My car car window was smashed from being broken into. They were able to repair it in one day and even cleaned up all of the broken glass from the seats and the floor. I got to the shop to pick up my car a couple of minutes after they closed and they were accommodating. All of this for a very reasonable price (especially compared to the other shops I called around to in the area!). Highly recommend

You do not have to look any further for you auto glass needs! Took in my 2021 Bronco Sport for a chip repair on Thursday... the chip repair was unsuccessful due to the location of the chip, but the manager told me to come back today for the chip to be filled instead. Well over the weekend, the chip became a crack and then crack became longer within a few minutes. Today, the manager said we would have to replace the windshield instead. He got the job done within the day and I was shocked to find out how low the price was... wayyyyyy less than any deductible that insurance covers! They also kept my car tidy and clean. You got to go here, you won't regret it

The replacement itself was done in only an hour and it looks great. Lastly I would like to mention this service for my vehicle cost less than $300. I bought a used car that had a chip in the windshield and the dealership agreed to replace it and sent Discount Auto Glass to my home to do the job. Jake came out and did the job quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly. All he needed from me was my keys to move my car further down in my driveway and once he was finished which was well within the time frame he told me it would take he advised me of what I needed to do and that was it! Since I didn't pay for the service I can't compare their pricing to others. I will definitely check with them first if I need auto glass service in the future.

I came in for a chipped windshield repair. No appointment was necessary, they were able to squeeze me in on my lunch break. Excellent result - chip is barely visible, you have to really look closely to find where it used to be (I actually expected it to be more noticeable). This is my third windshield with Discount Auto Glass. My first two were with my 2020 Corolla. I drove the heck out of that car and picked up a few stones along the way. My first instinct was to call the business with the catchy jingle and advertisements. They wanted $800 just to recalibrate the radar censor (phone quote…hadn’t even looked at it). Before committing, I called Discount Auto Glass which is right around the corner from my house. They chuckled and said that if it needs to be recalibrated, we can do that but it likely won’t. It didn’t. New glass at half the price with no need for calibration. Of course I took another stone a month later…. Now for today’s experience…. I brought my F150 in for a chip repair. I was in a hurry, so I put my keys down and said I’ll be back in a half an hour. I received an apologetic call about 15 minutes later stating the the windshield ended up breaking which is not uncommon, but since they didn’t tell me it was a risk (totally my fault for running out of there), they were replacing the windshield for the cost of the chip repair. I argued with them stating that stuff happens and I’m not looking for a freebie. We agreed on replacing it at cost plus labor. When I picked up, there was a perfectly fitted new windshield and they still only charged me for the chip. That’s a business that earned my trust. They had every opportunity to make a legitimate dollar from me….they had every opportunity to make a case that I waived liability, but they did the right thing. Thank you!

Some of the plastic bits in my side window wore out after owning my car for 7 years. Tansky Toyota wanted over $400 for the repair and couldn't do it until next week. Discount Auto Glass did it for about 2/3 the price and were able to come to my apartment the day after I called them. As an independent used car dealer, the occasional cracked windshield is just part of the automobile business. I rely on Discount Auto Glass for a fast, quality repair, professionally done. Discount auto glass came out to my work, on short notice and fixed my hatch glass perfectly. A couple months later I thought the glass was leaking, they looked at it for free and assessed that it was actually my top brake light and nothing to do with the windshield. A gentleman at the desk came out and looked at my sunroof. He spent about 15 or so minutes on it. He was able to fix it with no problem and did not charge me a penny. I even offered to pay, but he refused. I really appreciate this gesture – especially after having just come from a funeral. I will definitely patronize this place in the future again. I NEVER write reviews, but wanted to go out of my way to write this review. I'm a student at Ohio State, and somebody broke into my car and a few other students' cars. Discount Auto Glass replaced my window for half of the cost of Safelite (over $150 in savings). After the new glass was installed, I was instructed not to roll down the window for 24 hours. After the 24 hours, the automatic window calibration was off and the window would go up, and would bounce back down on its own after reaching the top (extremely rare case). I took it back into Discount Auto Glass and they fixed the issue at no additional charge in under 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend!

AMAZING PLACE!! Safelite wanted to charge 279 plus molding (120 dollars) to replace my windhsield. Discount Auto Glass quoted me 179 for the windshield (so already 100 dollars less) and said they'd try to use my original molding. They were clear that there were no guarantees on the molding (which was very fair) but then they SUCCEEDED in removing and reusing it without breaking it.
