Great customer service. Was getting jerked around by Safelite and finally gave up. In contrast, these guys were very proactive in their communication and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. Came by to get the glass replaced and they said it would take 80 mins but it actually took 30. Great service.

Excellent customer service and great price. I had a cracked windshield replaced 3 weeks ago. Eric and his team were friendly, professional, and fast. Eric noted the warrantee before I left. A week later, on the eve of my vacation, I noticed cracks appearing by the rear view mirror with no apparent impact on the outside of the glass. While on vacation, I called and Phoebe was friendly and professional and said to just bring it in for evaluation - no appointment needed. Phoebe's technician inspected the cracks and Phoebe informed me the company would replace the windshield and there would be no charge. I told Phoebe I understood a manufacturing defect was not their fault and they are a business and need to make money. Phoebe kindly said "thank you Jeff, we will take care of it for no charge" which is exactly what they did - OUTSTANDING customer service. I will recommend Auto Glass Express in Chantilly to everyone!

Recently had my passenger window smashed by a car thief. I looked around for quotes and Auto Glass Express was very competitive price wise (and also available to replace the window within a few days). Was a fairly fast process at their location (I brought my vehicle in rather than the remote van option) and am pretty happy with the replacement. They were also very friendly and clear about the process which goes a long way.

First time I went here to put a windshield on the guy used way too much glue and when that windshield eventually broke again I got it replaced by the same shop and they used the appropriate amount of glue and it was perfect. Third time I needed new door glass urgently so I decided to get glass from these guys instead of ordering it online. First they have two locations and sent me to the wrong one so I had to make a 1 hour 15 min drive from Chantilly to Alexandria and back to get the glass with no discount or apology. The aftermarket glass I got from them for the door glass is slightly thicker than factory and is not fitting well which is very frustrating. Overall they can definitely get the job done.

I had called surrounding businesses and Auto Glass Express gave me by far the lowest rate and honestly the quality of service was top notch. They had great customer service as well with professional, respectful employees who also provided me with refreshments. After they did such a great job installing a rear windshield on my Mercedes GL450 a couple years back, I recalled them to replace my rear power window after my new Cadillac XT5 got broken into and again - cheaper rates than surrounding competitors and quality customer service. If I could give 6 stars I would! We purchased a new vehicle from a nearby dealer and before it left the lot, there was a massive crack in the windshield. While the dealership offered to replace the windshield, a series of miscommunications led to the wrong glass being ordered and hours of delay. We live in a different state and had a long drive ahead of us, and the windshield needed to be completed that day. I called Auto Glass Express at 4 PM and frantically asked if they had our glass in stock. And sure enough, not only did they have the glass in stock, they offered to do it for us straight away if we came in, and for a VERY competitive price! The staff here are SO helpful, calm, and generous. They immediately took our car into their shop area and the glass was replaced within 30-45 minutes (and this is after waiting ALL DAY at the dealership for the job to be done). We were SO thankful to these guys for their kindness, they even had to stay open late in order to get the job done for us that day. And on top of that- I'm not sure if this is standard- they even gave us a discount price on the glass! They really saved the day for us and we couldn't thank them enough. Great company and amazing service - they treat you like a human being here.

Great job! Very small chip in my Audi A6 front windshield. This place was highly rated on Google and performed accordingly. I called in, drove there, and got it fixed all within an hour. Super friendly team (Leo and Luigi). They totally knew their jobs and the business. The chip repair is nearly invisible and for $49 a great bargain in my opinion. Will send my friends and family there. Highly recommended!

I called them on a Monday and they came out same day, no problem. I had left my car at home and gotten a ride into work. They gave me a very affordable estimate over the phone, performed the work, and took payment over the phone again. It was very affordable and fair. This is the second time I have been here for glass repair service. The first time was replacing my driver side window, been a year and the window is as good as the others. This time I came to repair a small chip/crack on the windshield, they did a great job on it, now I don't have to worry about it spreading. It is also barely noticeable now unless I'm looking for it. Like always the friendly service was top notch and it cost me about 40% of the price Safelite quoted me.

Replaced my 2015 328 BMW windshield. I wanted to order my windshield through BMW as I have both Heads Up Display (HUD) and rain sensors. Auto Glass Express was happy to order the windshield and gave me a quote far less than what BMW and others have quoted me. The windshield was installed professionally and in a timely manner. Both the Heads up Display and Rain Sensor worked perfectly after the install. I'm very happy with the service and will be recommending these guys to friends and family.

A few weeks ago my windshield shattered, I called about 10 different auto glass companies, all of them offered something different but they all seem to be above my budget or at least what I thought a windshield replacement would cost. I was going to schedule an appointment with one of those companies when a friend of mine recommended Auto Glass Express, he had just gotten his windshield replaced for the same reasons as me and he told me that he paid $150 less than he would of paid at another auto glass company. I gave AGE a call, they booked an appointment immediately , they asked me the right questions to fulfill my glass needs. Once I arrived to the location, the front desk personell was extremely professional and they make you feel very welcome. Although I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment, they took my car in right away. I waited less than I expected and I couldn’t have been happier and more impressed with the job. The owner told me to stop by again if anything happens to the windshield since it has a lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Express and i am actually going back in a few weeks since they are replacing my side view mirror which to my surprise they also do for a better price than the other companies.

