We were traveling when a rock was thrown onto our windshield and cracked it in two places. After several calls to local shops to have it repaired, we got Rick with Clear Choice Auto Glass on the phone. He was so friendly, sympathetic and efficient. His son, Adam (also very friend and efficient) met us at a restaurant we were eating at and had it fixed in 20 minutes! Their price couldn’t be beat!

I never leave reviews but the service was so above and beyond that I was compelled to write something. I was recommended to Rick from astro windshield repair, which I thought was a good sign considering they are sort of competitors. Rick gave me a quote which was significantly cheaper than Safelite and some others. He also guaranteed all of the sensors for all of the technology in the windshield. He ordered the windshield with no deposit and I agreed to pay for it. I happened to sell the car 5 days later. When I called and explained what happened and offered to pay for the windshield or the return cost of the windshield he wouldn't here of it. I will have all windshields replaced and repaired here from now on. A true class act.

Rick was awesome and ordered the exact windshield replacement for our car. His price was less than half the price quoted to me by other “reputable” companies. That blew me away. The service tech came out to my husbands work and was very thorough in his work. Would definitely recommend checking out this family owned business. This is a great company! They had a hard time finding my windshield but they called/text me every couple days with updates on the window. When they found one for me they had it ordered and installed the next day. They were able to come to my home for the repair and the crew that came out was very knowledgeable and very friendly people. My best friend used this company, and I was there for the experience. Rick on the phone was super knowledgeable about the product and services. He made sure to tell us everything that other companies didn’t care to tell. They came to the house the next morning and installed a heavy duty front windshield with lifetime rustproof warranty. The guys were really respectful, professional, and informative about the process. Genuinely caring people and amazing service. I highly recommend, and I will definitely be using them for any future auto glass issues.

I had a chip in my windshield that turned into a quickly expanding crack on 10/14/2020. I called late that afternoon and spoke with Rick. He was able to give me an accurate quote after I sent him a picture of the damage and had his guys come out first thing the next morning (10/15/2020). Adam and Mike were friendly, fast, and did a great job! I'm very thankful Clear Choice Auto Glass repairs long cracks, otherwise any other company would've tried to make me replace the entire windshield. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone needing window repair.

I got a crack in the windshield of my 1 month old suv. The "Big Window Company" said they couldn't repair it. Rick and I talked about it and he was sure they could repair the 10 inch crack. Adam and Mike came out and repaired the crack in about 20 mins. The entire team was excellent from initial contact to finished product, and the price was very good. I highly recommend this business for any automotive window work that is needed. They will get all of my future business. Thanks Guys

Exceptional service with customer service compared to none. I have had Rick from Clear Choice repair two of my vehicles. The first time was for a crack and he repaired it perfectly and quick. The second time I needed a windshield replacement and didn't trust anyone else to do it. I had to leave overseas before the windshield could be replaced and he worked with me while being stationed overseas. The windshield replacement looked as good as new and was much cheaper than BMW quoted me. I have no doubt in my mind I will continue to use Clear Choice vs anyone else. I can't recommend them enough!

Great experience, came to house on time and installed in driveway in about an hour. Clean work, personable, knowledgeable. They offered some info & education on my particular type of windshield during my first call which told me they knew the demands of certain applications over others and were not trying to close a sale rather than cultivate a customer. I called around and it looked like there would be more lead times with others while only saving me a few bucks. Due to my call with them and great Google reviews, I decided to go with Clear Choice and glad I did.

This is hands down the best repair experience I've ever had with my vehicle. Not only did he meet me at my convenience at my job but he stayed in touch with me the entire way through, from first conversation about the windshield all the way through until he was done with the job. He also taught me a few things going wrong with my vehicle and solutions to them including a leak under my hood & rust spots under my windshield from the first installation from someone who didn't do it correctly the first time. He's very professional and polite and will be my go to for any other vehicle glass jobs I need.

