From the beginning my experience with West Michigan Auto Glass was excellent. My first phone call was picked up quickly and in less than 5 minutes we had a date and (great) price set. Patrick showed up on time and did excellent work in a short time. A great experience from start to finish.

Called to get an estimate on a windshield replacement for my wife's car. The woman I talked to was nice and was able to give me a reasonable quote. However, when my wife called back to actually try to schedule the service, she got their voicemail. She left a message three days ago, and we still have not heard back. Going to take our business to Orion instead, since they actually answer their phone. I'm not going to give a super low rating, because that doesn't seem fair when we can't even judge their actual service. But I would strongly suggest the management at West Michigan work on their communication and responding in a timely manner or they will keep losing customers.

WOW! From the customer service to the installation I cannot be more satisfied! I requested a quote that was almost unbelievable considering the previous quotes I received! Patrick is amazing, quick and super nice! I will recommend to everyone I know. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

I am so impressed with this place! From their customer service, communication, timeliness, and just overall quality of the job, they blew me away. You also can't beat their prices! My car got broken into last night, which meant I had a busted out window that needed to be completely replaced. Everywhere else I looked was booked up and couldn't help me out until next week. West Michigan Auto Glass got back to me within minutes with a quote and told me that they could get it fixed for me TODAY! I can't tell you how much relief I felt. The person who set up my appointment was extremely friendly and informative. And Patrick, the technician who came to install my window, was also very friendly and got the job done so quickly! Can't recommend this place enough!

I’ve been shopping around for windshield replacement for a few weeks, I was shocked to see the prices of other competitors. I was so relieved when I finally found WMAG and they were able to get me a new windshield at half the cost of the other quotes I’ve received! Wonderful customer service from beginning to end! All I can say is WOW! These guys are true professionals. We had three vehicles with massive cracks in them. After speaking with their team we literally had someone come out a couple days later and made them all flawless. I won't think twice about where I need to go in case of a glass emergency. Great affordable place to replace auto glass. My car recently got a stress crack from Michigan's bipolar weather. They replaced it real fast although they were some issues particularly the glass fragment and dirt from the work done which could have been easily been vacuumed and cleaned. To myself it's not really big deal but something to point out.

I was blown away by how good my experience was with West Michigan Auto Glass. To put it in perspective, a competing business quoted me $400 for replacement of a new windshield, with a $35 "convenience fee" for coming to my house to install it. These guys did it for $220 installed, and they came to my house for free. The pricing was almost too good to be true...which made me skeptical until i saw the finished product. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone who needs a windshield replacement or repair.

Fantastic service, prices and quality! The prices were better than the competitors and they came to me to swap the back window out of my truck... AND they did the job in a little more than an hour when everyone else required that I bring my truck to them and leave it for the day.
