We were on our way for a family weekend getaway from Pueblo, Co. We were on I-25 when ice began to melt off a rental truck. A chunk of ice flew off and landed right on our windshield. My husband called two other glass companies and were unable to get assistance. We called SLP and they were able to get us a window quickly (before their glass distributer closed). We were in and out within and hour and the service was amazing. And we didn’t spend a lot of money! Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly so we didn’t miss any time on our family getaway!

TL;DR Cheap, friendly staff, and quick Had a small bullseye chip on my passenger side window that I brought in for a walk-in repair. They immediately got me taken care of, in and out in less than 20min. I called around earlier and every place in Denver quoted prices over $100 for the small chip. It was most likely to pay for coming out to me to repair it, but I'd much rather drive my car in myself to get it repaired like I did here to save some money. The other shops didn't offer the option.

I recommend this window repair business to anyone , they have been working with me for over two months to make sure I got my window regulator repaired . I called several places and these guys had the best offer for windshield replacement. They even did mobile service - came to my house for the work - for an extra $16. The repairman came during the 2 hour call window, even gave me a call ahead of time to confirm. He was friendly and efficiently completed the job. Great service, Jordan was quite knowledgeable and honest about what needed to get done, we took our Toyota RAV4 2017 with two chipped on the windshield, we just replaced the all think at the end instead of just fixing it. They were great, fast and friendly and one of the cheaper glass places in littleton/lakewood. I had called around a 20 mile radius and could not find a better price, even some national companies that claim price match couldn't meet SLP auto glass price. My insurance didn't cover it but they do work with your insurance company if they cover it I called the Friday before a holiday weekend and was able to get in next business day! It took less than an hour. They were just awesome!

I called Safelite and a few other places, who quoted me around $700 to fix my windshield. SLP quoted me half that and were able to see me the next day! Also the process took 30 minutes total. I had my vehicle in for a sliding back glass and the price was so good that I had them install a windshield also. It was all done for at least half of what I had been quoted at other shops. Jordan did a great job and was very quick also.When you don't have glass coverage on your vehicle, it is nice to know that you can get the work done at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work.

I had an issue with the sunroof on my 2013 Ford Raptor. I don't really use the sunroof, but when I drive over a certain speed, the sunroof would partially pop open and shake and make a lot of noise. Originally, I was going to replace the whole track, but Dee recommended that I bring the truck in so they could take a look. I told the lead tech, Jordan, (who literally met me at my car because they knew I was coming in) that I didn't really use it so I'd be fine if they just glued it shut. He came back no less than 10 minutes later while I was sitting in the waiting room and said it was done. He said he made some adjustments, added a spacer so that the sunroof wouldn't pop open anymore. If in the future, I did want to fix it, I could still do it since we hadn't glued it shut. And to top it all off, they didn't charge me for it !!! I gave him a big tip, since I was prepared to spend some money to fix it. Great service, incredibly honest, and a locally owned, family company. What more can you ask for? Highly, highly recommended. I know exactly where I'm coming if I ever need any type of auto glass repair in the future.

Kid tested, father approved! I don't let anyone touch my Jeep but my dad.... but I've never needed a new windshield. I called around and received multiple quotes. This place was roughly $65 LESS than any other place. I got in for my appointment on Saturday at a convenient time for me. Although the neighborhood is a little sketchy, I was completely comfortable when I walked in the door. My windshield looks AMAZING and I received great service. The guy in the front office was very inviting and we had a great little chat. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and co-workers. Without a doubt this was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Their price is great. They were $80 cheaper than any other place I had look at my vehicle. They were available quickly and got me in and out in no time at all. They were professional and insured me that all of the workmanship came with a lifetime warranty. My Jeep is old and has 300,000 miles on it and it's been tweeked a little. I did end up getting a little air gap. I let them know about my problem and the fixed it absolutely free. I've never had a company either big or small take as much care over fixing an issue like this. Even if they were more expensive than anywhere else I would still go to them after the level of care they showed for my vehicle and for me as a customer. The good part is they're cheap. overall good, fast and friendly, lady at the front desk was friendly & welcoming. They gave me a good quote cheaper then my local glass replacement I made a one hour drive from the mountains it was worth it but on my way home my rear view mirror did fall off the windshield when I tried to adjust but I went back and they adjusted it. However there are NO public health precautions no mask usage amongst any of the employees ,no glass protector at front desk nor signage on public health precautions or hand sanitizer for customers only precaution they take is no waiting room which is appreciated. Overall recommend I would go again.

Need your windshield replaced? Go there now. Lower prices by 20% to 30% of their competitors. Fast service. They are super concerned about their good customer ratings on Google and word of mouth so that makes them attentive to details. Also, I had an install issue 6 months later (windshield leaked) and they replaced the entire windshield for free as a guarantee on the work. I would definitely go again and have told my friends about them. Oh and I asked about extra work I needed done. Instead of accepting the work and charging me to do it. They pointed me to the place I could buy and install the part myself for less money. It sounds corny, but that's service and honesty. Thanks, guys!

