I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of this company. From start to finish, Paula who picked up the phone and coordinated my repair was very willing to help me out and made sure to communicate with me everything that needed to be done. When Tim came to replace the glass I had a nice conversation with him about his long history in the industry. I love how my car turned out, Glass America in Pewaukee is MOST DEFINITELY the best in town. Don't go anywhere else!

My car was broken into and my drivers side window was smashed. Their schedule was packed so it took about a week to get serviced, but that was worth it. I was quoted at safelite for 500$ and this company came to my house for replacement and it was 200$. Great deal and Tim I. was professional and patched my car up right. Would recommend to anyone in the Lake Country area of WI.

I was really happy with their glass replacement service. I initially scheduled an appointment thinking it would be a repair, the technician was honest and indicated that he didn't think a repair would hold and I would likely end up with a replacement regardless. They were able to schedule a replacement just a couple of days later. The technician who handled the replacement worked quickly and did a great job. He even took my county park pass sticker and replaced it on the new windshield. He did such a great job putting my iPass transponder on... That I didn't see it in spent 30 minutes looking for it... only to realize it was carefully hidden behind my rearview mirror. Thanks for the great service!

We had to pay out of pocket to get the rear window of our truck replaced. They were $200 cheaper than to other competitors. Came on time and replaced window within an hour. They were also able to do installation the next day, instead of having to wait two or three days!!! Very, very happy with this company! Thank you!

Came to my house on time and did a clean replacement. Install tech talked through whole process and was knowledgeable of the specific challenges my vehicle model would present. Josiah did a great job and while I hope to not need their services again, I'd ask for him if I did need another windshield replaced.
