I had a brand new 2022 Honda Civic with a crack creeping all the way to middle of the windshield. I called Mark with in a couple minutes they picked up and we’re able to give me quote and out of all places I called their prices were the best. Once I took it in around 9 a.m they had me park and started working on my car right away. Overall they did amazing work and the service was great!

I’ve been putting off replacing my windshield since it’s typically pricey but a friend recommended LA windshield (Tarzana). I’d say they have the best price in town. Prompt and courteous service.. There are restaurants and coffee shops around so the two hour wait was a breeze.

Amazing work! So thrilled to have found Mark and his company. After a small crack in my son's windshield grew overnight, Hank's Tires (another 5 star place) recommended Mark at LA Windshield. His work is guaranteed and was literally over $240 less that Safelite!!!! Do yourself a favor and call LA Windshield. I wish I had found him a few years back when I had another cracked windshield from a truck kicking up a rock on the freeway!!!!!

Best price that I could find. I have a newer Honda Civic and I got quotes around town spanning from $280 ish to $500. They were very quick, professional, and easy to work with. They were able to come and completely replace my windshield with less than two hours notice on a Sunday morning. I hope to never need them again, but I'll be calling them first if I ever do. Oh, and they came right to my apartment!

My windshield was replaced at a competitive price and extra work was done to correct shoddy work done the last time my windshield was installef at no extra cost. Casey was polite, he explained the situation and what he was going to do beforehand, and explained what happened and showed us pictures of what he fixed afterwards. When I called to schedule my replacement, the phone call quality was a bit poor, but I wouldn't consider that a deal breaker.

I contacted la windshield because I had another company replace my cracked windshield a few months prior. However that company did a poor job and did not seal the windshield correctly. To fix it I had to get my windshield put in again. La windshield was very helpful and worked with me to get my windshield back up and running in short notice. Mark’s calm and caring voice is what sold me on La windshield. Also their price was a bit cheaper. He was able to accommodate our schedule at our location with his mobile truck. He explained to me about the windshield replacement process, the adhesive and how it is applied to the glass, and really shows that he cares about his customers. I cannot say enough nice things about this business, I was in a really big pinch and had my rear windshield shattered at 6pm on a Monday, and after searching online for what seemed like over two hours I couldn't find someone who was affordable or able to help me because I had work early the next morning. I called my dealer who had sold me my Hyundai, and he referred me to Casey. Not only was Casey super helpful and affordable, he told me I could come in at the earliest appointment which was 8:30am Tuesday, and have my car ready in just an hour. I was instantly put at ease and he gave me a great deal on the price, and my windshield is dealership quality and looks like nothing ever happened. I'm happy to recommend him to colleagues, friends, and family from here on out.

These guys are the best in the business hands down. If you are as picky as I am with your cars then don’t go anywhere else. They worked with me and my schedule to get me in on a Saturday and were able to get me out within an hour. Not only was it quick but the quality and fitment was amazing. You can not even tell that the window was ever replaced, almost better than the factory. Before placing the glass they checked the fitment made sure I was 100% happy with it and then installed it. These guys are great, very customer service oriented! My husband had a large crack in his Acura TL, they were able to get the correct replacement glass very quickly. It was also nice that there is no extra charge for getting it fixed at my house. That was very convenient. The work was quality and time efficient. Excellent service! We called them and a got a same day appointment after my RAV 4 windshield had a massive crack in it from a rock on the 101. The service was impeccable and the cost was almost half of the competitor we called. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional and took care of the issue. They also fixed the molding on my windshield for a very low price point. I am incredibly satisfied with the service and will be using them again if ever need to repair/replace my windshield. These guy did a great job, gave the best price compared to the other few glass shops I called and, best of all, worked with my schedule and met with me during hours the other glass shops couldn't. I found Auto Glass LA online and, based on their many positive reviews, gave them a call. On the phone they were polite, quick to respond, and available to fix my window the next day. They also said they would come to me, and quoted a price about half what I was quoted at my normal garage. So, I gave them a shot. Great decision. Marc came to repair my window. Some mechanics can be impatient or rude, but Marc had a great attitude and seemed to genuinely care about the service he was providing. I had recently been to the dealership for some other repairs, and after dealing with Auto Glass LA and the dealer, I would pick Auto Glass LA. Just to make sure I was satisfied, Marc repaired some scuff marks I had on my car that were completely unrelated to the window job - far above and beyond the call of duty. I had no idea I would be getting such a great customer experience when I called these guys. I highly recommend Auto Glass LA.

