This place is great! Brittany went above and beyond to ensure I could get my window replaced today! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to replace my entire driver’s door window within about of hour from when I called this afternoon. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing auto glass repairs!

This place is great! I called and spoke to a wonderful lady named Connie. They were already full, but she said she could squeeze me in if I came right away. She could have easily told me to come back another time but she made sure I was taken care of! Highly recommend giving Connie a call and letting them take care of you too. The staff was wonderful. I came in on a Saturday morning and I had to leave for business out of state that day. The previous night a reckless driver's bumper flew into my windshield making it too dangerous to travel very far. If I could not gotten my windshield replaced then I would have had to cancel my trip. Connie worked me in as the last repair of the day. The staff stayed past their normal closing time to get the job done. Connie let me go watch football at a nearby place and texted me updates all along. I cannot say enough nice things about these people. I highly recommend.

I took my car to Auto Glass Now this morning. Before the store opened, a lot of people had gathered, anxious to get their cars fixed. The office manager, Connie, opened the store, and regardless of the crowd of customers, she gained immediate order through being responsible, respectful and efficient. She asked that we come in by order of arrival and things started working like clockwork. Regardless of the problem a customer brought to Connie, she solved it with such kindness and professionalism!! My particular windshield didn’t come in on the expected order, but the office went to pick it up and as soon as they got back, my car windshield was fixed. Charles did an AMAZING job on it!! It looks absolutely like it did brand new!! If you have a friend or family member that ever need a windshield or glass repaired, I recommend Auto Glass Now!! It was so nice to encounter such capable and professional people!!

They did great work replacing my driver's side window from what I can tell. Office lady was really nice (more on that later). Would've rated higher except I called Saturday too late to get in same day (no worries I understand). They said be there first thing Monday morning at 8a so I wouldn't have to wait. I was there. My window wasn't. The office lady was only one there and there lobby was closed so I would have had to wait outside. When I told her I was going to walk over a couple blocks to Starbucks she gave me a $10 gift card. Still had to wait 2 and a half hours but thank God for Starbucks A/C'd lobby and free WiFi.

I never spoke to anyone at the Little Rock location via phone, the gal I emailed told me as long as I got there before 5 they would take care of me. I got there at 4 & they were backed up & stopped taking on more repairs at 3. However since the gal from the call center ordered my glass already & it was there the sweet girls in the office & the technicians stayed well after close to make sure they honored their word & repaired my back glass that same day. Even with a little confusion & little time, Auto Glass Now & their Little Rock crew took care of me with awesome customer service & the best price I found around town!! I would totally recommend to anyone needing auto glass fixed, this is the place to go!

I first started by calling and speaking with Ricky. Ricky provided me with a fair estimate, which included drastic savings over other glass companies. Ricky was very professional, courteous, and treated me like a valued customer. I was even able to get the front glass installed the same day! Ricky continued the same level of service during my entire visit at the shop. I even watched Ricky display the same level of customer service, to other customers, on the phone, and inside the business. They offer a lifetime warranty on their products and installation. I will definitely do business with Auto Glass Now for any future glass needs. It is rare these days to experience excellent and "above and beyond" customer service. I got a quote online and was able to drop my car off Monday and they got right on it! Connie is a sweetheart even though she laughed at me for not being able to talk lol, and I didn’t get my installers name or the guy that helped him but they were awesome as well!!! I’d hate to think I’d ever need your services again, but in the case that I do at least I won’t have to shop around I know exactly who to call and where to come!!! I have never been happier with a bad situation...EVER! MY husbands car was broken in to and during a week of non-stop rain none the less. I called every glass repair place in Little Rock. Brought my wife's 2011 Camry to Auto Glass Now on 821 Broadway even though I saw some of the bad mouthed reviews. I have to say that it is a very professional install. Very clean glass, and there aren't any damages to the molding/car itself in the windshield area. From my understanding there is a new staff of installers/technicians that are here. I would recommend them to others!

I am just so HAPPY with this company! I had my window smashed when I left work on Monday. I called several auto glass companies and was so depressed after hearing the prices. What an awesome place! Fast and with high quality glass. Arrived 12.15pm, and was out the door at 2pm. More importantly, a different installer quoted me $199 for a new windshield for my VW Jetta, but the staff at Auto Glass Now helped me lodge (by phone) an insurance claim for the damaged windshield. On top of THAT, these guys waived my $100 insurance deductible (USAA insurance) so I paid ZERO bucks for a brand new windshield!! Now I can spend that money on some Good Llumar Airblue80 window tint! Just give them a call and see what they can do for you!

My windshield was smashed on I40 outside of Memphis. This store was available to fix my car. They told me to get there safe and they would have the parts to fix my car by the time I got there, whenever that was. The staff was super friendly and I was in and out in 90 minutes!