Overall great service! Called in the morning after one of the larger companies in the area kept pushing back my install time. Auto Glass Express was able to take me the day I called. They then installed the new back glass in an hour or less. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop after having my glass replaced here.

Had my place of business’s front window shatter unexpectedly on the weekend, while all other places were closed Auto Glass Express came out the same day to give me a quote and measure for a new window. The service technician was professional and friendly. We called to explain a leakage problem with our Honda Civic, believing it was an issue with the windshield, since much of the weather stripping was gone. The technician performed a test to indicate the leak was not from the windshield, but in fact from the firewall. We appreciate their expert diagnosis and wouldn't take our vehicle anywhere else!

I had some concerns about the way they processed my credit card (reading it over the phone instead of swiping it), but after talking to the management they assured me that they do have card readers and have since instructed their staff to consistently use them.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My family was spending two days in D.C. on our way up to Cooperstown, NY. My F-150 sunroof was cracked in an oversized parking deck, and I needed to get it replaced ASAP as we were leaving the next day. I called around to several auto glass companies... including the local Ford dealership and everyone told me the earliest they could get to it was 3 to 4 days. Thankfully I made a call to Auto Glass Express and spoke with Leo. He contacted a company and had the sunroof glass overnighted to their store and had it totally replaced by noon the next day! I could not thank them enough for going the extra mile to help out a new client. Not many companies would have gone out of their way and my family certainly appreciated it. After a horrible experience with Safelite (no stars) through my insurance company, I called Auto Glass Express. All I can say was that they were professional, competent, and helpful on the phone. Juan, the service technician, was prompt, courteous, efficient, and neat. While I was waiting another customer came in without an appt and they were able to accommodate him as well. The waiting space was comfortable. It was supplied with snacks and drinks. Professional, courteous and punctual. While these guys aren't the cheapest repair shop out there (I'm budget conscious), I do believe you get what you pay for. In learning, independently, what my car manufacturer suggested for replacement glass, AGE was the only service that suggested options- to include the manufacturer recommendation. I took my car in for a window that was stuck in the up position and I can't begin to explain how annoying that is. I initially called the dealership since I bought it brand new in 2013 but they told me it wasn't under warranty and quoted me for $500 at least. They wanted to replace everything but I knew the motor was still working because I could hear it working everytime I hit the switch, it just wasn't moving up or down. Anyways I took it here and Luigi took off the door panel and showed me the problem. We got online together and ordered the correct part for the window and he didn't charge me extra. He only charged me for the labor which happened a couple days later and my window is fixed. $220 dollars later (the part needed and labor) I am a satisfied customer and couldn't be more happy with the service they provided. Luigi in particular was extremely professional and I highly recommend.

My wife called many places Tuesday May 17 when I was looking for a shop to repair my Dodge Ram 1500 back windshield. She found Auto Glass Express and because it was the weekend we was worried they wouldn't be able to take us, but thankfully they had an appointment for Saturday and we took it. We got there a little early and they already knew who we were, they asked us if we needed anything else and confirmed what we were there for; the front already had everything set up and took us right away. They were very time efficient and caring and before we left they made sure we understood all the precautions about getting a window replaced. Since there was nobody else there, they gave us the remote for the TV and let us watch anything on Netflix and we used the WiFi. . Chico, the "employee of the month" was very happy, calm and loved being pet (he's a dog). I would DEFINETLY recommend anyone needing service to a car here! Hands down one of the easiest and best places to do business with!!!

Their job done professionally for replace the wind shield. But my rain sensor was broken by unskilled work. After first replace rain sensor drop down because holding clip was gone and fixed by the tape(they did not put the cloth or something on the door thresholder. It makes scratch on it). I claimed it and they replace new wind shield and fixed the rain sensor. During the raining.. it did not work promptly. And I remove and checked it. Sensor screen is badly damaged as sanding on the ground. I claimed it again, owner tried to it. But I refuse it. Because 2 times they fixed it but they don't have other skills. I ordered rain sensor and fixed myself. And one more.. It is not clear view after windshield wiped out rain water. They work hard, feeling sorry describe like this. But when I driving during the raining day or night.. it gives me stress. Now I can tell this Windshield change skill Price => 5 Stars Clean up and other skills => Very Low Owner responsibilities => 5 Stars If you have new or very nice car... I suggest better go to dealer direct shop. If price is not much different.

I had a rock chip in my windshield that started to web up I went on you tube and tried to do it myself unfortunately I caused a mess. I looked online and called around and found auto glass express. I got there and talked with Lugi he told me I might of filled in the access point with glass resin so he might not be able to fix it but he said he would try. 30 mins later the chip/crack was repaired and it’s smooth like new this place works fast and there up front and honest

The passenger rear quarter glass was shattered on my 2002 Chevy Astro and Auto Glass Express was able to find a replacement part with no issues. Since the glass is discontinued, shops in the DMV area were unable to source. I called 7 different places to see if they were able to take on the work but all of them denied the work due to limited part availability. That said, Eric at Auto Glass Express was able to source the part through one of their used parts network. The glass was delivered/installed within a couple of day. It’s not too often you find shops that are willing to help. Thank you Auto Glass Express. Competitive pricing with exceptional service!
