I had the best experience with Tammy over the phone, I had never in my life spoken to a more helpful person! I chose city auto glass because of Tammy, I had been shopping around and everyone was just business but Tammy took her time to speak to me and even called my insurance to see why they weren't covering my windshield replacement. That is a helpful woman! I don't remember the man that came for my car, but he was also very pleasant. The overall experience was a 10+

My windshield was chipped and had a 22" crack. I called my insurance company and they recommended City auto glass. My insurance contacted them for me. City Auto Glass called me that day and set up an appointment for a replacement the next day. They gave me a time frame that they would be there and they were. They came to my work place and got it done before I had to leave. I was very happy with the polite and professional service I received. Thank you for the great work!

Installed a new windshield on my car with their mobile service in my driveway. The two technicians were super nice and got it done at the very front end of the time window they gave me. Worked seamlessly with my insurance, too. Called, set it up. Had new glass 48 hours later! Being this is Mn and I’ll probably need a new windshield again some day, City will be my go to.

City Auto Glass took care of my windshield replacement on my Cadillac ATS. They had me bring my vehicle into the shop for the repair since there was a possibility of cold weather. They claimed the replacement would take about an hour to complete. The replacement only ended up taking 45 minutes and I was able to sit inside in their warm waiting area while the repairs were taking place. They even took the time to move my oil change note from my old windshield to my new one. Been driving with the new windshield for a couple weeks and so far so good! Thanks City Auto Glass!

Very fast service. I got an appointment in two days. The person over the phone contacted my insurance and had a three way conversation and everything was set. The installer is very professional and had done a great job on replacing my front windshield. I was curious on how he took off the rear view mirror and he even showed me how to do it. The technician called me prior to arrival. I asked him to move my truck to get to the car he was replacing the windshield in. He used a code I gave him to get into my house, move the truck, perform the work on my car and secure both all while I was 30 miles away. Nice job. Thanks! The trim around the windshield doesn't look as secure as it should. No big deal. Old car. I'll use them again. Flawless from the time I called to file a claim until they showed up. I never had to utter a word to my insurance company...

Originally I had my windshield replaced and I sent a complaint that wasn't answered for a couple few weeks in which I cleaned up the debris that was left from the install. I asked for City Auto to look at the damage on my dash that appeared after they installed my windshield. I didn't want them to replace the dash as that could cause more problems. I wanted them to be accountable, to own the damage, if something was dropped. I haven't heard one way, or another, and don't expect to at this point.