Just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler, and on the 3rd day of driving it, a rock came up while I was on the interstate and chipped my windshield. I contacted my insurance company, and they referred me to Clear Choice Auto Glass. Adam and Mike came to my house and patched it right up. Not only were they 2 of the nicest guys ever, but they also cleaned my windshield for me and got the residue from the dealership stickers off! Outstanding service!!!

Thanks Mr. Mike, Adam & Rick! Appreciate the great repair on my chipped windshield. We are here on vacation, called a "known" name company in the business... and they couldn't make it out here until after our stay here ( at margaritaville, awesome place). So decided to see if there was a local place here in town. Found Clear Choice auto glass and scheduled an appt. for the following day. And gave them all the details prior to their arrival. By time i got to the parking garage this morning, the guys were already on the windshield repair and knocking it out. Came out great & their cost was almost half the price the other guys were planning on charging! Lastly, they even carry a warranty on their work. Before i knew it, i was back in the guestroom and hauling the family down to the pool. Didn't even disrupt our vacation at all. I highly recommend these guys, happy with my choice.👍

Very impressed with the prompt service that I received from Rick and Mike. From the time I placed the call to Mike showing up at my place of employment was not even 1.5 hours. Rick was courteous and professional. As Mike was also. Mike guided me thru the insurance claim process so that the substantial deductible was waived therefore eliminating ANY out of pocket expense. I had a HUGE deep chip in the windshield of my Expedition and within 15 minutes of Mike working his magic the chip is almost undetectable. And I have a lifetime warranty on the workmanship. I would use Clear Choice Auto Glass again. And would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone on the MS Gulf Coast who needs a windshield repaired.

My husband and I were heading home late Saturday afternoon and our windshield was hit by a rock that was kicked up by a Semi. Placed a pretty nice size crack in the windshield. We called Clear Choice Auto Glass and spoke to Rick. He was closing shop for the weekend but agreed to meet us at the nearby Home Depot where he was heading. Long story short, Rick repaired the crack to an almost undetectable speck in just a few minutes. He also helped us submit the claim to our insurance company and we had no out of pocket costs. So glad I found clear choice.We had them worked on our Honda Accord back in 2008, with the highest grade glass, and we were very satisfied. Needed work done this time on the 2007 GMC, and can't remember the name of the business. So my husband called two other local businesses. One was dunaway, my husband ask for the thickest grade glass. Dunaway and the other place claimed there is no thicker grade made for GMC Yukon SUV. NOT true. So I went on GOOGLE to search if I can remember the name. clear choice was one of the few that popped up. My husband called and sure enough it was them. Rick come to our house. We did not have to drop off our car for hours at a place we didn't trust. He explained about the difference in the glass grade. We went with the highest grade. It was the same price as Dunaway lowest grade. I think he was having a special. Again this time he did an awesome job, we are very satisfied. If you want an honest, dependable local business, call Rick and his team, they will take care of you. I highly Recommend them.

Adam came out yesterday and fixed me up!! Not only did he do a superb job, but the convenience that these guys provide can’t be beat . I’m in air-conditioning man so I’m never in one place especially this time of the year, That’s no problem for clear choice, Adam called me asked me where I would be at, at specific time. I gave him the address of my 5:30 appointment and sure enough he pulled up right there in my customers driveway fixed me up in no time and I could not even tell where the glass had been chipped!! also super affordable!!!! Traveling from Kentucky and had windshield damaged on I-10. Called CLEAR CHOICE AUTO GLASS and they responded immediately. I called Rick and he said that he could have his Tech there within the hour. Mike showed up at my house in like a 1/2 hour and even called me to let me know that he was just a few mins away. When he got there he asked me who I have my insurance with and I told him that I have Nationwide. He told me that I can call them and file a claim and that Nationwide would take care of it. So I called and when I got off the phone I came outside to watch Mike work and we talked. Mike got done pretty quick. Mike is friendly, professional, and knows what he is doing!
