An absolute life saver! My car was broken into at 2 am and when I tried to schedule an appointment to replace my smashed passenger window, the wait time was ridiculous. A friend referred me to this shop. I called at 8:30, and he was able to get me in at 11 that day. The glass came in early so he told me that I could come in now if possible. My window was replaced, car cleaned of glass, and everything before my originally scheduled appointment, just 30 minutes! And their prices were better! Excellent and attentive personal service, very friendly, very efficient. I'll be back to fix my windshield.

Jonathon and Auto Glass rehab were amazing to work with. I was amazed with how easy and seamless the process was. I met Jonathon right after my rear window broke on a Saturday - he scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and my car was ready within hours of dropping it off. They worked with my insurance provider and made sure it was covered and I would not have to pay anything. I didn't even have to speak to my insurance provider. I will absolutely return for any future auto glass needs. Thank god I met Jonathon! I wouldn't have been able to get it repaired for at least a week.

My wife’s sunroof randomly broke... turned out it required special glass. Called Auto Glass Rehab and they took a look at it and took care of everything from ordering the special glass to insurance. Extremely great and awesome experience with the team. I had an incident happen on a holiday weekend and needed my window repaired asap. I had an issue with my rear window, but I'm a college student so spending a lot of money isnt always easy. I went there and in 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem and gave me 2 honest and clearly defined cost effective solutions and even offered another alternative. A lot of shops will try to lie and cheat you out of your cash while offering subpar service. These guys were friendly, informative, and honest.

I’ve never needed a windshield replaced before and am new to the area, so I found this place solely by google reviews. I called to find out what I would need to do on a Wednesday and they scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. They provided outstanding service and I was really glad to learn that they were a local family-owned business. They made the insurance process super easy, I did it with their help on-site and it took less than 5 minutes (I have Progressive). I was in and out in under an hour, and that is on top of a minor repair they did for me free of charge. Excellent customer service, super convenient, and all around great experience. I will go out of my way to work with this company again in the future.

I spoke with Ricky and B.J. about correcting my mistake and their understanding and professionalism made me immediately regret not using their business for my glass replacement. Instead I am stuck dealing with Auto Glass Now, which has not been a pleasurable experience to date. I recommend talking with B.J. or Ricky if you want to talk to professionals about your auto glass needs.

Have had AutoGlass Rehab replace one of our windshields twice due to cracks from stones. The installer wasn't happy the second time because they use the good adhesive so removal was a lot harder than removing the factory windshield. Will definitely be back for the next crack.

The AutoGlass Rehab team replaced my windshield right before I moved from Louisville. A few days later, an issue came up with one of the side cosmetic trim pieces. When I contacted the AutoGlass Rehab team they took ownership of the issue and were very responsive to fixing it, with texts flowing back and forth long after business hours. They exhibited very strong customer support and service when an issue arose; I cannot say enough about the positive experience and their desire to make it right. Highly recommend.

Windshield cracked overnight from the cold while on a road trip. Stopped here on a referral (and some cursory Google research). Fairly competitive pricing to the other two quotes I got. Slightly more expensive but they were the only shop that could get me in the next day (others were a week out for supplies). When I went they were very friendly, did the work quickly (~1hr) and I left satisfied with the quality of the work. It rained that night and no leaks or anything that I noticed. Good place, easy to get to off 65, would recommend it to others.

I cannot be happier with the service that AutoGlass Rehab provided. While they offer to come to you, I went to them because their location is incredibly convenient, being just off of Crittenden near Eastern Parkway. They were able to get my rear window ordered and delivered incredibly quickly and the installation itself was quicker than I had expected. Additionally, they charged me nearly half of what I had been quoted from other glass replacement businesses in town. I hope that I won’t ever need to replace or repair a car window again, but, if I do, I will absolutely go back to AutoGlass Rehab.

Insurance companies often contract with other companies to handle their glass repairs. Unfortunately, the company my insurance has contracted with also owns a glass repair company. They of course always try to steer you towards their own company. In this case, they were going to make me wait almost a week to get my windshield replaced. They got my phone number and address wrong, and were rude as well. Enter AutoGlass Rehab. They got me in the same day, were courteous and prompt, and did the job in half the time that other companies were saying it would take them to do the work, and were just pleasant to be around. I highly recommend using their services!

I waited for almost 3 months for Safelite to get a windshield for my 2021 Corvette. I could never get them to give me an actual update on when the glass would be in. I switched it to AutoGlass Rehab and they also had an issue with the dealer getting the glass, but they followed up and switched dealers. After the switch they had the glass in 4 days and did a great job with the replacement. They let me know every step of the way what was going on. Super professional and you get taken care of unlike the big guy in the industry who just doesn't care. I would recommend them to anyone that needs glass replaced. Great group of people.

Can't recommend this company enough. The initial phone call was quick and easy. I called on a Friday afternoon and they finished the job before noon on Monday. They offered to help me with insurance, in case I ran into any issues using them instead of through the insurances recommended company. They texted me a reminder about the appointment, and called about 20 minutes out. They came to my work in S. Indiana and did the replacement in the parking lot. The repair tech was timely, efficient, and cleaned everything up like he wasn't ever there. Another great example of why I choose to support local businesses!

I had a crack in my 2017 Jeep wrangler, he got me the OEM replacement part in the next day and I came in at 10AM was out by 10:40 probably less then that and wow I was really impressed at how amazing it looked. After calling around, I opted to go with AutoGlass Rehab, not only because they could fit me in sooner, but because they're price quote was half as much. They were on their way to my apartment to fix only to see my property manager had it towed like 15 minutes before they showed up. Shouts out to Rick and Auto Glass Rehab! They came out to my work to replace the windshield on my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser, assess the damage, cleaned and prepped the seal only for the wrong kind of glass was given to them. He had to drive to Lexington and back just to get the right one. Came back and installed it in no time and did an excellent job at no additional cost! Had a rock fly up and hit my windshield and crack it pretty bad. My boyfriend hit up Ricky from the shop and let him know what happened. He let my boyfriend know that if i have comprehensive insurance the insurance should cover a replacement which i didn’t know. The best service you will experience from a small business, much less an Autoglass place. Helped me work with my insurance to get full replacements for no cost. Even fixed a roof leak after Hummer had been to three different shops with no solution, same day in the drive way. They also, while installing in my Silverado, took a paint pen and covered some small chip spots on the roof, I didn't even know where there until the installer got up there. If you use anyone else, you've lost your mind! They are the best in the business.
