They did a great job replacing our damaged windshield. When we found out that the replacement and the manufacturer's defect they replaced it again, of course at no charge, and used a different manufacturer. The end result was perfect. We recently had a very squeaky driver side window issue and couldn't resolve it ourselves. We brought it in and they fixed it at no cost.

Professionals at what they do . Reasonably priced windshields for semi trucks . Called them at 5 pm closing time and they were at the yard on time ready to change the windshield early morning next day. Will use them everytime from now on .

I called in the morning and was given an appointment at 11:00. Kent was right on time as he pulled the van into the shop. We soon got to talking while he worked on repairing the chipped windshield. It was a most enjoyable hour learning about the history of the shop and discussing many subjects. I will definitely refer others to this business, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 8 years!

2nd time I've used these guys and both times it has been a pleasure. Great personalities. Quick and efficient. Helped with educating me on insurance options, if it was necessary to file a claim from a broken windshield. Also was quite impressed that they used a razor blade to take off stickers n stuff on front windshield and installed them on new window. They warned me that some of them may not work due to computer chips inside the stickers. Greatly appreciated all they did for me

Brought my 1993 Ford F250 here to get a new windshield installed. There was a lot of corrosion underneath, that had to be dealt with and they got it all done in a respectable amount of time. The quality of work seems great (showed pictures along the way). The only couple downfalls I think they could possibly improve on was keeping me up to date on what was going on. I called the shop at the end of the business day just to check up. After I had gotten the truck back, I had to install my rear view mirror into the bracket. Simple, but still. The last comment I have is, with all the body work that needed to be done, I have a lot fragmentation particles inside my truck. I don't expect them to clean my truck obviously lol, but I'm surprised they didn't put a sheet to cover the seats, dash, and steering wheel to help prevent that. Other than that, the people there are great, easy to communicate with, and super friendly. Would recommend to anyone that wants quality work over cheap labor

I have been using j&f for years. Great service and knowledge. They fix windows that wont go up or down, broken glass for autos or commercial equipment and vehicles and even household items. Most people in the racine area know of and use j&f for there glass needs. Lately ive visited more with purchasing a semi truck i seem to need windshields on a regular basis. Kent always gets me in and out quickly. All of the guys do excellent work there. Thanks for another great experience

I was recommended to J&F Glass by 2 shops and (I apologize for not getting your name!) the guy who answered the phone and attended me in person was so sweet and very kind and friendly and I say this cuz I am a girl and it can be intimidating sometimes when you are dealing with men in mechanics and he loves animals :D He gave me a straight quick quote over the phone for the windshield I needed for my crappy car I am driving currently until I buy my new one in November. (I am just keeping it for taking the dogs out lol) But I was nervous because the crack had been spreading and I was kinda scared, but kept postponing it because I was worried it was going to cost a lot cuz its an old car and it isn't worth it, but the price was great and they even vacuumed my car and uhhhh have no idea how they got my stickers back on!!!! I didn't need those lol, but that was a very nice surprise! Overall great service, price, quick, honesty and demeanor. I would highly recommend!
