Just had my windshield replaced due to another NATIONAL company doing a bad job, leaks and breaking the plastic cowl trim. I called TruFit AutoGlass and spoke to their manager, Mary, it was pleasure speaking to a caring person that understood my problem. Mary said she would make sure I would be completely satisfied with their qualified installers. Mary sent one of her best installers, Jonas, to replace my windshield. Jonas called 15 minutes before arrival to verified our appointment! Jonas and his son, Peyton, did a excellent job. Jonas is a very friendly person and I felt like I was dealing with family. We accidently cracked the windshield of a customer car attempting to replace a molding and had to get a replacement quickly. We called TruFit Autoglass and boy were they a lifesaver. They scheduled a replacement for the very next day. Josh came out on time and we let him use the heated shop to perform his magic. Not only is he clearly a detailed and experienced glass technician, he's an ASE Certified Master mechanic and it shows. I hold sub-contractors to a very high standard and these guys checked every box. I've seen way too many greenhorns from the big franchised operations rushed through training and absolutely butcher glass installs, break and glue moldings back on, and straight up not put stuff back together correctly. The difference here is your work will be performed by a true professional and will be done RIGHT. I will NEVER use anyone else for Auto Glass replacement and I encourage everyone to do the same. Fortunately, I have never needed a cracked windshield replaced. The 2 companies that my insurance carrier recommends could not recalibrate a new windshield with my lane departure settings on my vehicle. This would have resulted in coordinating dates and times to take my vehicle to another vendor to have the entire job completed. Mary at TruFit was simply amazing!! She knew exactly what I needed and was able to get me scheduled for in and out service in 2 days! The technician, Josh Wimsatt, was also masterful. There was no evidence that work had been done (other than a brand new OEM replacement). All of this comes with a lifetime warranty! I can't recommend the professionalism and friendliness enough. Great job!

I made an appt with another company that couldn’t get me in for a week AND I had to take my car to their garage and leave it all day. I decided to email Trufit and Mary got back with me asap, she had my insurance on the line and approved and set me up an appt within 3 days and the guy was coming to my work to do it! Second time that I've used TruFit. Want to know why? Because they knocked it out of the park the first time! This was Richard's second trip here and they sent two technicians today because of the large windshield. He and Jonas notified me 30 minutes prior to arrival, were very professional and didn't interrupt our workday environment. They were quick, polite and completely cleaned up any mess. We actually had TruFit come and replace our shattered Volvo side window after it was shattered by a group that shot BB guns down our street, and they came back a few days later to replace a crack in our Prius’ windshield. Brad was excellent in repairing the Prius. He accommodated my changing schedule that day and was efficient and nice. I cannot remember name of who replaced our Volvo window (maybe ‘Matt?) but he was equally great. He was on time, fast and cleaned up the glass wed missed on booster seats etc. They made an annoying vandalism situation much less stressful. We’ve used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future (although hopefully no more shot out windows any time soon!)

The owner Matthew came to look at my truck last week because I wasn't sure what had caused the crack in my windshield and wasn't sure if calling my auto insurance was the right thing to do.
