What a day! Their service was more than I could ask for. I came in just for a routine maintenance, but had a crack on my windshield that I didn’t notice. Of course being in Houston, this happens a ton. JD was the employee to help me out. We had trouble contacting the claim number. I was on hold foreverrr but JD stayed overtime only to make sure I was not screwed over and well taken care of. At the end of the day, he helped me out getting everything settled, leaving with my vehicle good to go! Definitely recommend!

I just want to say I walked out of the place UPSET. I had a small crack on my windshield from a rock that had hit my car a few months back before I went to my appointment. I actually fixed the crack MYSELF to prevent it from spreading. JD was a professional and kind guy and gave great service, but I'm a bit confused. From the pictures he showed me, he said the spread got worse and they suggested to fix it from preventing it from spreading even more. I believed it but when I walked out to leave and go back home, the crack on my windshield is the EXACT SAME and there were no changes. I was basically charged for nothing!!! UPDATE - JD was great and explained everything to me and their service was really great!

I came in for a standard oil change. While discussing it with customer service, JD, a tech. with Safe Tech Auto Glass, noticed I had two dings on my front windshield. J.D. explained that this size of dings would be covered by my insurance for free. He connected me with a rep from Safe Tech Auto Glass and with Allstate already on the line, within 2 minutes I was ready to have my windshield repaired. After 45 minutes I had both my windshield repaired as well as my oil changed. J.D. was polite, efficient and professional. Had Haas Haas not offered his services, I may have put this off until the dings became larger and then would not have been covered for free by insurance. This is a win-win for everyone.

I called the main line and talked to the friendly staff (Paige and Ashley). They were able to painlessly give me a fair estimate and schedule same-day service for a technician to come to my house. Jonathan was punctual and did a great job repairing a chip in my windshield that was starting to spread. You can hardly even see it anymore. It was a quick and easy process. With all of the road construction around town I’m sure I’ll be calling Safe Tech again sooner than I’d like!

Danny did an amazing job repairing my windshield. When I pulled on to the service drive for maintenance he inspected my windshield and found a rock chip. He very throughly explained what needed to be done to repair the chip to make sure it didn’t spread across my windshield and into my field of vision. He was extremely professional and polite. The repair was completed very quickly and the entire process was very painless and convenient. If you have a chip in your windshield these are the guys to take care of it for you.

My car was at the dealership routine maintenance. I received a call from Danny regarding the fact that I had not one, but two cracks in my windshield. He also explained the dangers of driving without getting them fixed. The safety and well being of my grandchildren is of the greatest concern so there was no hesitation on my part to get the windshield repaired while at the dealership. Repairs were done professionally, guaranteed and at a reasonable price ( my insurance company does not cover the cost, but that did not matter to me.... safety first!) So, without a doubt I recommend this service if you need it and recommend Danny as the technician to complete the job!

I met Shane last year at a car wash when he noticed I had damage to my windshield. Although, I hated hearing the bad news. He made my experience very pleasant. Since then I've encountered 3 more rocks to my windshield, and I will only go to Shane. He is now at a different location and I followed him! After through research Safe Tech Auto Glass was in my top three shops to get a quote. Their quote was considerably cheaper than SafeLite and only a few dollars more than another shop. However, they were the most professional and courteous when I called so Safe Tech got my business. On installation day I met the technicians at Fred Haas Toyota.