Highly recommend for those in Lakewood who can come to the shop so you'll get cheaper price but if you live farther like me that's not gonna a problem as well. Super satisfied!!

I called around for a new windshield for a 2014 Subaru and price ranged from $400 - $950. I got in contact with SLP AutoGlass and they quoted me $239 w/tax and install. I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Monday, being I had to work the weekend. I showed up at 9am for my appointment, by 9:02 they were already pulling my car in, and told me it would take between 1:00 - 1:30 to complete to job. The staff was awesome and personable, and treated you like they were happy for you to be there. 54 minutes after my car was taken in, they were complete and handing me the keys. The owner happened to be there and I explained to him what everyone else quoted me to which he replied, "Why, and for what?!" All he asked was if I have any other windshield problems give them a call first and to give an honest review. I have nothing negative to say, going in a was a bit skeptical of the prices however, they truly exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful shop with the friendliest staff always prompt and ensuring that customers are taken care of and being given the most up to date information when needed. Also good to their words as they quoted us a fair price before realizing the nightmare they were about to beheld.be held. Long story short a normal glass repair is like an hour or two at most and this was an semi all day affair. Had two experiences with them this week. I’ll start off by saying frank and his whole team are very nice and polite, and I had a pretty good customer service experience with them. The first day, Friday, I had an appointment at 4 pm to get my drivers side window fixed after someone had broken into my car earlier that day at work. I appreciated them being able to get me in on such short notice (I called around 12, and was able to make an appointment for 4 that same day). I left work early (I work all the way in Denver) and rushed over during rush hour traffic. I arrive at 4 exactly. My car did not even get pulled in the bay to get looked at until 4:45. I did not leave the shop until after 6 pm that day. After all of that, I am told I need another part and will need to come back the next day to get it fixed so that my window will stay up without tape. I get into my car and notice there’s still quite a bit of glass on the seat, and ended up cutting myself trying to brush it away. Frank did come & they re-vacuumed my car. Saturday I show up for my 1:00 appointment at about 12:40. Around 2:00 I ask when they think my car will be done around. John says “at least another hour and 15 minutes”. My car didn’t end up being “done” until about 3:30. I really don’t mind waiting, I just wish someone would have told me beforehand how long this would take. I do understand it was a more difficult task than just a normal windshield, I just feel like that could’ve been better communicated to me the day before. Finally I get my car back, and I notice the airbag light was now on. So once again I bring the car back over to frank and tell him. After another 30+ minutes of them taking apart my door and putting it back together, I got my car back, all back to normal. I know a lot of this was not their fault (like the pully being broken). But I feel like a lot of things got overlooked, such as the glass still being on the seat and my airbag light being on. I do feel like they should have noticed that light being on and taken care of the problem before giving it back to me, as well as the shards of glass still on my seat. The prices were really good and the staff was friendly. I’d say if you have an easy problem, definitely take it there.

They were great! I was able to request a quote online and they got back to me with a very reasonable price quickly. I was able to get my sunroof repaired within a few days of requesting the quote and they actually had the part my car needed! They also tested out the sunroof to make sure it worked properly before sending me on my way. The other sunroof repair places I called were either more expensive or they did not have the part and were not willing to find the part. Ok! let's keep this simple, these guys are great! over 70 plus years experience between just a few of the glass technicians! which by the way are very honest and hard working guys. The owner Frank, stands behind all of his work on paper as well, and is very honest and transparent about his business.Today was my first time using this company, they were able to float me in 30 minutes before scheduled time and had my 2014 Xterra windshield replaced for about 217 dollars. Car all done in about 23 minutes. There was a scratch found on the new glass by the technician and I was notified and offered new glass the same day or another day or a discount, I choose the discount as it was not a scratch that would effect the integrity of the glass. I've been debating on where I should go for several months to have my windshield replaced. It has looked like a lighting bolt for over a year. I originally had bought a Groupon to my auto mechanic who had $100 off windshield repair. Well the name of their business is no joke. Even with the groupon he had it beat by $15. Timing was an issue today, I let them know there was a doctors appointment scheduled for the same day when they quoted me and they informed me I was first their first apt of the day and it would take 45 minutes in the shop or a little over an hour in the field if they were to come to me. Decide to call around and get price quotes on my 02 Honda. SLP beat everyone's price! The employees are kind and respectful and we're very precise about their times frame given for maintenance to be complete in, my car ended up having rust under the windshield because my old windshield wasnt installed correctly they notified me of this and took pictures to show me. I have now had 2 window regulators changed here. The first time they came to me after I tried to do it on my own but couldn't finish the job. The second time I came to their location on federal (make sure you ask their location, some websites have it wrong). They change the window regulator and problem solved the issues that came about during the change. They showed me the issues as well. They honored their original quote for $110 even though it took them twice the time because of the issues. Not a super fancy place but who needs fancy when they do A GREAT job and efficiently!