At 4am my car window was broken by a thief so I went to Yelp and found a 24/7 glass repair company and to my amazement a human answered! The gentleman gave me a price and said come at 9am. The expected hour repair took closer to two hours but that was ok by me. They removed the broken window, cleaned up the glass, replaced with the correct size and tint, and made sure the electronic window/sliding door worked. No bait and switch. Locally owned!

I had a great experience with Marc and his crew from Auto Glass L.A. He really accommodated my schedule so that we could get my front windshield replaced (there was a big crack in the glass) as soon as possible. Originally we were supposed to meet at my house at 6:00 after work to get the job done, but due to my hectic work schedule, I wasn’t able to get home until 6:30. He took the time to come at 6:30 and get the job started so that his work crew didn’t have to do the whole thing by themselves and have to leave my house even later. I thought that was considerate and nice of him as a boss. He was very thorough with his work and made sure the rear view mirror was put back properly on the new windshield after the installation was finished. Very happy with their work, work ethic, and friendly service. Also, the cost was very reasonable.

What a great experience with Mark and LA Windshield! I have had to replace three windshields in the past four years; the last two times I called SafeLite. This time I looked for an alternative only because I could not talk to a live agent as SafeLite now makes you fill out a form on line to get a quote and book an appointment. It quoted me $930 for a Mercedes SUV windshield replacement of which $300 was for a re-calibration and required taking the car to them. I doubted I needed a re calibration and I wanted to opt out of it but could not with their automated system. So I called around and found LA Windshield in my area. Post calling and talking to Mark there, I drove out to them to verify that I did not need re-calibration. Don't let their simple workshop fool you; these guys are for real. While I was talking to Mark there, he got a call from a Mercedes dealer to replace a windshield for them. He took a look at my car, confirmed I did not need a re-calibration, and quoted me $378 and 90 min to replace it. When I got back, I could not even tell work had been on my car. Basically then, I got a replacement for a third of what SafeLite would charged me and probably a fifth of what the dealer would have asked for. Don't hesitate to use these guys' services; this experience went a long way in confirming to me once more that independent shops with honest, competent professionals are still a viable, more economical and happy alternative to national outlets with huge markup on cost of their services.

My husband reached out to Auto Glass La in Tarzana the next day and they were able to give us quote over the phone and an available date that worked with my schedule. I searched around for a reasonably priced company that could replace my window on my Honda Element and also repair a small crack in my BMW 325i . When I called around town, others were 30% to 50% higher. So I was happy if I could get a really good deal with Auto Glass LA. I went down to their shop in Tarzana on Ventura Blvd. I was a little unsure if I found the right place because the building didn't seem very clean or professional. No one answered the front door either. But hey, it's an auto shop and I didn't really care what the building looked like if I could get a great deal. So I went around back and found the workers doing their job. I met the owner who seemed very nice and personable and he re-assured me of everything they would do. He was very professional so I decided to give it a try. A few hours later, they glass was replaced, it looked great and they did a wonderful job. I was very happy to find someplace that I could get a really good deal and professional work. The owner guaranteed me that they stand behind their work and will fix any problems. A few weeks later, I noticed a high pitch sound coming through the roof of my car near the windshield, when I drove higher than 60 MPH. I brought it back to the company and they immediately took a look at it. Without any question, they fixed the problem and didn't charge me a penny. The owner was amazing and I was so happy that he stood by his promise to back up their work. Diego also helped me and he was a very professional and excellent person to work with. I got great value, the lowest price in town for auto glass replacement, and excellent work. I cannot say enough about these guys. If I ever need help again, they are the only company I will go to. And I will refer all my friends and family to them as well.

I got referred to auto glass LA by my Honda service guy. My front windshield was shattered. This place was the most incredible experience. Mark and Victor helped me from start to finish. These guys are the best. My passenger window was broken on my scion XB. They fixed it with the right color tint to match perfectly. My automatic door lock was broken and i happened to have the new actuator part in my car. They installed that as well since they had the door panel off for a very fair price. Much cheaper than an auto shop or dealer. They did such good and fast work that i came back to have my windshield replaced. It wasnt cracked but it had lots of pits in it so visibilty wasnt like it used to be. Wow what a difference it makes to get a new windshield. If you have an older car its so worth it. makes the car feel brand new... like getting rid of your old scratched sunglasses and getting a new pair of shades.

