JJ was awesome. Super professional and completed the job in less time than anticipated. The tint removal was done beautifully and they cleaned the windows up for me. I can't recommend JJ enough, you won't be disappointed!

Got my mercedes tinted at JJ Window Tinting and I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed with the results. The tint job itself seems to be fine, but there were a few issues that really detracted from the overall experience. First of all, the installation process took longer than I was told it would. I had to wait around for several hours while the tint was being applied and it was quite frustrating. Secondly, there were a few bubbles and imperfections in the tint that I noticed once it was finished. It's not a major issue, but it is something that I noticed and it does take away from the overall appearance of the tint. Finally, the customer service was not great. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked questions and didn't go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. Overall, I would say that this was a mediocre tint job. It gets the job done, but there were definitely some issues that took away from the experience...

I was looking for a best quality since I've had bad experience with cheap films in my vehicles. I'm aware quality cost more so I was wlling to pay top $. Called JJ and ask him of his best film. He offered me his Diamond series and boy it's amazing. It's blocks all the heat. It looks clear and the job is clean and professional. I definitely recommend JJ for all your tinting solutions. I came to JJ window tint after having a lot of bad experiences at these other shops in the valley. I have a lot of cars and have had my windows tinted many times. The service was quick in excellent and it didn’t take forever plus every time I go here it’s faster and better service.

Just got a 2016 Accord and JJ did an emaculate job with the tint. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tells you exactly how it is. He won't try to up sell just to make money. I chose the platinum package with 5% in the back and 20% in front. He did explain that they shouldn't be tinted and I am well aware of it as well. Once he got started he turned the TV on and played a movie. In about an hour it was done. Quick and simple. Go to him and get a great deal.

Very happy with my tint, im new to the area, and i just googled windows tint in burbank, he came up first one with good reviews and star ratings. i texted him, it was an option on his awesome website, he told me to come down on a saturday and it would be about an hour job. i came in, he started right away, he even removed some old tint i had on my car where a friend of mine tried to do a cheap job for me. all my windows look good, i got the tint i wanted and im very happy, the car looks good and i hope it will keep cool in this hot weather.

I went to J J Window Tint to tint a Honda Civic about 2 years ago. I had no clue what was illegal or legal tint to have on the windows and the owner explained everything thoroughly, he even had samples. The owner explained about possible bubbling but highly unlikely and that one could go back to get it fixed under the warranty time or run a credit card through and it would disappear and it did in my case. Keep in mind I did this in cold weather. To this day the tint still looks very good and no wavy or bubbling has occurred.
