Window regulator snapped on my way home from work so I got on Google to find a repair shop since this wasn't something I could wait on. Found this place with great reviews and called them up. The shop was closing in an hour so I asked if he could fix it right then still or if I was too late. I'm really sorry I didn't catch his name, but the guy said absolutely and to bring it in. Showed up and he had the job done real quick and window works perfectly again. Will definitely come here again if I ever need to. Thanks for saving me on a random Tuesday after work. Price was great too. I needed this same repair several years back and I paid right about the same price as I did this time.

Great place to get your rear view mirror re-glued back in it's place. $20 for the service Came here a second time for my truck someone broke my driver's side mirror call them gave them the year model number the next day they had part in. Cost me $45 for the part and labor. Quick and painless.

I went in for my Mercedes because the driver side window wasn’t working anymore. The guy I believe Jaime did a great job on fixing it and he quoted me a price cheaper than most places around there. Appreciate it would definitely recommend

I called multiple places in the San Fernando area for my Front Windshield replacement. They offered me the best price and fixed it within 1-hr. My boy Hy-mai (can’t spell) good young kid who knows his stuff did a fantastic A+ Job on my car. I highly recommend you get your car windshield replacement here at the best price and best kid to do the job. Also it is very important to set an appointment same day because they have to order/deliver your glass to their shop which takes 30mins - 1hour and once it arrives they install it immediately depending on the wait.

J&N is an amazing place for quick service on a window repair for your car. Got there 30 min before closing and they were done less than 20 minutes. Its definitely a hole in the wall place. No signage but Jaime was diligent in providing me directions and made sure I got there safely. Its hard to find service where they aren't always trying to rip you off, especially when it comes to automobiles. I found this service prompt, affordable and accommodating.

Service was fast and easy and they have a comfortable waiting room with free refreshments and a nice clean bathroom. If I have any more auto glass needs I will definitely be back here. Their location is convenient and I was so happy to get same day service. Remember to call in advance to make sure that they have the glass you need in stock. I drive a Honda Insight, which is sometimes hard to find glass for, and they had no problem finding me the right windshield that I needed. Thanks J&N!

My passenger window got smashed by a robber. It is already stressful enough to loose the things in your vehicle and then have to pay for a broken window. Luckily, through reviews I took a chance and took my car to this facility. The ladies in the office were very nice and professional. They made the process very easy and smooth. The price they offered are more than reasonable, and did the job in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place, with reasonable prices, friendly staff and a new window this is the place for you! I suggest u call in advance, make sure they have your window glass in stock and then head over!

I am very happy with the service I received there. Everyone there were really nice to me, as soon as I walk in i was offer something to drink and somewhere to sit .I had to get the windshield and the driver side window fix which took a while and even though they close at 4 they stayed till almost 6. They are very honest and straight to the point. I'm very happy with the service I received on my Toyota Camry. My door wasn't opening because of a hit and run and my window was broken. Broke my rear glass the other day, someone threw a glass mug at it and tore the gasket and shatter the glass. J&N AUTO GLASS hooked me up with a new window and install for less than $150, super nice staff, especially Cathy, who helped me directly. They even replaced my torn window gasket for free, and the window is original Acura stock window so it looks totally new =D. I was about to drop $200+ picking up a crappy window from the junkyard and paying for installation. Luckily I found this place. If you are on a budget, and looking for the correct hook up, check this place out. Couldn't be happier with my repair, super cheap, and it's all good quality. They even cleaned my other windows just for the hell of it. They also know all the cheaper car spots for tints and other car need. Check it out, won't regret it!!!

Only complaint I have is that they forgot my antena but went back and he put it back on but I drove on frwy and noticed my hood was not latched and it could of been bad thing .thank god i noticed. I woke up this morning to a broken driver side window. I called multiple places, then came across J & N Auto Glass. Not only did they give me the lowest price.......by far, they were very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of Auto Glass care. After arriving, I was greeted by Jaime who basically gave me an education in auto glass repair (I ask a lot of questions lol). The job was done right, and quickly by a staff who definitely knows what they are doing. If you have glass repair needs, come here immediately. Trust me, you will be in great hands. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

Had a smash and grab through my passenger window. Called around and was quoted slightly shocking prices to say the least. But then I found J and N :). Super reasonable pricing, they had my window within two hours of calling, install was done in 30 minutes, and everything worked and looked great!! Cannot say enough about these guys. Hole in the wall place, but isn't that the same as a diamond in the rough?? Waiting room was clean, they offered me a soda while I waited, they had a tv goIng for entertainment, and even has a mobile phone charging station. You would be outta your mind to go anywhere else.

I brought my black 2000 GS Lexus in to replace the front windshield and back passenger regulator. Everyone was really helpful, they had it in stock and the prices are very affordable compared to other glass shops. They changed out the glass fast too! They have a waiting room for you with coffee, cookies and a tv and even a charging station for your phone while you wait!! Would definitely recommend this shop for your auto glass needs!

My husband and I received a personal phone call from Kathy's daughter Janice. She assured us that she would take care of us with excellence. Regardless of what took place about a month ago, she reassured us that she will be there to see the workers re install our new windshield and that it will be secure before leaving the lot. I am glad that as we prayed and asked God to make things right, God did answer and here we are. I will give the 5 stars because Janice didn't have to do what she did, however she gave us her word. I am a stickler on people and their word, because I make sure that my word as a believer in Christ is my bond.