This is the 2nd time I've had my windshield replaced. The first time was with a well known company. Needless to say, my windshield leaked after installation and the company told me the leak was not due to their installation. They were great, speedy, and willing to accommodate. I shattered my back window on my 05 Saturn Vue at 11 at night and called them. They answered (did not expect that)! I told them I needed it fixed by the evening of the next day, but I work all day and there’s no way for them to come to my home (for complications with my parking situation). I called a " Safe" place first but you could only talk to machine that kept saying "try the web it faster," their price was 30% higher and no opening for a week. I called Auto Glass LA a person answered the phone on a Saturday 7:30 am ,he verified the glass i needed and if it was available. It was delivered by 10 am that day. This is what customer service is about , they work to your schedule, the other "Safe " company wants you to work around their schedule and charge 30 % more .While I was waiting for glass he was able to repair a chip in the windshield for a very reasonable price. Let me start by saying I don't normally write a review unless I'm blown away. I had a leak in my rear window thanks to a horrible bodyshop. I've called many windshield replacing companies, even the big guys Satellite and no one wanted to help me out. Every single one of them said I had to buy a new glass. I don't need a new glass, my glass was fine, its just leaking due a poor sealing job. They don't care because they want to make money, they don't want to waste their time on my fix because it will take time to remove the glass and not break it. Buying a new one is easier and more money. I almost gave up but then I spoke to Marc. The first thing I noticed when I spoke to him in person was that he didn't see me as a dollar sign, he saw me as a person. He told me that it's not a problem, he can fix it and that he sees this a lot. Got a great quote and set up an appointment. They did a terrific job even though we got caught up on a last minute rainstorm. Service was quick and easy. Went above and beyond and now I am very happy I called him. The level of care and attention was beyond. Now I'm happy and glad I called Marc. You want to be treated like you're not important, call the everyone else. Holy moly. Came here today and Mark and his crew were amazinggg! My windshield was cracked from a small rock a few months ago. We repaired it at the time and it was definitely still there, but bearable. Yesterday, we came out to our car after work and the crack came back and split off into two large cracks. That was it. We needed to replace it. I was really worried about pricing because I had done some research and prices were crazy for replacements. Called Mark and asked for a quote. The price he quoted me was way below what I imagined it would be!! And the work was impeccable. And they offer a lifetime warranty on worksmanship and leaks. My car was broken into in Hollywood this past Friday night, and I had originally been speaking with another company that my insurance referred me to. I cracked my glass from my steering wheel quick release unlatching. It was really dumb for me to have my steering wheel on the dash. Non the less I had to get it fixed and cured by Saturday before I go to the track. I searched and decided to give AutoglassLA a call and spoke to Mark. He quoted me a price and I told him the time I needed it and he said he had everything and it was no problem. I set up the appointment but told him that he was the first company that I called and I would have to check back after. He said it was fine but he wanted to book the slot first. I found another place that actually quoted me cheaper. So I called Mark back and told him what happened. He wanted to know where they went wrong. He was actually able to beat the price and even add in new molding for my car. It was an amazing deal that I could not pass. On top of that he was able to send people out to my job site. The guys arrived at 12:30 as per Mark he said that they would be there between noon and 1, which is not a really big window. So I was extremely happy about that. There were 3 guys that showed up and they all knew what they were doing. They all explained to me what they were going to do and how and what would happen to the car once they did something. They all assured me that it will look amazing at the end and I was going to be really happy. After the explanations and the run through they started at about 12:45. They worked really fast. By 1:30 they were done. They wanted me to inspect their work first of all. I did a quick walk through and they explained to me about what to do to allow the windshield to cure even before I asked, that showed that they actually cared. In the end I was so happy that I tipped $15 extra on top of the service. Oh there is also a lifetime warranty included. So far so good. I will be racing at the track on 11.03.12. If anything goes wrong I will be back here to let you guys know. I am extremely satisfied with how everything went today. I will definitely refer this to my friends and family as though they've also been waiting to get their windshields done. Give Mark a call he really cares and strives for great customer service.

I had an incredible experience with LA windshield repair! The gentleman that answered the phone could not have been more kind and honest and the work that he did for me turned out incredible! I couldn’t recommend this company enough to anyone seeking to repair chips in their windshield! Not only did they repair the main chip that concerned me they also repaired some of the smaller ones that I was willing to ignore! It’s hard to come across genuine people in California but this company is as nice as they come!
