Had a GREAT experience. I had a rock hit my windshield. I sent a message via their website and someone called me within the hour. They explained everything in detail on dealing with sending claim to insurance. They were able to direct bill, so i didn’t pay ANYTHING day off! They dealt with it all. I asked how long it would be, they said 2 hours for rapid and calibration, they were exactly right they called be within 2 hours to pick it up! 5 stars!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that things are done right the first time. It is one of the few businesses that still believes in customer service and it shows. I will not go anywhere else in the FM area.

I love this place because I gave them rough estimates on a piece of glass that I needed and they actually got it perfect better than what my rough estimate was my piece of glass fit like it was supposed to it fit like it was made for that frame. A big shout out to Jeff at glass doctors the man is awesome he know exactly what I needed and I don't know what else I can say other than they did a spectacular job and I highly highly recommend them.

I needed a small sliding bathroom mirror replaced. They cut a special piece of mirror for me to try out. It didn't quite fit, so they made me a new one that did fit. Total charge for my job was only four dollars! They provided me with excellent customer service. They have earned my recommendation and future business.

Wonderful experience! Great people to work with. Everyone I worked with was very friendly. I am a college student and the customer service I received is unmatched at this point in my life. Been there twice now once to replace the windshield on my old '99 Mercedes and another time to fix a chip in a windshield (which happened 1 week after getting the windshield replaced on a 5 hour drive from the twin cities area to moorhead). SCREAMING fast wifi. While I was waiting for my windshield to be replaced I downloaded a few steam games to my laptop at rates of up to and past 7megabytes/second (note not megabits). What I really like about Glass Doctor though, is how they don't have that disconnect between customer service/relations and business protocol/flow. If you go there, you are the priority.

Brought my Dodge Charger into the shop for a driver side window replacement. They ordered an aftermarket window which ended up overworking my motor and closing at half the speed. Called them up and brought it back to get fixed. They ordered me the replacement Mopar Charger glass and it works like a charm! When things don't work it can be a headache but they took care of me and were very nice!

I can honestly say i love this place. I called all around!!! And glass doctor was able to service me the same day for cheaper than the prices i was getting. Than all of a sudden my window started cracking up again few weeks later, i brought my car back in, and without any arguments they was willing to put another windshield in again for free of charge! They crazy part is, me and the mechanic found out the problem came from some pressure of elsewhere and it wasnt they mistake...but he still took care of me with nooo arguments! And im very thankful because im a single mom of three.. i dont have very much money! So i really really appreciate them thanks alot
