with them... From a professional standpoint, these guys make it SUPER easy. Just call them to schedule the job... they'll deal with your insurance. Their communication and professionalism throughout the entire process was spot on! Job was done quickly and meticulously, including an overview/recap upon completion. As men of their word, Phil and Carlos have earned my trust by delivering on every expectation they set - RARE! Don't make the mistake of going with a Big Name... Another co-worker did (on the same day, coincidentally) and the quality of the work SIDE by SIDE couldn't be ignored! Precision cleaned up after the job and didn't leave glass everywhere, like the "other guys". They even transferred everything to the new windshield to the same exact spots! (i.e.: reg and inspection tags, remote start antenna, bluetooth mic, EZPass, rearview mirror.) Oh... and all this was done in FREEZING temps. Nice work, guys! When the owners of the company are the ones doing the work, it makes sense why the quality control is so on point. Phil and Carlos just genuinely good guys! "Very Courteous, Clean Job" The whole process from completing the online quote request form, a phone call back on President's Day by a super sweet and helpful woman (wish I got her name), to the appointment date and time (squeezed me in 2 days later) and finally to the actual install. Got a Crack in my windshield. Called precision auto glass. Nice woman answered the phone and all my questions. 2 nice men came to my home, on time and replaced the windshield. They left me with printed instructions, my car was clean and they put all my stickers(registration, inspection) and ez pass back. Also it was ~$200 less than satellite. I'm very happy with their work.
