Well, they didn't have my windshield in stock so ordered it from california, arrived next day. Was a very pleasant experience with these gentlemen here. Very professional. A very pleased with the workmanship and the price. They were more than 10% less than the competition, and the shop is impeccable. You can tell these guys are very experienced and know what they're doing. Management was a pleasure to work with. They were very busy too but still accommodated us and got us in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my windshield needs in the Las Vegas area in the future. Just repeated, great store. Great prices

I usually don’t do reviews, this would actually be my first time. I just really felt like they needed a review. I was looking online to see where I can get my windshield changed and I saw this one was close to my home and had good reviews, so I came in. I was given a price that seemed good and a wait time of 2-3 hours. I usually don’t mind wait times but I had my daughter with me today and she’s usually a handful. The girls in the front helped me keep her entertained with a candy and tv while we waited. She actually stayed entertained the 2 hours we were there and it meant a lot to me as I needed my windshield repaired the crack I got had grew so much within a week so I was afraid it was not gonna last much longer. The two hours seemed like nothing with how nice and helpful they were. I’ll be coming back for any future repairs/changes. Thank you guys so much!

Great Prices and Great Service! Front Windshield was hit with a huge piece of a flying car piece on the expressway. That windshield was completely destroyed. My passenger window wasn’t operating correctly. They gave me a free estimate and determined the motor had to be replaced. I feel they charged a reasonable price, the work was done pretty quickly and the window works like new. As of now I’m very pleased with my experience there.

Great work. And professionally done! affordable price from the other 6 quotes I got to replace my cracked windshield. I arrived in the morning when they first opened on Saturday and they got my car in quick and was done in the time frame they said it would be done. They we're able to fix the regulator on my windows within the hour for just 180 which is way cheaper than another place quoted me for and now I can finally open and close my driver window. Also they have indoor waiting area with a smart TV incase you get bored.

I've done multiple business with Charleston Auto Glass- ranging from side auto window repair , sunroof closing and sunroof motor/switch repair and they have ALWAYS come through with good quality work at a competitive price! Most recently, they fixed a problem by ordering a new part, and did not charge extra for it, so I am highly impressed with their work ethic and customer service acumen! I would much rather do business with these fine people than a dealership , and/or impersonal chain auto glass franchise. THEY ARE NOT THERE TO OVERCHARGE YOU OR RIP YOU OFF! The sunroof on my 2005 Jeep quit working last week and was stuck open. I found these guys on Google and brought my vehicle by, they were able to get me in and completely renew the sunroof mechanism. They also swapped out the drivers door lock actuator. Since I'm on the road fulltime it's difficult for me to keep my vehicle overnight, they got everything fixed and got the vehicle back to me by the end of the day. I'm impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff, highly recommended!

His technician quickly diagnosed the issue and they got to work on my regulator. Within an hour and a half, my window was fixed at half the price of the competitors. I don’t usually post reviews but bro inside really helped out with this one. I’ve taken my cars to dealers and they be taking 8 hrs to do any little thing and you don’t get to use your car all day. They gave me a quote over the phone, came in, repair took like 20 mins no kap! My insurance deductible was $500 like wth. The people here hooked it up fr. I appreciate yall!

This is my 3rd time here in like 4 years. Always great work and great prices. I got my windshield replaced this time. They did leave kind of a mess in my car on the dash and the front seats, floors and center console too. Alot of glass shavings and pieces. This would bother maybe alot of people but I wasn't phased by it that much. I got a BRAND NEW window in less than 2 hours at an amazing price. If there was no mess, I'd give five stars. There was no mess at all the other 2 times so it was hopefully just a mistake. I'm still going to come back though!

Replacement windshield was only $198.71 for parts and installation. They were quick and efficient. While it took 90 minutes, they're waiting room was well appointed, flat screen. They also vacuumed the front of my car. Very satisfied.

I would rate them one of the best companies. My vehicle's rear glass needed replacement. All other big companies were giving long waiting dates through appointment only. I drove to Charleston Auto glass place & initially I was hesitant but the reception lady was very courteous & provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate which was way lower than other companies. Though I didn't make prior appointment but the glass was replaced the same day. Very happy with their service.

They did a great job on my windshield. Only tip is I'd say if you call and ask for a quote make sure they send you a text or give you some kind of proof of the total. I called in October and got a quote but couldnt change the windshield until Dec and the price went up a couple dollars. I didnt have proof of the previous quote just a record that I called in October. All in all good service.

This place is AWESOME! While in LV had my car window smashed in and my GPS stolen. Hotel security recommended CHARLESTON Auto Glass. Called them at 11:30 am and asked about their Mobile service, but they couldn't come to the hotel until 5:00 pm. Asked if I could drive the car over and get an earlier appointment. They gave me a 1:00 pm appointment! They quoted me a price over the phone which was very reasonable. I was in and out of there in only 30 minutes! They vacuum all the broken glass fragments, clean all the windows, and even give you a free can of glass cleaner!! They also offered free drinks (non-alcoholic) too! Amazing place. I was extremely impressed with their service!!

I have been here twice in the last 30 days because my Chevy Cruze has a lot of window problems from Drive Time dealer. The regulator failed on passenger now the driver side. Each visit to Charleston Auto Glass has been an easy in and out experience with great pricing. They take cash only currently but there is an ATM across the street at Rebel of you don't bring enough cash. Everyone working here is very nice and fast service. I will definitely be sending people here for their excellent work they do. Both trips were same day intake and repair.

You guys were great, priced right the cheapest auto glass company in Las Vegas .Glass all over your passanger side seat and items stolen from your car is no way to start your day, but these guys turned that around and made it so easy to get it fixed!! It feels super unfair when it happens to you, so I called my insurance company who called these guys. They came out to my car and called me 20 minutes before arriving. They had already quoted they'd be there between 12 and 5, and called me around 1:00. The technician was FAST, friendly, showed me exactly what happened and how they damaged my car. He vacuumed everything up and I even got my windows cleaned! I recommend these guys 100%. Hands down the best customer service and product imaginable!

I found this place from someone looking for recommendations on a facebook post for auto glass. I recently had a rock hit my window and I thought Fabulous Freddys had fixed it but it kept cracking. This place saved me! I was in a panic because someone busted my window... and this is when it decided to rain in vegas... so I couldnt drive anywhere and every where I Called said they couldn't come out until the next day and they were going to charge like 200-300.
