We had a chunk of a semi tire hit our windshield and destroy it. We were traveling from Tennessee back to Colorado. So not knowing the area and having to call several places this was the only place that had our windshield and could get us in to fix it in a reasonable time so we could get back home. He told us two hours and it was done under that time and we were back on the road with our new windshield. They are nice people to deal with. Thanks so much for your help.

Our day started off horribly but Nashville Auto Glass saved the day. We were in town for a girls trip when 4 hotels on one strip was vandalized. 17+ cars windows were busted. We called Nashville Auto and they instantly understood our issue and squeezed us in. They were very polite and made sure we taken care of. Best customer service hands down and fixed our window in 45 minutes. Totally recommend this place.

I called beforehand and they said they could take me in the shop today or come to my house tomorrow. I went to the shop to get my side window fixed because it was going to rain. Took me in right away. Reasonable price, quality work. Would recommend! Gave me an estimate over the phone and that’s exactly what I was charged.

This was such a good choice! I basically got flaked by Safelite the day before, tech claimed he couldn't get my windshield wiper off. So I looked up a shop close to my house, called them, & was able to get in the next day. I arrived a little after 9 am, and was warmly greeted. The office staff, especially Erica, was very nice and chatted with me while I waited. By 10:20 am they were calling my name & telling me I was ready to go!! I was shocked to say the least! I definitely recommend this shop for any glass repair. The price was also $100 cheaper than Safelite!

I was on vacation in Nashville and my rear wind at was broken. Called Nashville Auto Glass and found out they don’t make my glass anymore. Erica called around and found one at a wrecking yard but it was not close. I called a couple of other places and even went online but no one could find the glass. I needed it done ASAP because we were leaving. She got the glass there the next morning and they installed my glass first thing. Their service was beyond my expectations. They were professional and Erica was very polite.

This place had top notch, excellent service. Afternoon i dropped my vehicle off, they took me to work. Then they picked me up incense my vehicle was finished. They did a great job of cleaning all the glass up from my windshield repair. I highly recommmend them.

Long story short... my 16 month old son, Jace, ACCIDENTALLY got locked in my SUV. For about 5-10 minutes, I tried to get him to “push the button,” “pull the handle open,” and “get mommy’s keys!” I even tried to jimmy the door open. Unfortunately, he thought it was funny to pull the wire hanger. Lol. When I seen panic set in on his sweet face, that we couldn’t get to each other, it broke my heart and I knew I had to bust the window out to get to him. Thankfully he followed me to the front of the truck. I picked up Justin Wilson hammer (The only time I’ve ever been thankful he left his tools laying around🙄) and threw the hammer through the back window. I heard Jace say “Momma?” Like did you do that? 😂😂 it was the absolute worse feeling of panic, not being able to get to your child. After everything calmed down, I called Nashville Auto Glass and they replaced my window for $150 installation included.
