Doug promptly returned my call late Saturday afternoon and offered to come fix my windshield the next day (Sunday) which was a huge relief as I have had cracks run. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I cannot even see where the crack was (and it was directly in my line of sight!). Highly recommend Astro as they are local, can come to your house, and definitely saved me $1k+ had I needed to get my windshield repaired… with all the sensors in the windshield now, the small cost of repairing the ding is SO worth it. Doug did a great job!

My windshield got hit by a rock as I was driving to Gulfport to work for the week, and I wanted to fix it as soon as possible so it didn’t have the chance to spread, so after a quick web search once I settled in my hotel, I found Astro Mobile and was elated to see it was open outside normal business hours (until 10 pm), and that they would come to me! Making the arrangements to meet in a safe place was super easy, the service was friendly and expedient. I would highly recommend this business, especially to those who want to support small businesses. The attached photos show the before (yellowish background) and after (dark blue background).

Had a 10 inch crack in my wife’s windshield. Mr. Doug came the same day and repaired it for a GREAT price. Before you go and just buy another windshield consider repairing with Astro! Lot cheaper and overall better for your windshield.

Doug is so great and I wish I did not have to be a repeat customer but I am due to my very flat windshield on my suv. I have unfortunately used him 3 times in the last year but have yet to replace my windshield. I went from finding out windshield coverage with my insurance covers chips to finding out a year later these claims made me uniinsurable when I tried to change insurance with a more reasonable company. People, be warned, a chip repair or glass replacement is considered a claim regardless of circumstances and goes as comprehensive claim. 2 or 3 of those within a 3 year period is very, very bad news. Take my advise, repair it when you can on your own dime at less then half of a "windshield" policy and stay of the insurance radar national reporting site. Call Doug and he will come to you and save your windshield and all the headaches down the road with insurance claims. TRUST ME.

Mr. Doug was truly God sent, as far as I'm concerned he is the windshield repair guy in country. My wife's new tahoe 2022 had a crack in it and other repair guys said it had to be replaced. I called the day of after I had a rock hit my windshield on my way home from work. Astro Mobile answered, and the owner said he could fix it at my apartment. We set a time at which he would arrive. Within 30 minutes, the crack was fixed. He was polite and professional. I couldn’t get anyone else in the area to fix my windshield since it was so close to closing. He fixed it, and I no longer saw the crack! I will use him again if I ever have any more issues in the future.
