I would give it a five star if it wasn't for the mismatch between the office representative and the technician communication time which I was told would be between 7 and 7:30AM. Turned out to be 9AM to confirm a more definitive time to arrive at my location by the service tech. The tech was great and went right to work. I would still recommend this company.

Replaced my windshield but it didn’t have the top shade band like the factory one. Technician did a good job. Called them and I insisted they put in the correct one. Asked me why I didn’t look at it before installing. Really! They did at least agree to put in the correct one. Told them to make sure and look at it ahead of time. Technician showed up with wrong one man! Took them a total of four times to get it right. Good technicians working in cold weather. Bad office who sits on there butts and couldn’t get it right for some time.

AGE Made it so easy to have my windshield replaced. Setting an appointment was easy, and I barely had to do anything when they arrived. They were quick, professional, and did a flawless job. I would definitely use them again!

Can't say enough about their service. Left VM, sent in contact info on their website and within minutes had a response. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Provided what other glass shops could not and did it in a timely manner. The technician came to me and did the install quickly and neatly. It was the easiest process I ever dealt with and to top it off significantly lower cost than through the dealership.
